Appartement agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé, prés du centre historique de la ville, prés de tous les commerces et supermarchés et à proximité de la gare Porta Susa, du métro et de nombreux tramways et bus. Le parking est très appréciable et facile d'accès. Le quartier est calme et peu encombré. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet appartement.

L'appartamento é pulito e confortevole. Silenzioso e vicino al centro di Torino e ai mezzi pubblici. Ottima la possibilità di ricovero dell'autovettura in autorimessa.

Conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. A 10 mn du centre de Turin. Petit appart bien équipé. Très bien pour un long we. 2 Restos à ne pas manquer recommandés par un ami italien : Pautasso (résa faite sur la fourchette -20%) et Sfashion, les pizzas sont à tomber, fabriquer devant vous au 1er étage pour 7€ Bon voyage

L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes. Des commerces sont situés à quelques pas. Le parking permet de s'affranchir de la recherche de place de stationnement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. L'emplacement de l'appartement permet de se rendre à pieds dans le centre de Turin et de profiter pleinement de cette très belle ville.

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Turin (metro et gare de Porta Susa à proximité ) très bien équipé et propriétaire très disponible. Quartier vivant et commerces proches. Seule remarque : notre monospace était trop gros pour rentrer dans la place de parking, mais nous avons trouvé facilement une solution alternative en nous garant au parking de la gare à un prix tout à fait raisonnable (14 € pour 3 jours). Encore merci pour votre accueil !

After a long day travelling from Manchester (England) to Milan, then a 2-hour trip on the Shuttle Bus to Torino. We were very pleased to find such a bright and comfortable apartment to relax in. Everything was so handy around the Flat. From the nearby market, cafes, supermarket, bus-stop, metro (buy the excellent 15-trip ticket), and near Porta Susa - a Scottish pub open 'til late. Our old 70-ish legs could walk to Piazza Castello in 30-mins. Where you will find an excellent Tourist Office. From SuperGa to the Lingotto, we had an excellent two-weeks. Even a day trip to the lovely city of Asti (20-euro for the two of us). If there was a slight down side, you will find the courtyard at the back very busy in the day. Which didn't bother us. Even a night-time drink on the balcony when the traffic had eased at the front. Thanks to Sergio for the milk he left. Saved our lives when we arrived to make a cup of tea. Five Stars from us.

Un appartement très bien situé a coté de la gare et à 5 minutes a pied du métro. Nous avons fait beaucoup de chose à pied. Il y a plein de commerces de proximité dont une superette à 2 minutes à pied. L' appartement est conforme aux photos, rien ne manque. Seul bémol, mais sans rapport avec l'appartement, le bruit qui nous réveillait tot le matin dans l'immeuble sans qu'on est pu en déterminer l'origine. Merci en tout cas au propriétaire qui a répondu a toutes nos questions et merci aussi de l'accueil. On reviendra !

Appartement très bien équipé, spacieux et confortable, conforme aux photos et à la description. Bien placé, à proximité du métro et du centre ville (environ 15-20 minutes de marche). Commerces de proximités, caffeteria (etc...) dans la rue. Le garage est collectif, quelques rues plus loin. Nous y avons laissé notre voiture plusieurs jours sans problème. Une bonne adresse!

Es war wie "nach Hause kommen"! Herzliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft und auch schon vorher via Telefonat und sms gute Absprachen. Eine kleine, feine und mit allem ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Laufdistanz zur historischen Innenstadt - auch der nächste Bus ist nie weit. Wir hatten nur knapp vier Tage in Turin, aber hätten es in der Stadt und in der Wohnung auch sehr gut länger "ausgehalten". Wir können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen! Wer allerdings ein ruhiges, beschauliches Plätzchen mit Aussicht ins Grüne braucht, sollte eher weiter ausserhalb suchen ... hier hat man eben rundrum italienisches Leben und Stadtflair, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt um's Eck. (Restaurants, Markt, Cafés, Eisdielen, Bahnhof...) Ach ja, der Parkplatz in der privaten Tiefgarage um's Eck ist super, für Kleinwagen bestens geeignet. Alles, was größer ist, braucht ein wenig Fingerspitzengefühl beim Einparken ;-) So, thank you again, Barbara and Sergio for your warm welcome and the perfect location and accommodation and your hospitality !!! We definitely recommend a stay in your cosy apartment.

This was far and away the best place to stay in Torino and we liked it so much we would go back and tell our friends to go. The apartment is perfect for two people and within walking distance of many of the great museums,restaurants and shopping streets. The local outdoor market is great for stocking the fridge with fresh local produce and there is a fabulous butcher shop also a few steps away. Although the apartment is above a restaurant and a car repair shop it is pretty quiet, the weekends had a little noise from the restaurant at night but not much past 10pm. The car repairs are all done during the day and so are not really a noise problem. The washer works very well although drying is outdoors and can only be done on sunny days. All in all this is a steal and a treasure of a place. This review could have been posted earlier except for the return to the stress and backlog at work-wish we were back there now!

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and with a nice atmosphere. We liked it very much. The furnishing of the apartment is modern and its quite spacious for two persons. And important: the bed was very good. The owner is very friendly, welcoming and flexible. We would certainly recommend this apartment for a visit to Torino and would probably rent it again for another visit. There are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. It's near the centre of Torino. You can walk but we also used the Citybikes (Tobike.it) to get around. Perhaps one minus: we think it can be hot in the middle of summer because there is no airco. But there is a fan.

This is a modern and cosy appartment which allows for a very convenient stay in Torino. It is easy to walk to the city center, there is also a metro station nearby. For those that arrive by car a private parking in a garage is provided. Also there are shops and some restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.

Good location, although a bit walk from the city centre. Bus 56 is close but beware of pickpockets if crowded. Very serviceable kitchen (with gas cooktops) and excellent standard of equipment, utensils and crockery. Excellent wifi free. Sergio is very helpful.

The cleaning was so good and the owner extremely helpful and a lovely person. We enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and had most everything we needed. the WiFi was a bit of a challenge as we had multiple devices and only 1 USB access drive. Thank you to Barbara and Sergio for accommodating our arrival and departure. Will definately stay at this property again when we return to Torino."
