It's a beautiful hotel. Sparkling clean. Most evenings there were events on roof (a chilled DJ, Jazz musician and salsa band). Most mornings there was Pilates or yoga by the pool. Truly wonderful.

The room was a little warm. The hotel is very environmentally conscious so the aircon only comes on once the temp outside is over 28. Despite it being 23 outside, inside the room was 25. They kindly gave me a fan when I told them that it was too warm.

what could have been a 10/10 stay was ruined by us being put in the accessible room (we are not disabled) with a completely blocked and flooding shower. arrived late on 1st evening, straight for a shower after our flight & completely flooded the apartment. staff said it would be sorted. next morning, same again. water flooded the entire apartment and corridor. the drain was blocked and apparently a bit of the door was missing an ‘on order’, so the hotel knew it would happen but still gave us the room!! staff refused to move us, saying we could use a shower in another room (but not move unless we paid over 200 euros as it was an ‘upgrade’). ridiculous! we argued as should not have been given a room without a working shower. eventually after much debate we were moved into the room for no charge, but spent hours on one of our 4 nights there arguing with staff, unable to shower for 1 night and 1 day. it completely ruined it for us.

Great location right by the sea and in a relatively quiet area. The hotel and the rooms were clean and well presented. Staff were really friendly. Decent size gym with new equipment. Very good buffet breakfast and amazing rooftop pool and bar with perfect view of the sunset.

Parking was not free. The car park didn’t have enough space for all cars towards the end of our stay which was early April so a quiet time. I imagine this could be an issue during the busy seasons.

Nice view, swimming pool (slightly cold in Apr), swimming pool and sunset view on the roof, amazing service (we left my daughter’s jumper in the hotel restaurant, the staff helped find it and delivered to our next hotel)

The staff was very friendly, an amazing hotel with a state of the art rooftop infinity pool. The restaurant is very delicious and the breakfast buffet is great.

Its a bit far from touristic spots and places to do something during off-season

The rooms are clean and modern. The staff was absolutely amazing always very helpful and kind. We loved the sandy space in front of the restaurant downstairs for the kids to play. The roof top bar and pool is amazing at sunset.

Sant Antoni isn’t great. While the hotel is a short walk from the town, the town is not nice and the beaches there were quite dirty. Nearby hotels and restaurant were mostly closed down when we were there early April.

the gym has to be booked 24 hours in advance

Great hotel by the seaside in Ibiza. The facilities are great (amazing rooftop, wide pool, great lounge space) and the rooms are quite comfortable. Staff was also super nice, would certainly recommend staying.

The restaurant quality needs to be upgraded. We decided to try it for dinner once but was a disappointment. Staff was very professional but the food quality was just subpar.
