We liked the fact it was away from the main town and within walking distance to Grammeno Beach which is sandy. The local beach is just a few minutes walk away across the road with a lovely cafe/ staff but it's pebble beach but also beautiful. The water is crystal clear.
The breakfast was generous and wonderful and the two ladies who did the breakfast and cleaned our rooms we're so lovely.
The garden is beautiful. People took the breakfast out on a tray and sat under the vine. I enjoyed watching the goats on the rocks behind the house.
There are quite a few restaurants to eat in nearby within walking distance if you didn't fancy driving into Paleochora town including one in the campsite which is nearby.
We didn't have a hire car and I have an issue with my leg so couldn't cycle so we were dependent on taxi to get in and out of the actual Paleochora town which is beautiful or getting a lift from the Eftichis or Mariana his wife .The hotel shuttle perhaps only works in busy season. There are few buses that run during the day though.
The hotel is near a road which is busy during the day but by night it calms down so we slept ok.

Friendly staff, a nice balcony, a beach right across the street with free sunbeds. Quiet location that is 4km from the center of Palaiochora
The worst room setup in regards to the AC which is directly overhead of the bed, which makes it impossible to not get sick. The breakfast selection is quite poor, so after our 5 day stay we were bored with the simple selection as we ate the same thing for 5 days. If you want to get anywhere you need at least a bicycle.
Its an okay stay for 2 or 3 nights, but i would not recommend staying here longer.

The room worked well. No wornoutnesses. It had even a bide-shower. The owners were kindhearted (and thanks for the raki on the house). 😃👍
It was the end of the season, so just a few people around.

- family atmosphere
- nice hotel area
- nice room
- screeching of doors into the bathroom
- broken plug in the sink
- air conditioning without remote control
- we were directed to the beach related to the hotel which was not the best (just few hunderds of meters to the west was a very nice beach - Grammenou - with very good restaurants)

The kindness of the staff,
special thanks to Ornella for making our room every day clean and welcoming
Noise street in between the hotel and the beach :-(

Friendly staff and terrific breakfast. Effective aircon, spotlessly clean and great shower. Good location for us as did not want to be in Paleochora, but easy access and great beach opposite.
Parking was a little tricky when full.

The breakfast was more than adequate and good quality.
The internet connection was problematic: next to impossible to connect to Wi-Fi in the room. Had to buy everything, including water which is commonly provided to guests in other hotels. The room was crumpy for two adults and a small child. Not satisfactory for 75 euros a night.

Everything about this place is excellent. Spotlessly clean, bright and modern everywhere. Breakfast was basic, but good, fresh and plentiful. The whole family are very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made our stay there feel special. Across the road is the families beach bar, where they serve great souvlaki and ice cold beers. Perfect place to relax and be away from everything. Definitely plan on returning soon.

The hotel is very nice, located just outside Paleochora and in front of a very nice beach and away from crowds. The rooms are nice and tidy with a balcony looking at the see.
The owner is somehow arrogant, and did not properly explain to us about our reservation at our arrival.
For example, he did not tell us that we had breakfast included, fact that we discovered at our check out. He didn't mention any advise of were to go appart from his own restaurant in downtown.
It's a shame, because otherwise our experience would have been excellent.
