The staff was very attentive and flexible. They helped us with my friend's wedding at the nearby church. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Overall they pleasant experience staying at the hotel.

Clean room, a lot of space. Situated near the city so easy access to different restaurants.

In house restaurant has limited offer. The noise of the tramway came up to the room.

We love everything about this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is wonderful. It’s a great location. Food is good.

The hotel is a small hotel just outside the Jewish quarter.(stare podgorze) The hotel is located only 2-3 tram stops from the Jewish quater (kazimierz)or 4-5 stops into the old town(stare miasto).The castle (wawel) is only 3 stops on tram 8 and 13. The main railway station (krakow glowny) and the hotel are connected by tram number 10. Koróna to Teatr Slowackiego. The hotel has a small breakfast room/restaurant but it's just as easy to pop into kazimierz or the old town and find a nice restaurant/cafe for a beautiful breakfast/ lunch or evening meal that's very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and have information on tours and trams available at the desk. Check in and check out was super easy. We also had a balcony to have a smoke/morning coffee while over looking a small square that had a market on Saturday morning which was perfect for people watching.

I liked everything about the hotel. Only thing I would personally change is have a proper double bed and not 2 singles pushed together. The bed was also low but comfortable and sleep wasn't an issue during our stay.

Lovely hotel. I enjoyed staying there. The room was clean, warm, spacious and had everything I needed for my short-term stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The location is okay - a 15-minute walk to the center, there is a public transport stop nearby so it's easy to reach any part of the city from there. Also, there are many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby.
