Excellent Location! 100m down to lovely quiet sandy beach. Fabulous taverna in the hotel, another restaurant and nice beach bar on the beach serving very good food, also a small supermarket. Balcony view over sea was beautiful. Short drive (or walk) to the main Falassarna beach.

the location was great, a short walk to the beach and to various places to eat . We had a fabulous view . The accommodation was quiet . Rooms were cleaned daily . The fridge and the double ring and kettle were handy. Air conditioning in the bedroom was a plus.

The food in the restaurant was not great. Perhaps we should have given it another chance.

Our apartmant had a sea view and it was really nice to sit in balcony. Room was nice, spacious, beds comfortable. There is free parking place infront. Nearby is very nice beach.

Bathroom wasn't clean enough (some old dirt, also because bathroom is old), bathroom could be renovated. Breakfast isn't self service, they bring you bread, one butter, one jam, coffe, juice and egg. It was good, but we expected self service (as in the most hotels in greece), where you can get more food you like. Some vegetable and fruits would be also nice.

Great location next to a mini mart that sold everything you would normally require on holiday . The property is right next to the beach at the best end of Falassarna. The room was basic but it’s got everything you need plus good air con . We really enjoyed our stay .

The location is very good, there is a beautiful small beach 200 m. far away, there are 2-3 restaurants. the village is wild, not crowded.

Everything was good.

A small hotel, conveniently located very close to the beach. The room was clean with a nice terrace and an amazing view over the bay. For us it was a great starting point to discover the west of Crete. There are a couple of great restaurants nearby as well one of the most beautiful beaches, the Falasarna Beach.

The terrace furniture could be upgraded, as a family of four there were not enough chairs and the table was not big enough for eating breakfast.

The view from the balcony was wonderful. The room size was very good as well

Very basic apartment. There was a terrible smell from the bathroom during the evening and overnight. It smelled like urine. When guests in other rooms flushed their toilets or bathed you heard it in the pipes in our bathroom. The smell of urine was so strong that my spouse and I considered leaving for the night and going to another hotel, but decided against this as it was very late.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach

We were staying in a studio for 3. While there was air conditioning in the main bedroom, there was none in the other sleeping area. Coupled with this, it was not possible to open a window in this room as this would automatically stop the air conditioning altogether. Nights were sweltering and very uncomfortable as a result. The sleeping area for our adult son was very poor. Literally a hard narrow couch with a sheet on it. Not fit for purpose. Disappointing as we like the location but was definitely not a comfortable stay

Beautiful sea view from a balcony. Comfortable bed. Air con. Just a few meters from a beach. Excellent location.

Kitchen needs a bit of maintenance and the bathroom door did not open properly due to lack of room in the bathroom.

Perfect location 2 minutes away from the beach. Nice apartment with a balcony where you could hang your stuff to dry. Breakfast was ok for us, but if you have any intolerances I would recommend speaking to the host before booking.

Very good location with a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful. And they serve amazing food at the on-site restaurant.

Stunning view and perfect position, close to a nice beach and a few restaurants. Easy parking and basic but clean apartment.

Would improve check-in/out and food offer (for breakfast). Furbitures and bathroom to be refreshed, but it’s ok.

The bathroom needs an upgrade and the furniture looks old. From my first floor room the wieu wasn't like in the pictures. The reception from the host was rather cold (from the greek host perspective, it s a family business after all). The breakfast was very poor.

Very nice hotel. I should have stayed longer than 2 nights! The restaurant is very good.

Pros: hotel is close to the quiest beach of Falasarna and not far from kisaamos (10 minutes drive) which is middle size town. You will find a nice travel agency there that organizes differents excursions in the area (balos,samaria).Hotel is close to the beach (2 minute walking distance) There is a nice restaurant on the beach front were you can watch the sunset while enjoying dinner.There is a supermarket within walking distance (5 _10 minutes). Rooms are clean and in our case we had a nice view on the beach. Good wifi connection

Balcony was too narrow, hard to sit together for a family dinner. If you take a shower late a night or early in the morning, you will get only cold/mild water. No microwave oven.
