Situated in Indian Shores, this attractive house for £78 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is an adult only private luxury home 30 minutes from Tampa Airport , nestled between Clearwater, St Petersburg and close to the beautiful gulf beaches! Our home sit’s on 1 acre of natural Florida landscaping. Guests have private entrance to your suites with full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large cable tv, free wi fi and internet access, use of large salt water pool, gas grill, private sunbathing area, 2 outdoor fire pits with plenty of seating areas. Firewood is available to guests for $7 per bundle. We do provide gas for the Gas Grill, coin laundry, located in the garage, as well as free ice. This room does not open up to the pool this room is in the front of the house. The room that opens to the pool is the West Wing. Jeff and I live on site so if you need anything we are always available, but also leave you alone for your privacy! The beach is 2 miles away, the closest is Indian shores. Our home has 3 suites available, all with the same amenities, so if you are traveling with other couples or friends it's the perfect place. We can host up to 6 people at a time. You can start your morning with some coffee k cups provided along with my local favorite super mini island rum cakes! We have been known as clean freaks, we wash all bedding, including quilts, pillow shams, and blankets between every guest. You can rest easy knowing this!

My wife and I are in the process of building our own guest house close by to this one. We know what we want, but our family staying here helped us figure out what works better for hospitality and visitors. I could see us modeling a lot of things after Lynne and Jeff. They are great at what they do and this place is awesome. A few things - plenty of hot water in shower, comfy bed, loved the shower wand, bathroom has toiletries (body wash, lotions, etc), huge closets, good lighting, air conditioner (although a little noisy), beautiful grounds/pool area, and "footed" coffee mugs eliminated the need for coasters. :) Well worth the money. LOVE IT

The room and location was perfect! The room was so cute and cozy!! Just like the pictures and every review posted was spot on!! Communication with manager was outstanding and the muffins left in room with restaurant recommendations were perfect!! Highly suggest this to anyone.

I bought a night away for my parents as a gift. They stayed in the Green Room. They said the room was beautiful, immaculate and exactly as it appeared online. Lynne communicated with myself and my parents to make sure they were able to check in and had everything they needed. It was a great experience for them.

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. To start, Seminole is a cool area and the neighborhood was really nice. It is close to Indian rocks Beach, where the ocean and restaurants are located. Our condo was beautifully decorated and had any amenity you could ask for. The property itself was gorgeous and has great landscaping, and a really nice pool area. And as other people have stated, Lynne’s rum cakes were the best of I’ve ever had! Lynne and Jeff were great hosts, and this was a perfect vacation, other than unseasonably cold weather. 100% recommend this place!

This property is so beautiful and has so much to offer!! The green room was cute and perfect for just me as a solo traveler. The actual property has shared spaces but there’s so many spaces that you don’t feel like you are on top of everyone! Beautiful pool, multiple fire pits, swings, lots of chairs! I loved it!

My husband and I came down to help move our daughter back to Chicago. We wanted to make it a little get-away for us as well and this place was perfect. Communication with Lynne was prompt and easy, the room was great, the pool was amazing! They made accommodations for our moving van as well, which we were so grateful for. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, this is a place we'd absolutely stay at again!!

This is a lovely little place. It was quiet, and very beautiful. The wife and I appreciated the beauty of the plants on the property. It was like being in your own little oasis. Sitting outside in the evening was very peaceful, And a plus was, NO BUGS. We will definitely visit again.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. The location was very convenient and the property itself is beautiful! The rum cakes upon check-in were delicious. The salt water pool on the property is amazing and so refreshing. Our room was cute and comfortable and exactly what we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything!

This property was fantastic and the owner supplied almost anything you may have forgotten to pack for a Florida trip! Communication was smooth and everything was as described in the listing. We would stay again. I think there are 4 rooms on the property so if you have a group of adults you're traveling with, this would be a fantastic place to stay and still have privacy amongst couples!

Room was very clean and welcoming. Lynne and Jeff were friendly and on site in case there were any problems. They also provided many thoughtful items you could want/need on vacation. It all felt very private and we enjoyed walking the grounds and admiring landscaping and small local wildlife. We also loved many of the local restaurants and points of interest suggested by Lynne and Jeff. We both were so sad to leave and would stay again! Thank you, Lynne and Jeff!

We will always return to this stop. It is 2 miles from our favorite beach in a quiet neighborhood that allowed me to walk in the morning and exercise safely. The host was very nice and let us know when the room was ready. We will be back for sure.

What a beautiful place! Location is excellent, close to Beaches and shopping. Very clean and neat room, very comfortable and well thought out. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

The property is a huge garden with lots of vegetation and very secluded. The hosts, Lynne and James, very pleasant and friendly. The Green Room is large with high ceilings, very large and comfortable bed, lots of closet space, clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom large, clean, nice shower good for taller folks adjustable for shorter ones too. All toiletries are provided. I goofed and bought a pizza since I forgot there was no oven, but Lynne was gracious to accommodate, cooked it, cut it, and added plates for us which we are very thankful for. The original rum cakes were devine, had them the day we arrived. We had a fire 3 nights in a row (there was some wood to use and we bought a bundle from a Shell station 5 mins away) in the fire pit in front of our suite and were able to connect with the others that were there visiting, which made it even nicer. An overall great stay. Definitely would like to come back to and recommend!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The room was exactly like the pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool since the weather was a little chilly while we were staying, but we did get to sit in the chairs that were provided and it was relaxing and enjoyable. Lynn was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed and also made sure we knew we could contact her if needed. This place is amazing, cozy, and private. We will definitely be staying here next time we travel to Florida.

Lynn was EXTREMELY reachable and even while she was on her own campcation! The setting is GORGEOUS and very private. Like being in your own tropical island. We didn't have time to hang outside and walk the entire property but it is in a perfect location if you want to be just minutes from the beaches and not far from inland cities like Seminole & Largo and Tampa not terribly far away either. Interior was clean and decorated perfectly for a Floridian getaway! Highly recommend this location and will be coming back soon!

I would like to say the truth. Sorry, you cannot buy everyone with rum cake :))) So...Not enough privacy and no cozy sitting by the house. Guys, in pictures looks like you are having entrance to the swimming pool, not true! You will have to walk around all building to access the pool. The owners are living in the building and they are cooking, looking thru window at you when you are swimming! LOL! The beach is 2miles from green room(please don't believe it is only 0.5miles ) . At least 2miles if you lucky to find parking that close. Laundry...the door was locked we couldn't get to that room. Go and ask the owners to open? It should be open or the code should be given. Cameras and rules everywhere! Don't do this, don't do that... would be much nicer to find a list what we can see in area, which restaurant worth to visit... or numbers of the street were to park a car at the beach. Or music in the pool instead these stupid rules. Never end questions "are you ok?' No, it's not ok, when owner blocked driveway by huge camper! We had to drive backward ! Owners having a big backyard, they can park there! Good thing is the room is clean. Has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, air conditioner, hair dryer, some plates, spoons, soap, towels. Like in 3star motel. Bonus is a grill outside and beach chairs we borrowed. Thank you for that.

My husband and I love this place so far we have stayed in the West room, Blue room and Green room. And each of these places are just as spectacular as the other. The location is perfect for couples to get away from everyone and enjoy each other. We’ve extended our stay and Lynne has been very accommodating and very helpful to our situation. My Father in Law passed and she has gone above and beyond to help us with our extended stay and to help our other family members coming in town. Thank you so much Lynne we appreciate you very much

I stayed at this lovely property last year. My plans were booked for the same time this year for my 30th birthday… Well, after 2.5 years I’m bedside nursing, I fell victim to the beast. Lynne was so gracious during my day by day plan changes. At the end of the day, I had to cancel my trip. I rescheduled after a lucky break with work for this past weekend. Per usual, the stay was perfect. I simply couldn’t have a complaint. Not one! Lynne is a fantastic host, communicator, and lady! Highly recommend for anyone needing a quite, kid free getaway or stay!

I highly recommend this for your getaway. I had the pleasure of staying in both the “green room”and the “west wing”. Both were extremely clean and exceeded my expectations! The pool area is so relaxing and peaceful! The beaches are within 5 miles and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby for whatever you need. The hosts are amazing and so friendly! I loved my time there so much I’ve already booked another weekend getaway in the near future! Give it a try ~ You won’t be disappointed!!
