לא כל כך הבנו על מה המחיר הכל כך גבוה של המלון

אהבנו את המסעדה על החוף ואת החוף עצמו

מיקום גרוע, חום אימים וצריך ללכת די הרבה בשביל להגיע ללב של הצ׳אוונג, המלון מחולק לשני חלקים ויש המון הליכה כל הזמן כמובן ששמו אותנו בחלק הכי רחוק היה סיוט.. אי אפשר להחליף חדר, היו לנו חרקים ענקיים מחוץ לחדר וביקשנו מאיש צוות שירסס והוא כמובן לא עשה עם זה כלום, אין מעלית לקומה השנייה צריך לעלות במדרגות כל הזמן ומדובר על 35 מעלות חום…המון המון ישראלים… מבאס

Everything was awesome. And that's because of the employees there. They are all terrific. Excellent service oriented professionals. Particularly, the lady who Checked me in and also Mr. Guard, room service person. Terrific. Thank You all.

Hotel que no está a la altura de las 5 ⭐️

😊: desayuno variado y de buena calidad, personal muy atento, ubicación del hotel en una playa bonita.

Mi pareja y yo nos alojamos 3 noches en una suite con piscina y con balcón frente al océano. No sé si es que teníamos las expectativas muy altas, pero los dos coincidimos… Este hotel 5 estrellas nos ha decepcionado, relación calidad/precio desfavorable. Con la amplia oferta de hoteles en Tailandia no creo que repitamos ni tampoco lo recomendamos. ☹️: - Reservamos una habitación con vistas al océano y nos dieron una habitación lateral con vistas a un tejado y a los árboles. El mar te lo tenías que imaginar. - Mantenimiento del hotel deficiente: humedades y grietas en toda la habitación, masilla sin pintar. Inaceptable para un hotel de “esta categoría”. - Para compensar los inconvenientes ocasionados por la decepción de las vistas de la habitación nos “invitaron a cenar”. Al final acabamos pagando 70€ por una botella de agua y un vino tinto tempranillo (El niño, DO Rioja). A pesar de nuestra decepción con el estado de la habitación y el hotel en general. Queremos agradecer a todo el personal su amabilidad y atención en todo momento.

It’s centrally located. The staff at the tent restaurant, at the bar, at the beach front & the front desk were excellent. Mr Koi who rxd & dropped us back to the airport manifested a good image of the hotel. The housekeeping team was one of the best that I’ve come across so far; their way of tidying up the room was par excellence & they set very high standards for all to emulate.

The view is stunning. The still ocean water makes it a great place for sea sports. Friendly staff.

The Oceanfront Balcony room did not have an Oceanfront view. It had the view of a roof of another building. Upon protesting we were moved to the Opposite side of the resort which is a garden view to a bigger room. Only the next day at 3 pm were they able to arrange the Oceanfront Balcony room.

Chaweng Sala

Great location, very nice breakfast and nice areas to relax on the beach. The private pool we had on the third floor was very private and clean and refreshing.

The bed was very firm. The food in the dining room was not as awesome as the last time we ate there about four years ago. We felt the outdoor area attached to our room lacked a table and chairs for sitting at and having a drink or a snack while admiring the view.

the hotel’s design is beautiful, from the room to the pool to all other common spaces. they make up your room twice a day and leave a different complimentary tea each night. the staff are very nice and helpful. they give cold water and treats in the pool and beach. it’s located on a beautiful beach, close enough to the chaweng main area but not too close.

the decks around the pool can use some maintenance

Wonderful relaxing resort.

The location, the rooms are spacious and clean, everything is provided. The hotel application had a chat service where you can get in touch with the lobby and that was great and they were highly responsive. The hotel is full of activities you won't have time to leave and do other things.

My new go to place

You walk through a fairly average front door into an exceptional reception where you are treated very well, and then you see the grounds with the beach at the end and you think wow. When you get to your room you know wow does not come close to the truth. Book the room with a pool on the ground floor 103 to 110 are best. All the staff are great from the gardener to the manager. After getting there we cacelled a room with a pool at the next place to be able to stay longer.

Not having a date to meet up with friends in Phuket so that we could have stayed even longer

the setting was beautiful the room was fabulous and having our own pool was such a luxury. the breakfast was great and other meals as well - the staff knew us by the second day - we felt very well cared for.

Loved the location & the warmth of the staff makes you feel at home. Loved the private pool. Breakfast set up was wonderful. Great variety, fresh food. Definitely recommend for a couple vacation.

we came here for part of our honeymoon and we were so glad we chose the SALA. it was perfect!

The property is aesthetically gorgeous and has everything you could hope for. They really look after every little detail for your stay. Fantastic pools, lovely spa, great beach-side bar and restaurant, veeeery comfortable room with private pool! it’s a truly relaxing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Koh Samui.
