This delightful recently updated beach-house offers light-filled living areas with good views of Geographe Bay. Spacious upstairs open living area enhances the traditional relaxed beach-house feel and encourages you to kick off your shoes at the door and kick-back in a simple, unhurried way. From the upstairs balcony you can glimpse children playing on the beach, dolphins in the shallows, surfers at the river mouth, or beach fishermen at dusk. And all just a leisurely 2.15-hour drive from Perth. Min 2 night stay, 4 nights at Easter, 7 Nights at Christmas. Lovely quiet spot with a spectacular view, perfect for sunset watching on the beach and early morning waks. House is run down and in need of some love, didn't feel overly clean but was fine.

A beautiful view of the ocean,so close to beach for a nice walk although it was raining and stormy weather and of course it is winter now. Lovely cozy atmosphere to play games, read a book or watch movies. The downstairs rooms was a little bit cold but nice and warm upstairs at the fireplace in the living area.

Pretty clean, comfortable house, great layout and balcony, Open plan kitchen and dining/ family area upstairs. Really enjoyed our stay for 2 couples each had a room with queen size bed, 2 additional rooms each with 2 single beds. Has a no vehicle access section of the beach plus 4wd access area, was never busy on the beach and it’s clean and pretty calm water. Short drive to Capel for supplies. Enjoyed our stay

This property is large enough to accommodate two families comfortably. It is fully equipped with everything you would possibly need. However the property is a little bit tired and could do with some TLC. The view from the balcony is stunning and a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts were extremely helpful and let us have an early and late check in.
