Stayed for a family holiday. House was perfect and great location on the beach and only a short drive to Mandurah centre. Graeme was very prompt and easy to deal with.

Great location and house

Had a lovely weekend break with friends, and really enjoyed the location and casual easy style of this home. Spectacular views and being able to access the beach so easily was fantastic. I esp loved the convenience of the heater in the down stairs lounge. Plenty of room to spread out and chill, or gather together for a meal. Thanks for the use of your lovely beach home.

Exactly what we expected. A great family-friendly beach house in Mandurah. Lots of fun and games to keep the children entertained for hours. Nice spacious rooms with bedding configuration suiting our family needs. The place is a little run down - what you'd expect from a well lived-in home and natural wear and tear from living so close to the ocean. Graeme and Bernice were very accommodating and responsive, but what I liked best was the cosiness and not having to worry about children being children.

Great communication with property owner and manager. House is close to all amenities. New coffee machine a bonus. Kitchen fully equipped with everything and more! Loved having access to Foxtel and Netflix. House could do with a thorough spring clean but all can be forgiven for the absolutely STUNNING view.

While we enjoyed our stay, we had a couple issues. House is comfy. Great location. Beautiful views. Great amenities. Perfect for families or group get-a-ways. Graeme and Rene perfect host with great communication. However, we came across a couple of issues... Disappointed the upstairs shower leaked and as a result the floor got extremely wet. I understand this is now undergoing renovations. Cobwebs on some of the inside furniture, and outside furniture as well. Upon moving the toaster, we discovered crumbs under it. Only one side of the toaster worked. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept prior to us being there. There was also a fair amount of dust on some of the window sills. I am sure there will be improvements.

Fantastic view of the ocean, short walk to beach. Great walks along the beach. 15 mins drive to Mandurah city centre. House has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. However, house needs a fair bit of maintenance - a bit run-down, bathrooms have mould, kitchen (pantry, cupboards, etc) needs a really good clean and repair. Furniture needs to be cleaned too. Pillows need to be replace (yellow, stains) - so bring your own pillows. Hassle of organising house manager to drop-off and pick-up house key - other places I have been have a lock-up box for the keys and code given to person who booked. No need then to wait for house manager when arriving or leaving. To summarise - great location, reasonable price but house needs a fair bit of maintenance.

We had a wonderful time, being such a big house, there was room for my four grown up children, their spouses and our two dogs. Being that close to the beach was magical. The only negative was the upstairs bathroom shower was unusable, it was dangerous with the amount of water that was on the floor with the old slippery tiles. It is a worry with the cracked tiles around the toilet and water damage on the kitchen ceiling. Other than that we loved it!

Enjoyed our stay at this property, great location and facilities great. Everything we wanted from a holiday house. Great communication with Graeme. We have already booked for next year

Nice home close to beach access, plenty of room for 10 adults, well stocked games room, board game collection, plenty of pantry stapels, whole place is good value for money

Wonderful property right on the beach front with great views house is spacious with plenty of options for entertainment & the kitchen is well stocked.The bedrooms & lounges are roomy.However the staircase is very noisy & echoes through the whole house so acoustics are not the best.So more benefits on the whole.We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views of beach side

Firstly, the online booking process was easy and simple to follow. Thereafter the communication with the property manager was fantastic. Our stay at this beachfront property was ideal for our family. It is a perfect holiday home for larger families, unobstructed ocean views and lots of parking on the property. Even though the weather wasn't the best over the weekend we were there, there was plenty for everyone to do especially the games room which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was an easy walk to the beach and short drive to shops and cafes. This accommodation is in a great location for a holiday home.

Me & my friends went two days with kids in July over all the pictures and reality was the same , there was some comments that we just ignored for the sake just to have fun and enjoyee two quite days , checking in and communicating with owner was easy. We did not really inspect the house before we entered ( like checking a chick list with pictures ) we just took to enjoyee , last day when we checked out we cleaned the house and was cleaner than when we checked in , my luck we took a full video to share with owner how we left the property clean , got very very surprised with comments complaining ( furniture was moved around , dish washer was full, fridge had food ), we left what was there from start and no left over from us , wet bed !!! I have no kids wetting beds “ so not sure what she/ he meant….etc)….despite sharing the video witness that we kept the whole place clean and tidy ) … unfair complains came through and asking to pay more !!!!!!!! I can share the video as requested , I won’t be able to attached it here. My advise please Inspect the place with taking pictures and complain when there is dust , spiders and spider wipes and not just ignore ( in return had a complain that was totally unacceptable)

Great house and location. Plenty of space over 2 floors to spread out. View was awesome. Games room was a winner. Down side - people obviously don’t take their own sheets and sleep on the mattress covers provided. They were not clean but thankfully there is a washer and dryer at the property. As interstate travellers, having to provide sheets and towels was a challenge for us. The house has a lot of potential but requires some odd jobs and a thorough spring clean.

Very good Bach accessible property Good location for kids and families Game rooms with plenty of games We came to stay for two days but spend one more day. The communication between the owner and the manager was so easy! But when talking about cleanness that only down side of the property, low maintenance, could have kitchen and utensils but more neat and clean . Especially the oven and pantry room. We could see lots of spiderwebs around the property and pet’s spurs

Hosts were easy to communicate with and very genuine people. Made adjustments for our unique circumstances when needed. House was huge and views spectacular.....beach was fantastic.

Perfectly positioned right on the beach with direct beach access from the backyard. Great views from upstairs and downstairs. House has plenty of space and bedrooms for larger families/groups. Games room and all the board games were great fun for the kids. House does need some maintenance though. We had a great time and are would definitely come back again!

The location is brilliant and the house is big so it is perfect for large groups. The dads made use of the games room whilst the mum's talked and the kids played. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The games room was never empty - lots of space -the views are incredible. With the beach at your doorstep we had a fun and relaxing stay. Thank you.

This accommodation meant that our large group, who were attending and environment conference were able to have a home base to relax in at the end of the busy days. Great location and amenities were excellent, just need to remember to bring our linen next time :)

Great location and close to the beach. Beds were comfy. The games room was great but could have done with some heating. It needs a good clean, especially the kitchen.

Our extended family of 11 enjoyed this spacious house with amazing beach front location and views, even from the ground level. All the must-have ammenties such as big screen TV's, coffee machine, and full kitchen with pantry supplies, and the kids (and big kids) loved the games room. Wish we had a longer stay! Highly recommend.

Property is in a fantastic location. Despite being winter we had perfect weather. Lots to do that is supplied in the house - pool table, games etc. Great supply of kitchenware and utensils. Even used the slow cooker!! New outside bar area was great. Only thing we would suggest was the top living area has a sunblind outside just to deflect some of the heat/glare as it's a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Great parking availability. Will definitely be back again and again!!

As a holiday rental the over all cleanliness was disappointing . Other than that, it is a great house.

Great property for a group or families. Spacious and well set up property. Would stay there again.
