We booked this wonderful house for 5 days with friends and family and had a great time! The house, its property and the surrounding area are very nice as well as Francesco and Rino, who are extremely friendly and helpful. All in all: this is a very calm place where you can sleep deeply and recharge from city stress as well as having a good time with friends. Also the area is great and allows long walks, swims or biking tours and also to get to know and enjoy great food and people

Vacanza fantastica
La casa rispecchia perfettamente l’annuncio, siamo stati accolti da Rino e Anna persone fantastiche disponibili e sempre pronti a consigliare ed aiutare senza mai essere invadenti. Francesco disponibilissimo e sollecito nelle risposte alle varie domande tramite mail.
Raggiungibili a piedi vari ristoranti/pizzerie facendo belle passeggiate lungo la riva, i tramonti sono indimenticabili e si possono ammirare anche dal tetto di casa. Raggiungibili in auto, in poco tempo, vari siti molto belli e interessanti.
Grazie Francesco, Rino e Anna abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza che speriamo di poter ripetere.

What a nice location and view very near to the seaside, to nice restaurants, the salines, and of course the towns like Erice, Marsala and Trapani.

Bel panorama dal tetto!
Io e i miei 4 amici siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Rino e Anna, ci ha fatto molto piacere. Ho trovato la casa meglio di come mi aspettassi, due condizionatori d'aria funzionanti, camere come nelle foto, ma la sorpresa è stato il bel panorama sulle saline che si vede dalla terrazza sul tetto. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Incantevole affaccio sulle saline dello Stagnone, casa comoda, fresca e confortevole con ampio giardino recintato.
Accoglienza impeccabile e struttura come da immagini sul sito: bellissima!
Unici nei la scarsa disponibilità di spazio negli armadi/cassetti (già occupati da oggettistica varia) e la pulizia generale non esattamente a regola d’arte.
Comunque sia, soddisfattissimi del soggiorno.

SOGGIORNO INDIMENTICABILE DA RIPETERE
Un soggiorno indimenticabile fra kitesurf e escursioni sui monti siciliani, fra templi greci e citta mediovali, il tutto coronato da una casa in riva al mare con tramonti mozzafiato, padroni di casa ospitali e disponibili 24/24 che torneremo ad salutare appena possibile!!! Neanche il COVID_19 può fermae la BEDDA SICILIA.

Perfekter Rückzugsort für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber
Herzlicher Empfang. Perfekte Lage, wenn man nicht Haus an Haus mit den anderen Kitesurfern Urlaub verbringen möchte. Toller Garten und Dachterrasse. Innen leider etwas dunkel und die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür aber auch nicht teuer. Haben hier ein super schöne Woche verbracht.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza ricca di sorprese. La luce, lo spazio dentro e fuori la casa, la storia dei luoghi e delle persone. Non vi accanto un mare straordinario, bisogna cercarlo e imparare a conoscere i venti, le temperature, le scelte delle meduse, anche convivere con un pianeta che non è quello che ci aspettiamo quanto a integrità. E' un soggiorno di conoscenza. La casa ha lo spazio sufficiente per nascondersi, meditare, stare vicini agli altri o in solitudine. Il tramonto è indimenticabile. Il giardino e i profumi anche. (...Forse chiederei una cifra più bassa per le pulizie). Grazie anche per la qualità delle comunicazioni.

Abbiamo soggiornato dieci notti in luglio. L'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Rino e Anna sono state da subito sintomo di una vacanza bellissima. La casa è grande e accogliente. Dotata di tutto e di più. Abbiamo usato l'aria condizionata solo per un paio di ore perché di solito si rivela fresca alla sera se si tengono chiusi gli scuri di giorno. Posizione strategica per visitare tutto l'ovest della Sicilia. Si godono dei tramonti meravigliosi.

Erholsamer Urlaub an der Salinen von Marsala
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Es hatte alles was man braucht um einen tollen individuellen Urlaub zu gestalten. Der Hausverwalter war sehr nett und hat uns geholfen in jeden Anliegen und uns tolle Tips gegeben. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Gartenanlage gepflegt und schön. Die Sicht auf das Meer beim Sonnenuntergang einfach unbezahlbar.

Wunderbar gelegenes im marokkanischen Stil erbautes Haus mit Ausblick auf die Lagune
Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Es wurden sogar Bettwäsche und Duschtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte wunderbar. Die Küche ist etwas eng aber genügend Platz um die Esswaren zu verstauen. Der Kühlschrank genügend gross mit einem grossen Tiefkühler.
Am Abend war es auf der Terrasse etwas heiss solange die Sonne schien aber der Sonnenuntergang wunderbar zu betrachten.
Die Zimmer sind gross und genügend Platz für 6 Personen Die Schränke waren zwar etwas überfüllt mit Decken und sonstigem Krimskrams was etwas mühsam war, denn man konnte seine Kleider nicht einräumen. Ansonsten wären sie gross genug gewesen.
Auch der Umschwung mit den Feigenbäumen ist wunderbar (jeden Tag frische Feigen pflücken).
Der Weg mit dem Auto bis zur Kitebeach ist schnell. (ca.10min). Zu Fuss ist es zu weit und auch zu heiss. Wir waren bei der Kitestation Loopa Kite..sehr super und angenehme Leute. (einstig ins Wasser viel besser).
Vielen Dank auch an Rino und Anna die uns Tips gegeben haben und auch das Haus in einem sauberen Zustand übergeben haben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf Jedenfall weiter.

Fantastic hideaway for families with a beautiful garden.
Francesco (owner) is very fast in communication. His friends Rino & Anna, who take care of the house and garden are very friendly and really make you feel at home. We had great BBQs at fantastic sunsets. Our kids had lots of fun outside in the huge garden area. The only thing we really missed was a dishwasher. Some other things you should know. There is a military airport nearby, where every day (beside sunday) Eurofighters and other very loud airplanes start from. During nights dogs from the neigbourhoods bark from time to time. Otherwise it is calm. The kitchen equipment could be in better conditions and more glasses would be helpfull. The BBQ needs to be replaced by a new one it has reached its end of lifetime. In one of the three sleeping rooms you find air condition which we didn't use in May. To sum it up, we had great holidays at this place and can highly recommend it. Enjoy.

Des vacances agréables, au calme
Nous avons passé presque un mois dans cette maison, qui outre le jardin, dispose d'un toit terrasse et d'un espace ouvert ( derrière les colonnettes) pour prendre ses repas ( lorsque le soleil ne donne pas :). Il y a la climatisation dans la chambre principale. L'ameublement et simple mais suffisant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les chaises longues et le barbecue. La propriété est très proche de la mer que l'on peut apercevoir de la maison. Elle n'est pas isolée, il est possible d'aller à pied à la supérette voire même à la pizzeria de l'autre côté de la voie de chemin de fer.Il y a des supermarchés un peu plus loin qui sont ouverts le dimanche.
La localisation permet de visiter la région assez confortablement.

Tutto come da programma
Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana nella zona di Marsala, anche grazie alla casa scelta come alloggio. La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed alle foto, il proprietario (purtroppo conosciuto solo telefonicamente) e' molto gentile e le persone che curano la casa in loco sono sempre state disponibili ed interessate al nostro benessere durante il soggiorno. Fornita di ogni comodita' e optional, si trova in una posizione ottimale sia perche' ha la vista sulle saline (tramonto super) sia perche' (per gli interessati come noi) si raggiunge velocemente lo spot in cui fare kite (uno e' anche sotto casa, raggiungibile a piedi). Il tutto circondato da un meraviglioso giardino, in cui godersi la serata. Consigliata!!

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf Emails und WhatsApp geantwortet, vor Ort hat sich eine nettes Seniorenpaar um alles gekümmert. Wir waren zum Kiten dort, dafür war die Lage perfekt. Es führt eine Treppe hoch auf das Hausdach. Von dort fühlt man den Wind, sieht gleich die ersten Kites am Himmel und hat einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind groß, gut geeignet um Kites wieder zu versorgen. Die Einrichtung ist italienisch und die Küchenausstattung sehr einfach. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig waren für mich die vergitterten Fenster.
