The apartment is in a lively area day and night in summer, especially on weekends with restaurants, bars, terraces, nightclubs ... (that if you are very susceptible to noise could make night rest difficult). The roof of the building, for common use, has fantastic views, where you can go up to sunbathe, read, or breathe sea breeze. The use of the roof will only be possible during the day, not at night, and always respecting the tranquility and rest of the neighbors.
