Our hosts were very accommodating, stocking the fridge and cupboards with supply's for breakfast. The apartment was very neat, tidy and comfortable. With an awesome view.

Low pressure shower.

Very well set up with everything you would need and providing a starter breakfast pack in the fridge is an exceptional added touch we had never experienced before. The location is breathtaking- so lucky to wake up to that beautiful view every morning. Totally loved the stay, couldn't have been better, thank you.

Fabulous self contained unit that forms part of owners home. Fitout is of the highest quality and even includes a unique spa bath. Property is right on the waterfront with amazing views from the unit of the Derwent River and accessible to riverside walks. Our host Nel was a a great hostess and even provided some breakfast provisions. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, parking and beach access within meters from our picturesque accommodation. ideal and quiet with no through traffic.

Our hosts Nel and Lorne were fantastic. Friendly and very hospitable. Everything you would want was supplied at the bnb. Absolutely beautiful location and so close to city of Hobart but you felt you were at your own magic beach. Such a gem...will be back

Steps a bit difficult for my 81 year old mum

There are not enough superlatives to describe such excellent accommodation. Perfect hosts who obviously enjoyed people sharing their idyllic lifestyle, were most welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect to explore the district, the fully self contained roomy, extremely comfortable ground floor apartment had all the creature comforts of home, including a large spa bath, and an extensive library. All of this right on the bay with fantastic views. Facilities and all amenities were excellent, extremely clean, the whole accommodation was very tastefully decorated, allowing you to relax and enjoy the ambience. A wonderful experience, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Location to waterfront and walks

very comfortable little home from home in a perfect location. lovely host who even brought us fresh flowers!

Nel and Lorne had a fully stocked kitchen and left eggs, milk, butter and bread for my breakfast the next morning. The location was superb with the River Derwent on the door step. I stayed 2 nights and planned to drive and explore past Hobart but ended up just staying in the apartment just relaxing. The library of books available were just so amazing. I really appreciate the thought the host’s have put into making the visitor feel like being home.

The place was perfect for what we wanted. Clean and tidy, easy to get to, quiet, next to the beach… most importantly super friendly and accommodating hosts. We had a great time staying and strongly recommend to anyone thinking of booking here.
