About this villa rental
Situated in Four Corners, this charming villa for £150 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with a brand new 65' Samsung Smart HD TV with Cinema Surround Sound all round the Family Room - you can Skype on our TV, watch internet films, Blu Ray DVD's and also included is unlimited access to Netflix, DVD and Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with Jacuzzi. We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts. As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and webcam, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun. Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available. We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside. All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player. We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings. Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe. We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home from home for our Guests Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on. If you would like the more professional course, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just 5 minutes away. My husband and I booked this place for three nights as we wanted a place near Disney World since my family was spending time in and around there during the week, and we were going to spend a little time here and there with them.
So glad my husband and I chose this house. He and I spent our daytime hours in the pool, which was perfectly heated. Not sure what the temperature was set on, but it was better than just right! Catching up with family in the evening, it was super easy to drive to the Animal Kingdom and to Disney Springs from the house (the two places we visited, but the rest of Disney is just as easily accessible, I imagine). After, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub which was the perfect segue into a great night's rest. The master bed was perfect!
Though it was only two of us staying there, a larger party (up to eight, I think?) can comfortably stay there and not be on top of one another the entire time. Very good for families/groups going to Disney but not wishing to stay in the parks (understandable!).
Terri is also a great host - super responsive!

Had a great trip, layout is great, very comfortable. Nice kitchen with plenty of plates, etc. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap for the bathrooms, also will need to buy paper towels and toilet paper if staying more than a few days, also laundry soap. A Public’s and Wal Mart are close though.
Pool is very nice and plenty of furniture outside.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was as described. We are looking at coming back next year and this will be the 1st house we look at for availability. The villa is close to disney but the I-4 is incredibly busy every morning/ day & night. Give yourself an hour for disney and roughly 1.5 hours for Universal. We knew this before booking the villa, we just love the area so much. We have stayed on Tuscan Ridge before, do not hesitate to book. The communication with the property management is amazing.

The house was just as advertised. The location worked well for our trips to Disney. The pool area is sufficiently private, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Terri (the owner) was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

What a great holiday we had in this well kept up, extremely clean, renovated and nicely decorated villa. We have been renting villa’s in Florida for over 25 years and this is the BEST place that we have ever had. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the pool and hot tub were heated to a great temperature and also had a full size clean Gas BBQ. The managing company was amazing and accommodating.
The area is great to walk with our small dog and is also close to Disney.
Most of all, the owner Terri was Amazing to deal with and would check in to make sure everything was ok or if there was anything we needed.
I would definitely give this Villa, Owner and Management Company a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 👍

A gorgeous home with plenty of space and amenities. Dog friendly. Spacious kitchen and living area. Great game room. Quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants close by. Had loads of fun. Owners were very attentive and ensured we were happy with their home.

Large, spacious & beautiful villa. Loved the heated pool & jacuzzi, especially after long days spent at the parks. Games room is a bonus, had some great pool matches with family members.

The location of the property in comparison to Disney, Seaworld, Airport, restaurants was great. The house was clean, the pool was the perfect temperature (we had it heated), and the beds were so so comfortable!!
I do recommend a few things:
-pick up some cleaning supplies, basic items, as none are in the house
-be sure to pick up some soap for shower, dishwasher, and laundry
Overall this was a great place to stay and we had a great time!

The amenities is what sold us on this place, the pool, hot tub, game room and they allowed pets and it was centrally located between the 2 places we we're going to visit, Legoland and Disney.
Although we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, we enjoyed our time there. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty towels, the showers and master tub was nice and my kids loved all the fun amenities. The game room was quite warm with it being in the converted garage and we definitely had to use the fans they provided but it didn't stop us from having fun playing pool.
We had an issue with the pool heater but the management company and Teri responded and got it fixed. The neighbors were noisy the first night and my son couldn't sleep in the kids room since those rooms are next to that house. But the neighbors were only there that 1 night. I could have lived without the alarms on the doors to the pool. I understand the need for them but my children can swim so for us they were annoying have to press the button each time we went outside.
Overall the location was good, the area was convenient, the house met all our needs, and the exchange rate between US and UK currency still made this house affordable for all the amenities we got.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The home centers around the pool. We had a 3 year old and we’re very appreciative of the pool alarm on the doors opening to the pool area. The game room was a huge hit with our 7 year old grandson. It was such a bonus to have Netflix set up on the TV. And there is one in each bedroom. Nice security system Close to all the attractions We had a memorable trip. Thanks for sharing your home!

So initially this home seemed like the perfect place to be. It was a great size and slightly updated. However the payment isn’t in USD so if you aren’t paying attention you’ll actually be paying way more than expected. They say that the grill must be cleaned before leaving yet upon arrival the grill was dirty. There were candy wrappers within the childrens bedsheets as well as dirt marks on all the bed linen. For whatever reason the bed sheets weren’t right side up on the bed. Rather inside out. There was also a ton of mold along the windows within the Master Bathroom shower. Another issue was the very vague day of departure instructions, along with lack of timely communication. My party left this villa on 5/29, a day in which I requested a late check out. However I was denied due to them having another family promptly arriving within 6 hours of our departure. Now almost a week and a half later I am being hit with chargers of damage that can not be verified that it was my party due to another family entering the property right after us. I would recommend another establishment that is owned by individuals within the States as to not have any financial surprises or for them to try to pull the wool over your eyes so to speak. Hopefully I can dispute such charges. But either way. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

The game room was great. The kitchen has a great skylight that allows enough light at night that you don't have to turn on lights. The kitchen had all the items we needed to eat in the home . Loved it and would stay again.

What a beautiful home & neighborhood. The community was friendly and welcoming. Terri, the owner, was terrific with attention to my every requests. She responded quickly to emails. Her home has everything you'd ever want for a perfect vacation. It's very private and peaceful.
The management company took care of any issue immediately. They sent out repairman to fix refrigerator and once to fix the WiFi signal. They always kept me updated and never wanted to interrupt or inconvenience us.
This home is huge was tons of space for family. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the game room, but it would be great for fun activities. The kitchen has everything you need. Plus, the large gas stove was a cooking delight.
Location is close to restaurants, movie theaters.shopping and Disney. Only 45 minute drive to Orlando International Airport.
The pool area is extra large with plenty of outdoor furniture. We enjoyed daily relaxing by the pool. There was both warm sunshine and plenty of shade. It's easy to just watch the clouds drift by.
I am so appreciative that my pets were allowed. We especially enjoyed walking in a safe neighborhood during anytime of the day.
