Great property. Great location. A block away from all the action. But away from all the noise. Very clean.

Perfect location on Bradford; adjacent the Shipwreck. Easy parking situation and really communicative property managers. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at one of the properties for only 3 days but accommodations were well beyond what we expected and the process for check in and check out was very smooth

Cozy and clean condo in great location in Provincetown!

Great communication from company, nice bed / bedroom. Can't beat location. Bathroom could use a refresh and some leveling/grout work, but it was clean. Had everything you need and very close to everything.

Staff was very accommodating regarding an illness I had one evening ; much appreciated. Provincetown public works department stopped right in front of bedroom window 2 out of 4 nights to conduct some kind of street maintenance at 1 a.m. Eek.

The property was an excellent location. Just one street behind Commercial so not as noisy and easy walking either East or West!

Great location steps from all shops and restaurants, gay bars a stones throw. And you can hear them! But still would definitely book here again! Back garden/patio with charcoal or gas grill and all you need in the well stocked kitchen!

The Checkin process and the listing were accurate. The location was great, walking distance to everything

great little place perfect for a couple that is just looking to get away. Ceilings are a bit low, but that's all I can really say about the space and can't consider that a negative since it tends to happen. But all in all great spot for easy to everything.

The location of this condo couldn’t have been any better! Not too loud or busy but still so conveniently close to Commercial Street, the bike shop, supermarket, etc. The condo itself was really nice and clean, and the customer service team was great! They were super attentive to all of our needs without being intrusive. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property/owner! We really had a great time and have no complaints.

My partner & I rented this space, the exact same week, 2017. We were disappointed in the condition of the condo from a cleanliness / clutter stand point. The owners response was very pat as if to say they really didn't care what we had to say. We saw the listing this spring on homeaway and were attracted to the price. I had an email exchange with Luke from Delmar, who explained they they had taken over the management of the property. Of course the price wasn't what was advertised, typical homeaway "hook"; draw you in at a low off season rate but of course the rate is higher for the week we wanted in August. We booked our week with apprehension but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrive at the Bradford Bistro. SIGNIFICANT improvements over our visit last year! 1) The condo was clean!! And smelled clean! It was the first impression when we walked in. 2) Removing the cluttery furniture in the living room made a significant improvement. 3) Bed linen & towels (professionally cleaned) were 100% better! Thank you for providing us with more than 1 set of towels. Glad to see the beach chair that I bought last year was still there. There however is still room for improvement. 1) Clean EVERYTHING out of the the bedroom closet. Why is it acceptable to have other persons clothes and crap in the closet?? We assume that the clothes and clutter belong to the owners 2) Clean ALL the extraneous junk out of the bathroom closet. There’s little space in bathroom.....would be helpful to have that space to use. 4) Get rid of the creepy tabernacle in the bedroom! There’s no horizontal surfaces in that room. 5) Simplify the tv situation 6) Improve the cable....no msnbc? Really? 7) The laundry room key is on a child’s shoe that's in a salad bowl on the kitchen table. Why would I look for the laundry room key there?? Why would I use a bowl with a shoe in it?? 8) Get a new mattress pad. We found the mattress pad on upside down on the bed and left it that way. It’s old, stained and needs replacing. 9) Washing the windows might be a good idea too. We departed the property on August 25. As of today 9/8, I have yet to receive my $200.00 deposit back from Delmar Vacations. Funny how they don't forget to charge you though. I'll be contacting the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office on Monday.
