We had such a fun time. The people are very friendly. If you enjoy court sports you will love the round robin tennis and pickleball. The beach is beautiful and the village is great for dinners out.

This property had everything you would ever need for a family vacation. Beach chairs, a wagon, trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies. We really love this location. The property is on the 3rd floor but very close to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach.

because of our flight we arrived after business hours. upon getting ready for bed we found the guest room bedroom (2 single beds) had dirty/stained sheets and comforter. after a trip to Walmart to buy clean sheets and a comforter we were finally able to get to bed.
the next we realized we had no tv. it kept saying no signal. after a day of trying multiple ways to correct the problem I finally realized that someone had disconnected all the cable boxes at both the surge protector and at the back of the tv’s.
after that everything was fine

Condo was wonderful and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It also had a beach wagon, beach chairs/umbrellas, toys, coolers and everything for a perfect beach day. Complex grounds were beautiful and quiet. I would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future myself!

Loved our stay! The location is perfect and they have everything you need to relax! The pool at the condo was fantastic and the beach was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved Midnight Cove II and the condo was the right size for us. Well stocked and good design. The long couch needs replacement and some of the screens have holes, which let in bugs. The screen to the back door does not open except with great exertion.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, and we had plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool was nice, and it was convenient to be near the beach.

This property was like someone had moved their grandparents out for a week and rented their home. It was not set up as a rental property. The kitchen cupboards were rammed with stuff and there was not a single place we could put a few groceries The crockery and silverware was all old and miss matched. Everything was dated. No wine glasses except a few old plastic ones. Mattress protector was stained as were pillows. Second bedroom cupboard was rammed with junk and needed a good clear out. One of the sofas was collapsed. Place needed a good freshen up and clear out. Could have been so much better with a few dollars spent on small upgrades.

We were so pleased with everything the condo had to offer. It was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities, great beach with access, and the weather was perfect as well. We will definitely be back!!

This property is amazing. We were able to walk to dinner, and the grocery store… if we wanted to go to downtown Siesta Key we hopped on the trolley just outside our building!!!! We definitely vacation here again!

Property was comfortable and well stocked with the exception of silverware. Really struggled with the tv - kept losing signal and guide wouldn’t work but since we aren’t big TV watchers we didn’t call about it.

This rental was nice, but seemed small. The queen bed was “just ok” ... sheets were cheap and pillows too...so sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV in master to work, but that could be user error)
All the appliances worked and the trip was great, but if you’re looking for upscale furnishings and something that feels “special”, I would keep looking. ...but for the money it was a good deal. Nice towels, clean updated bathrooms and the place had everything we needed to go to the beach and do laundry. I would rate it a 7. :)

The condo itself was very pretty, modern , up to date. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool area was even nicer than pictured! We loved the short walk to restaurants and beach. The sand is amazing! Our contact person, Lilo, went above and beyond!! She was great! My husband really loved the free trolley service which took us to the village where there was even more great restaurants and shops! We’ll be back! We were sad to leave early due to COVID outbreak..

The sand is amazing! Our contact person, Lilo, went above and beyond!! She was great! My husband really loved the free trolley service which took us to the village where there was even more great restaurants and shops! We’ll be back! We were sad to leave early due to COVID outbreak..

It would have been nice to have known beach towels and hair dryer were supplied, since I couldn’t find info on it, I brought my own cramming it into my suitcase. A warning about not leaving anything out on the counter, due to ghost ants. Would have been nice. We’ve never experienced them before so was not prepared. We did find spray and traps that we used, then made sure to leave nothing out. Everything went on the fridge.
Also communicating with the concierge could have been better. I left a message 2 weeks before coming to see if we could have a late check out and to find out about arriving late. Did not hear from her. Called again, no answer. Called the day we were leaving and finally got a response. Said she would check on late check out and I didn’t hear back from her. Text her mid week and then get a call two days before leaving to tell me it wasn’t possible. Check out was 10:00 am, earlier than most I’ve ever stayed at. Over all the condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key.

We love Midnight Cove 2 and have stayed in several different condo’s. This condo was beautifully appointed and very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Plan on returning.

Unit was “Ok”
The unit was ok. There were a lot of “little” things that were annoyances. Tv kept going out, the ceiling plaster was falling off, the comforter in the twin bed room had some stains to the point should have been replaced, broken blinds, and the washer was very tricky to use, and we were not able to use Midnjght Cove chairs on the beach because we were Midnight Cove II. Overall, it did serve the purpose but did expect a little more for the price.

Great place
This was a well appointed condo in a great location with access to Crescent Beach! The unit is up to date and had most everything you could need. It was not an issue for us but this unit is on the 3rd level of the building with no elevator access. The management company was responsive to our one problem...the sliding door handle was broken. However, they said someone would come fix it and no one did. Luckily we were still able to get the door open and enjoy the outdoor deck anyways! The only other complaint is that the twin mattresses were really uncomfortable and the springs could be felt on the surface. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed our stay!

An more than adequate that could stand some improvement.
The unit was adequately equipped with nice, newly remodeled bathrooms. Covered parking was a plus. The washing machine was a problem - had to have someone come over to get it started. It wouldn't start again. Simply gave up after that. Mattresses and box springs in both bedrooms need to be replaced. Sliding glass door has issues. I thought someone had left a whoopee cushion under the couch but I was wrong. It makes the same noise every time you sit down or stand up. The complex is well maintained - grounds, pool area, and walkways around the dock areas. Beach access is across (Midnight Pass Road) but a well maintained right of way. I rented a bike and it was stolen in spite of being locked. Not the owners fault. Maintenance guys said it wasn't the first time. The overall feel of Midnight Cove II is more like an apartment complex. With correction of the items mentioned it would be greatly improved.

Beautiful!!! Great location, great decor, comforta
Exactly what I was looking for. This condo was on the 3rd floor and had a view of the pool and the canal. The decor was absolutely beautiful!! We had pretty cold weather while we were there, so we spent a bit of time in the condo. Very comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would stay here again!!!

Immediately. She is amazing. I cannot recall having such great service at a vacation property. The pool was excellent and the landscape was well groomed.
