Clean and nice house with a lovely garden and pool. We enjoyed our stay, the kitchen is well equipped, all the rooms are nice. Few notes for future guests: - Two rooms are under ground, we didnt get from the pictures, it is nice since its cooler when the weather is super hot in Fethiye but might affect your perspective. - The villa shares a garden with another villa. Around there are many other houses which creates less private space, but overall we didnt have any problems. - There are water cuts at night in the region, we were not informed so first night was problematic for us. - Ovacık is close to Fethiye and Ölüdeniz, the temperature is much cooler than both so a perfect place to stay. Do not hesitate if it is far from center.

Very nice villa, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Easy access to all local centres. Taxi call button 50 metres from gate. Slight lack of privacy due to the shared drive, but not a big issue. Overall would be happy to stay here again.

We have just returned from a great 14-day stay, the villa is in a perfect location for being away from the noise but close enough to be near everything. Lynda was a great help from the moment we booked and helping us whenever we needed it whilst we were there. I would definitely recommend this villa to everybody whether you are a group of adults or a family like us.

A group of six seniors stayed for two weeks at Villa Lynste, Ovacik, Turkey. The Villa has its own swimming pool (the best I have experienced) and is situated in a private, quiet area, only 5 minutes walk from Super Markets and Restaurants, meaning a car is not a necessity. The Villa was well appointed, fully air conditioned and very clean on occupation. We enjoyed a very relaxing time here. Villa also very close to local bus stops and taxi points for extended visits in the area. Would recommend Villa Lynste, . The Owners, Lynda and Steve were very helpful, and replied promptly to any problems experienced to the Booking of the Villa, Turkish Visas, Transportation from Dalaman Airport, to local customs and history. We had an excellent holiday in a well appointed Villa. We were fortunate, in that there was no need to contact the Owners with any problems during our stay, despite knowing that they were contactable at all times. As stated would recommend this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, which is self contained to such an extent, that if the delivery of provisions was arranged with any of the Supermarkets, there would be no need to venture out. Our group (4 adults and 3 kids) fit comfortably in this clean simply furnished house. The private pool which was beautiful and clean was definitely the highlight for our kids! We loved being so close to shops and the beach but still feeling secluded at the house!

Villa is in lovely location away from the main road of Ovacik but just around the corner to a local shop for essentiala such as milk, beer and tonic. The local buses run every five minutes and are a stroll away, no need for a car. Lots to see and do. Turkey was a delight. Lots of trees, beautiful beaches, genuinely friendly people and we loved bartering for our "named brands" in the local market. We totally recommend Turkey, Ovacik and Villa Lynste for a relaxing perfect holiday

We loved this villa, comfortable spacious, well equipped and with a lovely pool. The owners are great as is the local support and the neighbours. Every issue that came up (nothing serious) was dealt with quickly and if you have a car everything the area has to offer is in easy reach. We are looking forward to being able to stay here again. The villa was in a great location, peaceful and relaxing in the day but near enough to walk to the restaurants with ease in the evening. Great additions of wi-fi and the water machine serving lovely chilled water were a hit with everyone. Would definitely recommend. Great to get away from it all without being remote.

From the moment we first enquired about the villa everything was just so easy. The communication with the owners Lynda and Steve was fantastic, any query we had was answered very quickly and very informative. We are 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 3 teenage girls. (14,15 & 17) The villa itself was the perfect layout with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor which the girls had and felt like they had their own private space, lounge and kitchen on the middle and 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms top floor both with balconies. This suited us very well. The pool was a lovely size and also the garden was lovely and kept well. Sun beds for all! The terrace was also lovely. The view was amazing, mountains all around and the neighbours very friendly. The local restaurants and bars and shops were only a short walk away, 5 mins and with buses very regular and taxis at the push of a button it couldn't have been easier to travel to the other local towns. My family have stayed in Olu Deniz before a few times so it was nice to stay somewhere different, the other family with us have never been to Turkey before and have absolutely fallen in love with the place! We used the restaurant 'Friar Tucks' many times the staff are so friendly and helpful, offering to give you lifts back or any help you may need. The local supermarket even gave us a lift back with our shopping! It is very cheap to eat out, I would say about £10 per head including drinks. Breakfast £2.50 You can jump on a bus (dolmus) to Olu Deniz for 3.75 lira which is about 80p and only takes about 10 minutes, or a taxi is 25-35 lira which is about £5-7 there you can visit the famous blue lagoon beach which is beautiful. Some of our party also did paragliding which they said was amazing, I stood on the beach and watched! Overall just a little touch of what we experienced, and we are planning to go back already. I highly recommend this villa, wish I was still there. Thank you Lynda and Steve for sharing your villa. 2 very happy families

Lovely spacious clean and tidy property with pretty much everything available you could think of or require. The kitchen was well equiped with decent pans, utensils and crockery including a 19 litre water (industrial type) chiller which was perfect, and with a phone call, water was delivered and replaced within 15- 20 minute no lugging back from the shops. The pool is deceiving and bigger than the picture suggests and is fine for a swim or just cooling off with a deep and shallow end to suit all . The phone was also handy for takeaways booking trips etc , and with internet connection meant the boys could keep up with friends (albeit on holiday)? And also connect for films if required late evening. Ideally peaceful 3 story property , backing onto an olive grove and with lovely mountain views , friendly neighbours and all located only a few minutes walk from the Dolmas (local (bus) and only 5 mins max from local shops / restaurants. Ideal for one or two families. Or friends sharing We would have no hesitation in returning.

This was the fourth villa we have rented in Ovacik over the past six years, and our favourite so far. We would definitely choose villa Lynste again and hope to be coming back next year. we love the area and found the villa to be in a perfect setting for us, nice and peaceful but still really convenient for transport, restaurants and shops.

Just came back from 27 days at Villa Lynste and we have had a brilliant time, it really is a home from home, all the comforts you need with the added sun and a good few great extras (the hammock and outdoor bbq were personal favourites) the owners were great to deal with very helpfull and the people who look after the villa (friar tucks) were great aswell, we honestly couldnt find a thing to fault and we will definatly be returning as we are regular visitors to the area which is a beautiful part of turkey, thanks again to steve and lynda we have had a brilliant family holiday 👍🏼

Villa Lynste is just fantastic, beautiful villa inside and out, private and so very spacious, perfect sized pool with a deep side and a shallow side for our children, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. Perfectly central location, 5-10 in walk into Ovacik centre and approx a 15 min drive to Fethiye, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz. Lynda was nothing but helpful from the very first enquiry I sent right through to arriving back in the UK. I have already recommended to family for their next holiday, and personally I would return in a flash. Thanks again Lynda.

This is a lovely place to stay. Villa is great and location perfect for us (two families 4 adults and three teenagers). Villa is in a great spot, quiet with a mountain backdrop but also well placed for trips by Dolmus to Fethiye, Oludeniz and Kaya Koy. Also good selection of local restaurants and super markets easily accessible. Lovely neighbours next door provided us with good recommendations and owners were very helpful with organising transfers and providing advise prior to our visit. Recent addition of Wifi and phone to order water, beer etc was a bonus.

just returned today June 24th 2014 after a fab 10 day holiday which was booked by my daughter in-law, first time villa holiday for me and my husband so we were sceptical but this has now been changed villas r 4 us, the villas amenities were excellent, my two grandchildren were never out of the pool , the whole place was spotless and towels and bedding were plentiful, the whole of the holiday was relaxing , the neighbours were great . Few suggestions to the owners A welcome pack would have been great even if it had just been the basics as we did not arrive till after midnight and we could not even have a cup of tea or give the kids a drink explain where you get the Dolmus buses as you have to walk to the top of the dirt track not even a minutes walk then turn right then right again down the bank , if you had not been to this area before you could easily have been lost I would again like to say the Villa, garden and pool was absolutely beautiful, thank you to the owners.

The Villa is located in Ovacik, it has stunning mountain views, and is only a short walk from the local bars and shops. The local beach and Blue Lagoon are a short dolmus ride away, the little buses go every couple of minutes. The Villa was very clean, with all mod cons, and we loved the pool and hammock in the garden. Its so peaceful and was just what we needed to have a relaxing holiday. The owners were really helpful with information about the local area and things to do and we went on some great trips based on their recommendations. They even organised our transfers to and from the airport which was door to door. We cant wait to book again!
