Location with the view is great. Pool is great. Spacious for 3 families. But with 5 families it’s a challenge.
Run down facilities and equipment. Pool jets are broken, utensils very old and scraped (coating coming off), BBQ available but not maintained, pillows and sofa covers stained. Trampolin broken. Playroom has broken equipment.
