Lovely and quiet, friendly staff, spacious room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, loved the little condiments, easy to find on arrival, not far from the pier, walking distance to entertainments and food places. Had a lovely stay, reasonable price for the room, would highly recommend to anyone who stays here. Would definitely book here again!!
There isn't one thing I didn't like about my stay here at vinnie's family hotel. Everything was upto standard and couldn't fault anything.

The room was nothing like on the advert. Carpet thread bare marks on walls. Thick limescale on shower head. One of the bed legs had gone through the carpet down into the floor boards. Wallpaper hanging off the walls and the bath sealant was all black. Room very small too small for a double bed. On checking in we got told what room and floor and where to put key when checked out no warmth or smile. This was after ringing the door bell 4 times no answer so had to call the number in the end.

Lovely clean room with everything you need. Nice and quiet at night too. I love the thoughtfulness in the items downstairs you can borrow ie sand buckets for kids, blankets and bowls for dogs. Really lovely gesture
Room was a little chilly but we wasn’t sea front so no sun. No bother as the blanket provided was really thick.

Staff were friendly.
Weren't made aware it was a pet friendly hotel. We spent the time itching and Scratching. Couldn't get any channels on the TV. Small crack in the bath. No lock on Bathroom door, it was very cold in the Bathroom and draughty.

No lift to our bedroom was 50 stairs up ,but right in the middle of town , amazing view from our room ,so didn't mind the stairs , owners where so lovely , plus the beach wad just across the road , would love to stay there again , super clean , and very comfortable room 😀 x

Great coffee and tea facilities.
Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the walls are a little thin so every word was heard from our noisy neighbours in the room next door.

The location is perfect and very close to the beach, central pier, tram Station etc, room was very clean and very cosy, staff were very friendly and even let us keep are luggage safe and secure on the final day whilst me and my partner went out for a few hours.
There were a lot of stairs to carry my luggage up but that was expected when I booked a sea view room, apart from that everything else was perfect

Mattress a bit firm for my liking. Was woke up at 6am on second morning with buzzing noise coming from seal on the window with the wind and couldn’t get rid of it.
Inside of room door badly needs repainted as it has been scratched by dogs . Spoils the room . Found that a bit depressing.

I liked the fact the ensuit had a bath as well as a shower
The fact that there was no lift seeing as it had 4 double flights of steep stairs to each floor ,4 floors in all .No breakfast was available,.

Great location, on the seafront, bus stop and tram stop right outside. Owner great. Excellent value for money. Great little cafe around the corner for a full English breakfast.

Everything , the deco is gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, really clean, lovely cups
for a cuppa , nice coffee , lovely shower , gorgeous view from our room. staff couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be visiting again with family.
the bar was closed but it wasn’t a issue as we went back to our room and enjoyed the sunset.

Owners were lovely. Couldn't be more helpful. Excellent location. Lots of amenities in room. When we arrived they asked if we realised our room we booked was 4th floor and allowed us to swop for a first floor room. Lots of bits for us to borrow for the dog.

Location is good thats about all
Very old and basic dump never will be returning rooms are nothing like it discribes everything in room is held up with pipes window is very narrow and could never escape if there was a fire bed very sqeeky and springs sticking in your back 4 floors with no lift i suffer with copd and mobilty issues so not ideal if you have breathing or mobilty issues cant watch tv with areil sqeeking
Absolute dump not reccomended iv been going blackpool for many years and its the worst by far

Lovely friendly owners who went out of their way to help! room was compact but very comfortable and clean. Lovely selection of teas and coffees too. Location is fantastic, right on the beach

It was very cold in my room even when the heating was on,it was just warm, it showed a drinks bar and food and there was none
