Price to ratio, view, easy to park well cleaned at start, comfromtable bed + a lot of sheets.
Sink in bath was clogged. There was no tablets & powder for machines. Frying pans are worn out, and regular stove coffe machine would be enough, Nespresso is evil ;) Beach cloth would be a nice addition.

Very close to the beach, and the overall apartment is nice.
There was a terrible smell from the bathroom. The bedding was not cleaned properly, one of the covers had a hole in it. The sofa was full of sand. One of the tea cups was actually stuck to the shelf.
