Flanders in Florida is in the Sandpiper Bay community boasting a peaceful setting in Port Saint Lucie FL, just minutes away from downtown Jensen Beach, & historical Stuart w/the Lyric Theater, & its unique shops. The home itself is over 2,400 sq. ft. w/a gas grill & a tropical solar heated pool setting on a very private 1/2 acre lot. Near golf courses, mall, beaches, shopping, restaurants, biking, playgrounds & more. Flanders in FL also offers a large flat screen WIFI & a fully equipped kitchen. NO PETS ALLOWED!! Flanders in Florida does have a large following of guests that specifically stay with us because we accomodate and provide for their various pet allergies. A fine of $500 per animal will be charged to to your credit card if anyone brings a pet or animal on or into our premises to cover additional cleaning and sanitizing fees. The same fee will be applied if smoking odors are detected in the house. Ashtrays have been provided on the back patio. NO SOLICITATION OR SALES PERMITTED IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD BY OUR GUESTS AND OR FROM OUR VACATION HOME! No more that four VEHICLES per booking. All vehicals must be parked on our driveway. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding. We must be notified of ANY issues immediately during your stay and given the opportunity to resolve said issues right away. This is in regard to anything, whether small (ex. a lightbulb out) or major (ex. the hot water not working). We can not remedy a situation for a positive experience and a top notch property if we’re notified after your stay, and have limited time/resources after your checkout before the next guests arrive. -We do reserve the right to access the home due to emergency, law enforcement, or urgent maintenance issues or any violation of house rules/parties/events held. **Guest reservations must be made by an adult 25 years or older, who also agrees to remain on the property with anyone under 25 years of age at all times, and personally accept responsibility for any damage fees incurred as a result of their guests. An accurate number of guests must be disclosed before the rental is made. Minimum Charge is for 5 nights. By agreeing to rent our property it is agreed by all parties the (Owners) and by the Tenants/Guests, that the Owners will not be held liable for any accidents caused by the actions or negligence of the tenants or their guests using the SWIMMING POOL and swimming pool area and any and all amenities on the property located at: 2190 SE Flanders Rd., Port Saint Lucie, FL 34952. This waiver specifically accepts any claim and/or liabilities resulting from accidents relating to the structural condition of the facilities set forth herein, or their operating condition. In addition, the official Guest agree to assume all responsibility for their invited guests
