just no choice but disappointed becouse incomplete thing like toothbrush or sleeper some of the basic needs etc.

Pleasant stay

Owner is very accommodating. We were allowed to check- in early without additional fee. Thank you! Unit is very clean.

Would be better if they use a different air freshener. I can smell some mothball-like scent.

Good location but poor condition

walking distance to the airport Terminal 3, several shops, restaurants close by

For a short stay close by the airport, guests need: wifi, AC, fast and smooth checkin/ check out, clean and quite room. This apt did not meet several of these min requirements for an overnight stay. The original apt I booked had an issue with A/C leaking, they moved me to apt, whick is ok. Checkin process was very slow. Had to ask doorman to call the caretaker, they shouldn’t assume international travelers to have local phone to call. The host / caretsker could hsve prepared the building pass, paperwork etc Wifi in the room did not work. had to connect to next door unit but that was quite week signal. later the wifi in that unit also broke down and had to be repaired. Apt was quite old furniture, dark, and not very clean.

Kindly put a disposable slipper also for the visitors.

I like the location and the room is big.

The door on the front needs to get fixed because you cannot lock it from the inside someone needs to push it from the outside for it to get lock. Also, someone tries to open our main door three times in the middle of the night. It creeps us out. And there's no sleepers inside the room.

I would choose a different place like Belmont hotel which is also just at the exit of the crosswalk

it’s pretty convenient walk to terminal 3. the room was clean except the floor that was very dusty.

they told me after I booked that we had to provide immunization card or negative PCR test for each family member that didn’t have immunizations..the PCR tests in phillipines are not cheap. This information should have been up front before you book. also, we booked a room and showed the picture of the room we booked to confirm that’s the one we were getting. she said yes and we still ended up in a different room. also, the communication started off well, but then the lady would not respond and I kept having to call to ask her questions.

Superb!

Best affordable accommodation in Manila near the Airport. The owner is so accommodating, she even allowed us to check-in earlier and granted our requests. This is 10/10... I'm so particular with the beddings because of my rhinitis, but It is so comfortable and clean...

Everything is OK.

We were late due to dealing with Philippines government and had told the condo staff to wait and would pay for overtime but the staff was very uncooperative. Bad service. If u want extra money ,we also can give u more.😡😡😡

I booked on behalf of my friend but they didn't enjoyed their stay coz of aircon issue.

I booked a room via booking.com for 4pax adult but when checking in the property they just allowing 3 adults and one child cause us inconvenience. The room aircon is not cool enough to reach very bed inside the room.
