I had a fantastic time staying at Monica's beautiful apartment. It had a fantastic terrace where you could relax and have breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Location , cleanness and air conditioning . There is an amazing balcony that can be used for evening dinners
It is a third floor with no elevator and there is not a parking area . However , the owner clearly states it on booking

We liked everything: the location in an old very nice townhouse in Senigallia. Nicely decorated and comfortably furniture in the studio with good airco and great facilities. Great breakfast and welcome from Monica the owner. She lives a level below. Senigallia is a very nice town and the seeside is great. Nice outside terras when you do not like to go out. We loved it! Monica helped us with parking space.

Monica meeting us & helping us to find a parking space, also providing a payment card for parking. Breakfast provided was ample, with loads of choice. Nice to have outdoor space to sit out. No bottle opener but asked Monica & she leant us hers.
Plenty of space, air conditioning.
Quite a climb up 3 flights of stairs. Could have used more bottled water( but am sure Monica would have provided if asked).
