Modern high standard apartment in great location - would come back

Great location close to restaurants, food shops and colectivo to beach. Clean modern apartment, lots of light and high standard. Friendly and helpful staff.

Très bien à conseiller

Cet établissement est moderne de très bonne qualité, un petit coin cuisine non négligeable, un réfrigérateur congélateur indispensable, internet + wifi sans soucis. En recule des grandes avenues et plus silencieux et tres bien securise , convient pour passer une à plusieurs nuits .

Superb

The apartment was quite large and everything was very clean when I arrived. I requested the staff come and clean every other day, but I think normally they come and clean every day. The sofa and the bed were super comfortable. No traffic noises during the night. Large building with a secured front gate and a security guard at night. Excellent value for the money. So much space!

I had hot water the first day, but the rest of the days I was unable to have a hot shower, it was more like lukewarm water (not freezing though). The AC in the bedroom worked well for the bedroom if you close all of the doors. Unfortunately there is only one AC unit in the apartment, the other room doesn't have one and the AC in the bedroom doesn't have enough power to cool down both rooms.

Very comfortable experience

The room was very spacious and had everything needed for a relaxing stay.

There was some noise early int he mornings due to the school located right behind the hotel.

Superb

Taking the booming prices in Tulum into account this hotel offered a lot fot its value. It has a spacias bedroom and additional living area and a balcony. Staff is really friendly.

Pleasant stay

King size bed, spacious bedroom, shower with door

Nothing to hang wet clothes on, only 1 towel per person, nothing to hang your towel on when showering

We had a good bed. The room had a living room with couch and a bed room. The staff is very good.

The front door in a concrete wall is not marked clear and then we had to ring the bell for them to come unlock.

Great place to stay in Tulum.

Lovely big apartment, with high ceilings and large bed. Location was also good, just set back one block off the main strip. Close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Excellent just need to keep night security better informed

Clean, great quiet location, rooms large and useful

A few more and different kitchen utensils would be useful. Only downside was coming back one evening to find night security on our terrace, claimed he did not know apartment was in use. Manager did apologise.

Really good - especially for the price.

Really good for the price. Everything was clean, it was spacious, nice lounge area and tv with Netflix etc. Good location for downtown Tulum. We rented a scooter from the owner and it was really good (cheap, no deposit required, new condition).

The front gate locks and room locks are a bit difficult to work out.

nice apartment reasonable price

nice large apartment, balconey, kitchen and fridge with stove, nice TV , AC, close to activity, i received extra pillows. I like this place, coffee maker

Well there is no courtyard, but that is the way it is, tiny front yard to look at, More point of of improvement, its not what I didn't like. Some hooks on the wall in bed room but hang a hat, shirt etc would be nice, And maybe a table in the bedroom to put your suitcase on. Have wall mounted dispensers for shampoo instead of small packages, saves the apartment money and also waste packaging.

Nice clean apartment

Very clean, with everything we needed and a very spacious bed! The person that runs it was very avaibale and let us drop our bags before the check in time. Also in a very convenient location, not too far from the bus terminal and near the main road with lots of restaurants and shops.

close to the city center, parking is possible in front of the building, very comfortable and large apartment. Greg who was our contact person was very nice and helpful

only thing I was missing was a drying rack to dry clothes from the beach

Was a big room, has a big fridge and big bathroom

There was stains in me of the couch and the person couldn’t sleep on it. No one clean the room in 3 days they came once and just took the garbage. No clean towels, no bathroom cleaning and no way to ask for new ones. It was a lady that give us the key and that was it. The language was not the problem yo habló español
