Awesome staying in Lima

The location is very good. The hotel is very comfortable. We found very sweet that the owner takes his time to sit with us when we arrive to explain the location, give us recommendations and ask us about what we want to see in the city in order to plan the best route.

The breakfast is very simple, nevertheless prepared with love.

Frank is a wonderful host who is available, responding and always trying to help. The hotel is gem in the best area of Lima. You find everything around. carefully decorated with lots of taste. I truly recommend

Would stay again without a question

This place is so chic and modern. Ana and Frank were also extremely welcoming. We felt super comfortable and got local recommendations. When we’re in Lima again we would certainly stay here.

The room was fresh and clean. Shower was great quality. Frank greeted and checked us in and had some great recommendations. Really friendly and lovely atmosphere. Would have stayed again if I didn't want to stay in Barranco on my second visit

Lima trip

We loved the location and the warm welcome from Frank and Ana. We had everything we needed in the room and we loved the shower. We definitely will come back here if we come back to visit Lima.

Lovely boutique hotel with lovely owners

Frank and Ana were excellent hosts in this lovely boutique hotel. They were most accommodating, and very personable. All of my needs were met and expectations exceeded. The location was ideal, very close to great dining, and shopping options, yet a block or two away from the heavier traffic so it was quiet and secure. The interior common areas were very comfortable, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable home-like feel.

A home away from home

light snack for breakfast, we had access to the kitchen which was wonderful. Very convenient to everything and Frank was so helpful with any questions. Our daughter joined us the following night and we could hang out upstairs in the kitchen area and talk all night. A wonderful experience and I would highly recommend anyone staying here.

Astonishing, best place in Lima!

The best accommodations we have seen in Peru. Frank and Ana are super hosts, friendly and helpful. Their accommodation is situated in in a quiet block in Miraflores, close to Kennedy park and near shops, restaurants etc. They offer several rooms including a small breakfast, and their place really feels like a home, due to the very nice interior. And it is the cleanest and well kept place we have ever seen. Thanks very much Ana and Frank for your hospitality!

Lovely accommodation in Miraflores

Wish we’d stayed longer!

Without going into too much detail, every category was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond for us. We had the King Room, it was so luxurious, we had an amazing nights sleep. The shower was perfect too, exactly the temperature you wanted and high water pressure which is a nice change! The whole house and it’s decor is absolutely stunning. Our whole stay felt very luxurious, we were collected at the airport and Frank & Ana waited on us hand and foot. It was excellent value for money and impeccably clean too. Would stay again and wish we stayed for longer!

It was the perfect place and company for my last two days in Lima. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable house. Very good location, in the center of Miraflores, very quiet area and very close to restaurants, shops... Ana and Frank are very nice couple, they make me feel like at home. They give you information about visiting and numerous restaurants. They made my stay exceptional. I traveled alone and made me feel very well accompanied, even had tea on their wonderful terrace and had a very nice talk. Absolutely recommended. Cleaning, decorating, and comfort of the bed... I give you a 10. Thank you very much for your welcome and company. If I go back to Lima, I'll certainly repeat.

Amazing comfortable start of a Peru journey

We could not have had a better start for our Peru journey than to stay at Ana & Franks hotel in Lima for two nights! After a smoothly arranged pick up from the airport, we received a very warm welcome and lots of help and good tips. The location is perfect, the rooms beautiful and spotlessly clean. The comfi bed was perfect to get over the jetlag and the shower was the best we ever had in a hotel!

Intimate, stylish, quiet, comfy; lovely hosts and staff; spotless and comfy; newly renovated; great location and value. Good basic toast and coffee self-service breakfast (nothing more) provided, and use of a very nice kitchen. I’d say it doesn’t get better than this in South America unless you pay 5 times more.

Exceptional

Nice location in Miraflores with a few good restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet street and the room had decent soundproofed windows. Frank was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Made us coffee at 5am because we had an early check out. We arrived very early in the morning with a flight and the room was ready for us, long before the official check in. That was great.

Excellent location. Windows sound proofed with double glass. Ana and Frank are amazing hosts. The best I've ever had. Everything was kept quite clean and tidied up. I didn't want to leave.

Frank and Ana were extremely nice and helpful with all questions we had. The interior design of the hotel is insanely beautiful - we felt like in a designer showroom for furniture! I think I never stayed in a cleaner hotel room.

So much to appreciate here, but really, the incredible hosts, Frank & Ana, are the shining stars of this exceptional property. Frank told us, “you will leave home and then arrive home”, which was exactly how it felt. Such amazing people with a true passion for hospitality. In our three months through SA, this may have been our favorite stay. Our new home in Lima!

That we did not plan to stay longer. Lima & Frank and Ana’s deserve more than three nights stay.
