This home is a short walk from the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches and just a block from the nearest AMI free trolley stop that can take you and your guests anywhere you like on this coastal 7-mile island. Soak up the Florida sunshine from the comfort of the private backyard that features a private pool and in-ground spa! Highlights • 5-minute walk to the beach • Private Pool and In-ground Spa • BBQ Grill and Outdoor Seating • Ping Pong Table Walking inside, you’re welcomed into an open living space with a large sliding glass door leading to the tropically landscaped backyard boasting a beautiful view, a fully equipped kitchen, a chic dining table, and a comfy seating area with two sofas and a TV. The primary bedroom has high-end furnishings, crisp linens, a walk-in closet, and a stunning ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a shower. There are three King bedrooms with luxury bedding, TVs, and plenty of storage space, and one has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The fifth bedroom is appointed with a bunk bed, and just outside this room is an additional three-tiered bunk bed. There are two updated hall baths with walk-in showers. Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 1st floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower -Second Bedroom, 1st floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination -Third Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed -Fourth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed -Fifth Bedroom, 1st floor: Twin over full bunk bed -Bonus: Three-tiered Twin bunk bed Discover the beauty of Anna Maria by hopping on the free trolley that navigates the gorgeous 7-mile island that runs from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Hang out with the locals on the historic City Pier, dine under the stars at beachfront restaurants, visit the shops along Pine Ave., and create endless memories at the dreamy beaches. - This property does not allow pets. 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. We found the house to be very clean and spacious, with beautiful decor throughout. The walk to the beach is around 2 blocks, but was well worth it since the house was beautiful and affordable.

there were 10 women who stayed in the house in the beginning of our stay. we had a wonderful time. the walk to the beach was a bit long since we were all over 62 but we did it and absolutely loved the beach. Having a pool in the back was great. Also the backyard felt so tropical and private. Would absolutely rent again.

The host and house were great!! The house was decorated well and we enjoyed the expensive landscaping. The pool was wonderful. Everything from beach supplies to pool toys were great! We understand what it's like to have a rental. We had a lakefront rental many years ago. People throw away silverware and knives and break dishes. My only suggestion was the beds need to be more like hotel firmness mattresses. At least 2 couples complained that their king mattresses were too soft. But overall, a great place and would highly recommend it. Thank you to the owners and AMI for making this available to us. We were careful to maintain it and not damage anything.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The house was very clean. Short walk to beach just as described. The only thing we wish there had been were some sand toys....they have some now though! The cart that was provided to take to the beach was broke as well...but we survived without it. Would definitely recommend this place for vacation!

This is such an awesome house. Very comfortable and great amenities. My kids absolutely loved the triple bunk bed. The pool is bigger than other properties we have stayed at so that was a plus. Good location - a couple blocks to the beach. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again.

Our family of 12 stayed here for one week the property manager was excellent, she provided any assistance quickly. There are stairs to enter this home in every entry point, I missed this from the description. The home is about two blocks to the closest beach entrance. They only downside was the utensils - not enough for 12 people (not enough for 8), but easily fixed. We really enjoyed our stay, the home is beautiful and the pool is perfect !

We have stayed on the island a few times. This house is unique in the fact that its very open in the kitchen living room area and gives three separate families very secluded private rooms. Its a pretty home that is well kept.

AMI is amazing. It was only made better by this amazing property. The property manager was easily reachable and very kind. The house was larger than I explicated even though the listing is precise. The room are grouped off in a way that allows escape from the common living space. We had NO complaints with this beautiful property. We would certainly stay here or with AMI locals again.

Fantastic location! Close enough to the beach to easily walk. Great pool that our grandkids used every day. Nicely furnished, (and we know a thing or two about that since we own a furniture store) with a clean new look and feel. Lots of nearby restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to a super market and drug store. But we mostly did our own meals. Nice grill to bar-b-que. Everything we were looking for. Just a heads up on one item. We found fridge to be a tad small for our large group but could get by with a little extra effort. Will rent this place again.

Two families (10 people) stayed for a week at the home in early April. There was more than enough room for everyone and the home had all the amenities we could want - beach towels, chairs, toys, a wagon to carry it all, a ping pong table and video game in garage (although the video game needs some repair). The pool, hot tub and grill were great and there is enough outdoor seating that we hosted another couple and ate outside one night (although could use some lighting by the table and grill). Overall, we all enjoyed it very much and would recommend to a large group!
