We appreciated the modern and clean room with good air conditioning! EVA was most helpful to attend to questions and to offer restaurant choices. Close to train station and to retail shopping and dining.

Eva, the hostess was very attentive and thoughtful. She sent messages to check if we needed help and offered her assistance. In addition, she extended her hospitality by preparing bread, snacks and juices for my kids. Eva also recommended a local restaurant which turned out to be a super delicious meal!

I had the privilege of staying at the EVA Affittacamere apartment in La Spezia for two days and I can sincerely say that it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was superlative - from the communication with the host to the comfort of the room and the perfect location. Our host was a warm and attentive presence, even though we didn't have the chance to meet in person. Her availability on WhatsApp throughout our stay, her constant attention to ensure we were comfortable, and her valuable suggestions about places to visit and restaurants to try, created a bond with us and made us feel at home. The room was exemplary. Modern and extremely clean, with a quality design and an atmosphere filled with good energy, the rooms provided us with an almost hotel-like experience. We especially appreciated the daily cleaning and towel change, a detail that adds a touch of luxury to the stay. Although we only spent two days here, the little details made the difference - from the water, coffee, and sweets offered, to the possibility of leaving our luggage at the property after check-out. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing us with the best nights of sleep. Last but not least, the location was a major bonus. In a few minutes by train, we were already in the heart of Cinque Terre, discovering its wonderful landscapes. The room looked exactly like in the photos and it was a pleasant surprise to see that reality exceeded expectations. In conclusion, EVA Affittacamere is a place I would gladly return to, and the fantastic experience I had there makes me recommend it with the utmost confidence to anyone looking for the perfect place to visit La Spezia and Cinque Terre. This was not just accommodation, but a memorable experience, thanks to the exceptional host and the superior level of comfort offered.

Great location in La Spezia with a short walk down to the restaurant and shop area. Short walk to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. Lovely decorated room, enjoyed the stay. The host was super helpful and responsive.

The location was amazing. The facilities were very nice. The host was lovely.

We booked the facility for a family of four, but our children are 25 and 23. it was a little tight for us. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious but for four adults, basically, and our luggage it was tight. That wasn’t any fault of Eva. for a family of four with two small children it would be absolutely perfect. The location is amazing. And the room is very well appointed.

The apartment is comfortable and well- designed. Eva was super helpful and kind . Everything is spotlessly clean and the shower is the best we have to xperienced in our travels. Location is perfect for walks around town, getting to Cinque Terre and for a variety of restaurant options.

The fridge was really noisy and I had to turn it off during the night, otherwise I couldn't sleep. The flat's acoustic is not very good as we could hear talks and everything you can imagine from the other flats
