Located in Guadalajara, this charming condo for £71 per night is a great option for your next break. The apartment has two bedrooms with large walk in closet and private bathroom for each one, plus half additional bathroom. Two 58 "4K TVs, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Living room, dining room, kitchen with granite countertop, stove, convection oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, 6-stage reverse osmosis water filter, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffe maker and tea kettle, grocer, cutlery, slab and kitchen implements, pantry, utility room, washing machine, dryer, laundry, dump mop. It has a balcony to the front and two balconies at the back, one for each bedroom. Carvered parking, available only at previous request. The architectural project is aesthetic and functional. The spaces are spacious, well lit and well ventilated. Because of its large windows and excellent orientation, natural lighting and ventilation are very well used. The finishes are of high quality such as the German PVC window frames with double glazing for thermal and acoustic insulation, natural woodwork in parota. The building it is 100% ecological, 100% accessible for people with disabilities or special abilities and also pet friendly (only under previous request. Charges may apply). It has an elevator, gym and panoramic terrace with kitchenette and grill in the common area, as well as a playground in the children's area. Controlled access with a security system through custom cards, CCTV 24 hours a day (only in public areas and main entrances), and high quality finishes among other advantages. The apartment is located a few blocks from Chapultepec, in front of a bike path, 50 meters from a bicycle station, and is a small 100% residential building with only 13 units and an excellently penthouse. It is located in the best place in the Colonia Americana, vibrant area, full of amenities, very representative and diverse of the city of Guadalajara. The street has a beautiful urban design that includes a ciclovía and several bike ports nearby. Due to its privileged location in the heart of the pink area of Guadalajara, the area is visited by families, young people, couples, businessmen, foreigners, retirees. All of them of good cultural level, refined and alternative tastes. It is a gourmet area, full of diverse and creative amenities such as art galleries, museums, libraries, cinemas, theaters, restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets. It is the site of more life and greater demand in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. From here. You move quickly to any place in the city because you have a bicycle and bikeway rental system, collective transport in front of the building, and light rail a few blocks away, as well as taxi and Uber. In just a few minutes you arrive at the bus station or the airport. - The apartment cannot be used for commercial or business purposes. - The common areas such as the gym, terrace and barbecue area, are exclusive for owners and registered guests. - Visits are not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas. - Pets should not remain alone inside the apartment. - Care must be taken that the pedestrian and parking doors remain closed. - The use of the apartment is only for initially registered people, allocate visitors or other guest different than the registered are not allowed. - Registered guests are not transferable. - Parking available only for guests traveling by car and requesting it in advance. - Comply with the condominium regulations regarding private areas and common areas.

We enjoyed our stay at Americana. It is a very modern apartment on the sixth floor. Quite near everywhere we went by Uber. Definitely a nice place to stay.

The location is right in the middle of sooo many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It is wonderful to walk-about and explore because you’ll find beautiful and creative businesses that want to serve you.
We stayed on the 6th floor with views of the city from the front and the back of the unit. Security was robust with double entry gates/doors and digital locks and deadbolts on the unit door.
Manuel and Raquel were so responsive and when we needed to see a doctor or want to take. Tour, they had some suggestions and recommendations and even offered to drive us around. Bit, since everything is within 15-20 minutes or closer, we could walk without issue.
The only recommendation I have is to provide a shade or curtain for the sun exposed window and porch. We are Seattleites and the 87 degree weather wa challenging for us even with the Honeywell water coolers provided.
We highly recommend this unit for those seeking a safe, fun, and central location.

This property was absolutely amazing! The location was safe, really hip and fun, the building is beautiful and our unit was clean, modern and well equipped. It had all the amenities you can possibly need when traveling. Our host was the best! He was really responsive, gave us great recommendations, gave us the most wonderful welcome, explained everything in person and in detail, he was available to answer any question at any time! I highly recommend this condo. This host is absolutely the best! We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Its location is an easy 15 minute walk to the historical center of the city, and minutes within many restaurants and the very active Avenida Chapultepec. For those not interested in walking, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a Uber pickup.
The unit is completely as advertised. My understanding is that the owner designed the building, and he has obvious pride in his property. As a result of this, it is maintained in top condition. He is the best owner that I have dealt with on Vrbo. He quickly responds to all communications and is always willing to assist. He speaks perfect English, so there are no communication problems.
Everyone in our group agreed that we would return to this property on our next visit. It met all of our needs, and there were no little annoyances: the toilets flushed, the hot water never ran out, drinkable water was available in the kitchen, and the wifi was excellent.
There was not a second during our five days where we worried about security. This is an upscale neighborhood. There were no suspicious people lurking on the street. We only saw people enjoying life. You are safe here.
If you don't require the services of a hotel, you should certainly consider this excellent property. I don't normally write reviews, but when an owner is working hard to provide the best experience, he deserves some recognition.

From the moment we entered Mexico Manuel was in touch with us. He instructed me to ring him and then pass the phone to the taxi driver on the way in from the airport. He was waiting for us outside his seven storey building.
The apartment is everything it claims to be, the reality is even more impressive. Manuel and Raquel were always available, however so efficient was the functionality of the apartment that contact was not really required.
On departure Manuel arranged a large Uber to take us, four in total, to the new bus station. What more can anyone want?

In fact, the owner even refused in writing to provide a second key for our guests.
I finally had to call the HomeAway help desk, where the agent confirmed that any additional charges levied after acceptance of the initial reservation were inappropriate and unenforceable, so we chose to ignore the almost-daily written admonitions from the owner to pay up.

Unbelievable Hospitality!
I rented this gorgeous apartment for my mom and her sister and friend. There location was absolutely perfect, in the heart of everything! The apartment itself was so beautiful, a real luxury. But the owners were the best part. They went out of their way to ensure that my mother was taken care of. They even helped with a doctor for her sister and helped with rides to the airport. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Don't keep looking, you have found the perfect place to stay in the best neighborhood in Guadalajara!

The apartment is centrally located with stunning views! There are balconies directly off of the living room and both bedrooms. The apartment is well appointed and furnished with everything you might need. Manuel and his wife have done an exception job at creating a comfortable environment, from the lobby, with the secured entryway to the stunning rooftop patio. Manuel and his wife were very accommodating to our needs.You can tell when an owner really cares about their guests’ comfort and this is one of the most comfortable VRBO places we have ever stayed and we have stayed all over the world! We are looking forward to our return to this hidden treasure!

First, Manuel is a great host. Both he and his wife were extremely hospitable and accommodating. When we had a minor issue with the plumbing, Manuel did everything he could to ensure that we were properly taken care of and not inconvenienced. The property is amazing. Our unit was well furnished and aesthetically impressive. The living room and both bedrooms have views of the city as well. We finally went up to the rooftop on our last night and there are amazing views from up there. On our next stay, we'll definitely be spending a lot more time up there. The location is great with a ton of great food and beverage choices nearby. Laboratorio Singluar is a great coffee place within a minutes walk. Also, Casa Hikuri is across the street and is an amazing craft beer bar with very friendly staff. There are numerous great places to eat literally 2 buildings down and if you walk about 5-10 minutes to the main street, there are many more options. We're already trying to plan our next trip back and will definitely be staying here again.

Unique, fantastic experience!! Wonderful apartment, stylish, convenient, everything not just a brand new but simply state of the art - astonishing interior, beautiful bathrooms and kitchen with numerous appliances everybody could only dream of! Warm, extremely friendly hospitality of the hosts - young intelligent couple who are architects of this entire building themselves. Fantastic location, magnificent neighborhood, close to everything, spectacular views from every window and balconies!! we loved it and wanted to stay forever!!
