Enige punt van kritiek is dat het strand aanzienlijk verder was dan 200 meter die ze omschreven(1,5 km lopen vanaf ons huisje) en dus voor minder validen niet te doen. En het huisje had geen oven. Zou ik naar deze accommodatie terug gaan? Nee.. want vond de prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet in balans. Maar dit is volgens mij in heel Nederland het geval momenteel. Hoge prijzen voor weinig accommodatie

Wij werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de medewerkster op de receptie. De accommodatie zag er goed en verzorgd uit. Alleen hebben wij twijfels over het feit dat er maar één toilet was voor 8 personen. Wij waren met maximaal zes personen in de accommodatie en dat was naar onze mening de grens. De omgevening is bij uitstek geschikt voor wandelen en fietsen.

Geachte heer\/mevrouw,
Van vrijdag 8 november t\/m woensdag 13 november j.l. verbleven wij in een kajuitbungalow op het vakantiepark "Vlugtenburg aan Zee" te 's-Gravenzande.
Wij zijn een groep van 7 personen en wij kregen een 8 persoons kajuitbungalow nr 18, 'de Rainbow Warrior' tot onze beschikking.
Hoewel de boeking en reserveringen allemaal volgens wens zijn verlopen en ook de ontvangst op het park erg gastvrij en vriendelijk was wil ik toch wat "verbeterpunten" onder uw aandacht brengen.
Bij aankomst bleek dat
- de woning niet op alle fronten schoon was. De vloer was stoffig en zanderig, vloer in wc en douches waren niet goed gereinigd.
-de vaatwasmachine het niet deed. In de machine bevond zich nog wel het vaatwasblokje maar deze zat "vastgekoekt" in het reservoir. De machine is toen van zijn plek gehaald en door mijn echtgenoot gerepareerd. Het bleek een reset verhaal te zijn maar als iemand niet technisch is komt hij hier nooit achter.
-we een vier kops koffiezet apparaat hadden. In een 8 persoons huisje is dat niet echt
handig. Het resulteerde in diverse keren achter elkaar een pot koffie zetten. Na melding bij de receptie kregen wij op korte termijn een nieuw 10 kops koffiezetapparaat.
-Er in de woonkamer geen verlichting was waarbij je in deze tijd van het jaar met goed fatsoen een boek kon lezen. De staande schemerlamp die in de andere huisjes wel aanwezig is, ontbrak in onze bungalow. Melding hiervan leverde helaas geen andere lamp op.
De volgende dag hebben wij bij de plaatselijke kringloopwinkel een staande schemerlamp gekocht, om te gebruiken in deze vakantiebungalow.
-De combiketel voor de heet water voorziening niet voldoende vermogen had om warm\/heet water te leveren. Het apparaat viel constant in storing. Met wat hang en vliegwerk hebben we ons weten te redden. Het defect is bij vertrek gemeld aan de receptie.
-dat de meubels enigszins gedateerd zijn. Bekleding was aan diverse leuningen gescheurd.
-het vilt onder de eetkamerstoelen bleek versleten te zijn . Hierdoor was het erg lastig om de stoelen te verschuiven. De vloer hierdoor in de loop der tijd erg beschadigd is. Jammer!
-in de informatiebrochure van het park stond dat er op zaterdagochtend een landelijke ochtendkrant verkrijgbaar zou zijn. Helaas was dit niet het geval.
Nogmaals wil ik benadrukken dat het personeel van het park uitermate vriendelijk en voorkomend was. De service en de levering van de ontbijtbroodjes was perfect en het vervangen van de koffiezetter ging zonder slag of stoot. Ook het geleverde welkoms bloemetje was een complete verrassing.
Toch is dit de eerste keer dat wij geconfronteerd worden met wat ongemakken in een huisje van Belvilla, derhalve het besluit om hier melding van te maken.

Bij aankomst werd ons een verkeerde vakantiekajuit toegewezen. Hadden een kajuit voor 8 personen geboekt en kregen er een voor 6 personen. Deze was veel te klein voor 4 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen. Na 3 uur vertraging kregen we een kajuit voor 8 personen. Deze was echter niet naar wens gereinigd, bv stofnesten onder de zetels, spinnenwebben aan 't plafond, vele vettige afdrukken van handen op de muren enz... m.a.w. onze kajuit had geen grondige schoonmaakbeurt gehad. (Wel werd bij de incheck onmiddellijk de schoonmaakkost aangerekend).
De slaapkamers zijn heel klein, hebben géén degelijke opbergruimte (slecht 1 kamer heeft een hang- legkast met 2 kapstokken, andere slpks hebben een houten bak als opbergruimte. Kinderbedje was in bedenkelijk toestand, er zat een gat in de zijwand en was niet voorzien van matras en beddengoed, wel 7,50 ? voor betaald. Op de slaapkamers was er geen plaats om de kinderbedjes te zetten. Na enige reorganisatie konden de kinderbedjes dan toch geplaatst worden, mits verhuis van 2 matrassen naar de living.
1 slpk werd uiteindelijk als opbergruimte gebruikt . Waarom worden kinderbedjes verhuurd als deze niet degelijk geplaatst kunnen worden?
De mooie foto's die op de site getoond worden komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Bv. verf schilfert af van de radiators en vertonen roestvorming , vooral in de badkamer. Douchekoppen schilferen af... waterkranen zijn verouderd (geen mengkranen) en de waterdruk laat te wensen over. De 2 douches kunnen niet gelijktijdig gebruikt worden omdat de warmwaterinstallatie niet gelijktijdig de 2 douches van warm water kan voorzien. Tevens ontbreken de lavabostopjes.
Alle deuren klemmen en\/of sluiten niet of niet goed.
Keukengedeelte is donker. Positief 2 ijskasten met diepvriesvak. Bij 1 ijskast echter ontbraken er schabben. De afwasbak is niet voorzien van een afsluitstop. Kookgerei is beperkt en weer niet op 8 personen afgestemd. Bv 1 kleine pan om vlees te bakken? ... Enfin, het was iedere dag improviseren om toch heerlijke maaltijden op tafel te brengen.
Tafe in de leefruimte te klein om 8 personen samen te laten genieten van een maaltijd. Zitplaatsen zijn beperkt, tenzij je héél dicht tegen elkaar op de bank gaat zitten. In het salon slechts plaats voor 5 personen.
Een kajuit voor 8 personen is zelfs voor 4 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen zeer krap.
Omgeving de plantsoenen zijn niet verzorgd, onkruid is flink doorgeschoten (netels niet kindvriendelijk) Om v\/d zijdeur naar het te terras te kunnen hebben we zelf onkruid verwijderd. Het afgereden gras werd niet verwijderd, niet leuk om telkens afgemaaid gras in huis te hebben. Oplossing, zelf het afgemaaide gras maar verwijderd.
Ter info de afstand naar het strand is niet 200 of 300 meter (zoals beschreven op de site) maar in werkelijkheid een goede 800 meter (12 tot 15 min stappen).
Het strand was ruim, breed en zeer proper. ook voorzien van douches.
Uiteindelijk hebben wij onze vakantie op een leuke manier ingevuld. Wij hebben genoten van het goed weer, hebben leuke uitstapjes gedaan, mooie wandelingen kunnen maken maar zijn toch wel teleurgesteld in de vakantiewoning. Deze is niet wat door jullie wordt voorgesteld. De werkelijkheid is anders.

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Erwachsene, Familie und Freunde. Wir hatten also die Wohnung für 8 Personen zu 6. gebucht um ein bisschen Platz zu haben. Für 8 Personen wäre diese Wohnung eine Zumutung gewesen, zu 6. ging es gerade so.... in den Schlafzimmern gab es nur im Elternschlafzimmer einen kleinen Schrank. Alle anderen mussten aus dem Koffer leben, nicht mal ein Regal in den Zimmern....Hier hätte man zugunsten von Stauraum auf das Mini Stockbettzimmer verzichten sollen. Im Badezimmer erste Schimmelspuren.... und es hat ein wenig hereingeregnet. Auf die Coach haben wir Autodecken gelegt, doch sehr verwohnt. Die beste Zeit ist wohl vorbei.

- unser Haus stand direkt am Müllcontainer, wo die Leute rund um die Uhr Ihren Müll lautstark entsorgt haben :-(
- Bettenaufteilung war nicht für 2 Familien ausgerichtet, d.h. nur 1 Doppelbett vorhanden
- kein Backofen bzw. Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion vorhanden
- Service der Rezeption bzw. der Angestellten war erstklassig, bei Problemen wie z. Bsp. fehlender Wäscheständer oder Vorhang wurde sofort gehandelt
- Entfernung zum Strand ist auch für kleine Kinder gut zu laufen ca. 10 Min Fußweg
- die Pflicht die vorhandene Bettwäsche gegen Bezahlung ( 9,95 ? pro Person) nehmen zu MÜSSEN, ist ganz schlecht
- auf den vorhandenen Kopfkissen ist es nicht möglich zu schlafen, empfehlenswert ist, sein eigenes Kissen mitzunehmen

points négatifs: le wifi n'a pas bien fonctionné et il n'y a pas de four dans la cuisine ni de barbecue; enfin, les locations mériteraient d'être un peu plus espacées les unes des autres.
points positifs: personnel à la réception très sympathique et serviable, équipements de la maison corrects, calme dans le centre de vacances, et aussi un bouquet de fleurs offerts à l'arrivée!
