About this house rental
Recently renovated Coastal Vibes. Fully fenced and gated for pets. Beautiful furnishings and linen. Extremely comfortable beds with pillow toppers. Cozy wood fireplace for winter stays. Silver Sands. Walk to the beach 1 minute, Dome, Cinemas, pubs and restaurants. Sleeps 2 families (up to 12 people on spare mattress). 2 living areas, 2 Bathrooms, 1 QB, 1DB, 9 Single (Bunks), DVD, TV, CD, Washing Machine, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Boat parking, BBQ, Outdoor area, Fenced yard, Dogs OK (outside only). Need to supply own bedding (sheets, pillowcases, doonah covers for Single and towels) Please note: We have a MINIMUM 2 nights booking period for weekends and all other times. MINIMUM of 4 days for EASTER and 3 days for LONG WEEKENDS. Terms and Conditions School Leavers and Young Adults ** PLEASE NOTE We DO NOT provide accommodation for School Leavers or large groups of Young Adults during schoolies week, or ANY other time. The house has been set up for family accommodation. All applications will be scrutinized before being accepted for any person under the age of 25. Right to Refuse or Revoke Bookings We reserve the right to revoke or refuse to honour any property accommodation booking which may in their opinion (and at their sole discretion) be unsuitable for the property.

This property will not disappoint. Plenty of space for all ages, numerous very comfortable couches and beds. Enclosed yards back and front keeping young children and dogs secure. A short distance from the centre of town and 10-15 minutes to the Forum shopping centre.

We loved the property it was very well equipped I didn’t need anything else I was all there we had fun playing on the ping pong and pool tables and the outside area was very comfortable and lovely a nice quiet neighbourhood with the beach very close by will definitely stay again thanks to Anita for being very attentive

Overall the impression was good. A bit disappointed with the cleanliness - the bed where my granddaughter was sleeping had sand in the bed when she got into on our first night. The handle in the main bathroom shower came off in my sister's hand but was put back again. Quite a bit of dust/flies behind the bed in master bedroom when I pulled out the side table to plug my ipad in. The neighbours were very noisy quite late into the night infront of my granddaughter's bedroom and my sister's room.

We loved the property, it was neat and clean. The house is beautifully styled and Anita was a kind and attentive host. We'll look forward to staying at the Silver Sands house again.

What a beautiful home, fresh, clean, comfortable..Thankyou sooo much to our host Anita, we were able to stay on to watch our daughters sports finals. I would recommend this place and rate it highly, to my friends.

We were a sewing group of 6, plenty of room, great location, fabulous stay. Property owner was responsive and helpful.

Lovely house suitable for one or two families, or just friends wanting a getaway. Perfect location close to the beach and short car ride to food shops. Only thing was there was no tea towels to dry washing up. Will definitely go back again 😊

Silver Sands was the perfect place for our family reunion. Great location just minutes’ walk from the playground and the stunning Silver Sands beach and a short drive to the Mandurah foreshore, bars and restaurants. Lovely house with plenty of room for 6 adults, 4 kids and especially brilliant to be able to take the 2 family dogs along (otherwise my step-Dad wouldn’t have been able to leave Rosie and would have missed out). We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to other families looking for a beach escape, thanks Anita.

Silver Sands was the perfect place for our family reunion. This home has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Spacious, clean, close to beach and shops. Very comfortable home with all amenities plus pool table and tennis table, couldn’t be happier!

We stayed in Anita’s home with 2 families for the long weekend. What a terrific experience we had! We all loved the house, which has everything we needed for an extended family reunion. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable, and the beach only a stroll away. We’re already planning our next reunion - see you in 2 years, Anita 😁

Our family and friends had a lovely stay at Silver Sands, so much so I extended our stay. Anita was an amazing host who was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our queries. The house is really well appointed and has lots of room for everyone and the beach was close enough to walk to without the kids complaining :-) The 2 lounge spaces allowed adults a bit of separation from the kids too. We will definitely stay here again.
