We spent a quick holiday getaway at this property and it was the perfect place to spend a few days. We were close to wine tasting, a great brewery, and hiking. The big dining table was great for cards. We also managed to use the spa even though we had rain. The house layout is good too. Highly recommend.

Would definitely stay there again. Close to a grocery store, good brewery / restaurant.
Close to wineries.

It was a perfect place to stay for 4 girls. Beautiful view with coffee in morning, comfortable beds. Was a bit warm when returning to home in evenings.

The vineyard is beautiful and the backyard is very private. We enjoyed traveling around and loved the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve.

Location was good. Enjoyed the hot tub, proximity to hiking, grocery store, etc.
However, pillows in bedrooms need replacing and guest bathroom shower facet needs to be replaced. Window coverings made the rooms appear darker (cheap).
The view of the vineyard was unexpectedly amazing, particularly in the evening.
We found it odd no tvs in the bedrooms. Nonetheless we had a great time. Appreciate the Christopher Creek tasting. Nice wine & gorgeous views. 😀Thanks

We stayed for a month, with our family for part of the time. The house works well for 2-3 couples or a larger family, with room to separate when needed. The location is great - great neighbors, close to parks, convenient to shopping, easy access to wineries, and with a lovely vineyard view out the back. Also, our property manager was extremely prompt and responsive and helpful.
We recommend to contact the property manager in advance to ensure the house is ready. The house was a bit of work in progress for us. Workmen came twice for overdue repairs; an appliance needed replaced; utensils were missing. These are now fixed, but several repairs remain to be done - not critical but definitely inconvenient for the next guest - so check first with property manager. Of special note: make sure the dining chairs no longer sag too low for the dining table.
With these corrections, the house is definitely worth the price and worth your time.

The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. Great view from the master bedroom balcony.

Great for 2 couples who enjoyed proximity to Healdsburg, wineries and the delightful hiking trails within a few blocks of the house. It’s in a very residential area in Windsor, which made it easy to order DoorDash for dinner one night. We didn’t really cook so can’t comment on the kitchen. Comfy beds. Smart TV. Good value all around!

This is our third time staying at your lovely house and our first time in autumn. We enjoyed the beautiful red leaves from the 2nd bedroom window. We'll be back! Thank you, Lisa!

The three of us took a trip here to enjoy wine country. The location was great, close to restaurants and many wineries. We also enjoyed hiking in the morning at the park that was a block away. We enjoyed the hot tub and the house was nicely appointed and clean. The third bedroom was small so we ended up sharing the closet space in the master bedroom. Ideal for our girls trip or maybe two couples.

Really felt like the spirit of VRBO - beautiful, clean, well stocked house where we were able to feel at home while on vacation. My spouse and I traveled with our two children (6 months and 2.5) and my parents (the grandparents). We took the master bedroom and set the crib up in there - plenty of space and dark curtains for baby napping. My parents had one of the other rooms and our toddler was in the 3rd room (we sleep him in queen beds on vacation and stuff pillows under the sheet to make bumpers). Check in was so easy. The house is in a cute neighborhood and accessible to everything you need (grocery, fast casual food, pharmacy, restaurants, Starbucks). And also close to everything you want - vineyards! We did Francis Ford Coppola - highly recommend as a family friendly vineyard.
The downstairs is great, open concept.. Big windows that have an amazing view of the sunset over vineyards (her pictures are accurate!) The garage is empty if you do want to pull a vehicle in there. The slipcovers are all white which I was definitely nervous about with a 2.5 year old but Lisa left easy instructions and the one incident we had was very easy to clean.
The back patio is lovely. Somehow we didn’t make it into the hot tub but we opened it and tested the water and it would have been wonderful.

Great location in Sonoma County. We rented the house with friends and used it as a base for wine tasting through out Sonoma County and Napa. House is located near a very nice park called Foothills. We took hikes in the park several times during our stay. Backyard of property is very pretty. It backs up to a vineyard. It was also very nice that the owner provided 2 for 1 wine tasting coupons for several wineries including VML which I highly recommend.
A few considerations for changes at the house. The shower heads are a bit low on the wall. The dining room chair seats are to low for the table.

Beautiful stay in Windsor
We enjoyed our stay in Windsor. The master bedroom is huge with lots of closet space and the bed is very cozy. The view from the backyard is beautiful and the location isn’t far from Healdsburg if you plan on heading there during your stay!

Clean and nice house, comfy beds (our king mattress is sloppy to one side though — maybe it's time a new mattress?) The enclosed yard is heaven for our little puppy to stretch her little legs! It's center to everything we were there for: a little canoe trip down the river from Healdsburg and the Sonoma Zipline in Occidental. If anything needs some improvement, it would be in the bathrooms: the shower stalls need some upgrade as the doors are funky and the hot water didn't come out consistently; also the toilet in the master bedroom either kept running or didn't flush due to the mechanic part in the tank. However, it's just minor. We enjoy our stay and appreciate your sharing your house with us for a few days! Thank you!

We had fun staying at this property. The ambiance was nice and calm, the bbq was dirty from previous renters so we opted to eating at local eateries, turned into a good choice! Windsor and Healdsburg have delicious restaurants! Hot tub was nice, plenty of towels. First Aid Kit needs updating, no band aids or sanitizing wipes (my cousin had a splinter from the garden). Overall, pleasant short stay! Def recommend, the trail was 5 minutes away from the house!

The property is nice and comfortable. It could use a little tlc but was just fine for a weekend getaway for three couples. Plenty of cookware and new appliances for us to cook all of our meals after a day of wine tasting.

Realizing this home is not a hotel, nevertheless obvious deferred maintenance throughout. In addition, basic amenities subpar or non existent. Kitchen: 1 frying pan, dustpan (no broom), no large roasting pan, dirt in drawers, 3 kitchen towels, 4 placemats (no napkins), filthy bbq scrubbing equipment. Home: zero washcloths, stained slipcovered upholstery in LR/DR, peeling & damaged rear decking. Best part about the home is the backyard view into the neighbor's vineyard & an average sized "new" Vizio tv that we never used. BTW we were promised that the hot tub would be up & running with a day or two of arrival (it never happened).

Simple and Clean
Three travel savvy ladies rented this house for a 3-day girls wine trip. The property manager was fantastic, and provided all of the information we needed to make this an easy, stress free trip. The VRBO pictures are extremely well done as the house is a quite a bit more tired and worn than we expected. If you are looking for a simple, no frills, basically appointed home…this will work just fine. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with basic, moderately worn appliances and cooking tools; however, it had everything we needed for cooking a light breakfast before a day away touring and wine tasting. The home was very clean, but the highly stained carpets (stairs, hallway, bedrooms) made it seem less than it was. The beds were very comfortable and there was adequate seating for relaxing in the evening. The location is perfect; close to airports and easy access to Sonoma, Napa, and Healdsburg.

Great location if wanting to see Windsor, Healdsburg!
This house was in a neighborhood very close to downtown Windsor. It was comfortable, and the kitchen amenities were plenty, even though we didn't use them! We only stayed one night, but would come back for a longer weekend.

Great home away from home!
Customer service far exceeded all expectations. We were visiting during the PG&E power shut off and subsequent fire evacuation. Lisa checked in consistently to make sure we had what we needed and offered additional housing options when we were evacuated. The home was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was a relaxing addition!

Great house in a cute town.
The location of the house was perfect. It was in a nice neighborhood with easy access to nature trails, great casual dining, vineyards and petrified forest. The house was tastefully decorated and spacious.

Great spot in Windsor
My family and I enjoyed our stay in wine country here. Lisa was very quick to reply to messages leading up to our stay, and even brought a blender over to the house from another property. Check in was extremely easy and seamless, however the house was very hot upon arrival. It took quite a while to cool down in the summer heat/sun. The kitchen was stocked, laundry detergent and bath soap were provided, but the house, deck and furnishings could use a little updating. Overall the location was great, views from the deck were beautiful, and the house suited our needs.
