This is a perfect beach house for your family vacation, friends get-together, romantic getaway, or fishing trip. Enjoy the open spaces, the contemporary kitchen, and gorgeous rooms with the comfiest of beds. The private boat dock is available for your use with a boat lift and fishing lights. Take in the sunrise and sunset with 360 degree views from the back deck. The coastal views and breeze will take your breath away! NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect both parties. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Your peace of mind is our priority. • Ground level: Parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2-4 cars in the driveway; Covered Patio; Barbecue area with charcoal grill; Boat slip with upper deck and fishing lights • Second Level: Outside decks; Screened-in outdoor sitting area; Stocked kitchen; Dining area; Living room; Full bath; First bedroom with one twin over twin bunk and two twin over full bunks and one trundle; Second bedroom with two twin over full bunks and one trundle; Third bedroom with 1 king bed and full attached bath • Third Level: Fourth bedroom (Master) with king bed, full attached bath and private balcony overlooking the bay Location: Terramar Beach community in Galveston, Texas WIFI: High-speed WIFI throughout the home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps. Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day) and boat launch/marina with our provided keys. Beach Access: 2-3 minute drive from the Terramar beach access point. Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston! Must be 24+ to book. NO parties are allowed in our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip! You will have access to the entire house, garage, and fishing dock! There is a boat lift that is operable but guests will need special permission to access it. We are always available through the Airbnb app when needed. Terramar is a wonderful, quiet little neighborhood perfect for families. It has a large shared pool and most days your family will have private access to it! 2-4 cars can fit in the garage and 2-4 cars can fit in the driveway. No street parking allowed, must park in the culdesacs further down Chiquita. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home (none on the interior) for the protection of our guests and for monitoring when the home is vacant. There is a strict 10pm noise ordinance that is enforced by the HOA and our neighbors that live there full-time. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - No jumping or diving into the BAY

We enjoyed the open floor plan for our group of 9 adults. 2 adult couples, 2 young adult couples. Sons and daughters. We brought our boat up for fishing and the dock was easy to access. Caught 3 large reds right off the house dock. Sunsets were beautiful in the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend the West end marina 8 min away for the karaoke bar, restaurant and local grocery. It had all we needed.

Property met, and exceeded expectations! Spacious and clean. Supplies such as plates, glasses, towels, were in plenty and CLEAN. Great getaway for me and a host of girls. We spent two nights; December 2023 created great memories. Will rent again at a heartbeat! Please bring mosquito spray, only if you plan spending time infront of building. Building sits in water...literally. No mosquitos in the backyard. We had a backyard Hibachi dinner...no mosquitos.

There was no electricity for 5 hours, no food no coffee no Ac. We cannot open the one-garage door, not enough space for parking.LIsted 6 bathrooms I did not see 6 bathrooms. we did not get any update on the electricity

We did an adult trip for my birthday and everyone had a fantastic time! We have a big group that goes to Port A every year but everyone started discussing the possibility of coming back to this house and finding others in the area instead. The sunset was amazing from the Cowboy Pool! It was so enjoyable to be able to swim, fish, or run over to the beach. Made it easy to have different options. I’d say my only complaint was not being able to use to the ladder from the dock. I rented a couple kayaks and it would have made it much easier to be able to get in and out of them from there. A chair broken on the top of the deck but it really did not affect us at all. Nothing that would cause us to not come back again! We’ll all definitely be back!

There were 11 in our group, so a house that accommodates 20 was very manageable. The young children enjoyed the Texas pool and the teens and young adults enjoyed the fishing dock and kayaking in the bay. The stand alone freezer came in handy and the large refrigerator was nice. There were a couple of issues encountered, but the management team took care of them immediately. The house is a little dated but very functional. The absolute best thing was the air conditioning. The house was always cool and comfortable. All in all, it was a good stay.

We had people from 8-63. Love the cowboy pool! Close to beach, fishing, kayaking and hanging out. Love that the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to feed 13 people. Silverware, dishes, cups, bakeware, pots and pans. Able to store all our groceries in the huge pantry. Plenty of room for my introverts to get away and recharge. Would definitely rent again!

This house has everything you need for an amazing stay! We loved the porches, cowboy pool and the beautiful sunsets. Fishing off the pier was fun! The beach was not crowded and the neighborhood is quiet! We will definitely be back soon!

Our stay at this bayfront house was great. The deck was a real winner - big and with a view of the bay that took our breath away. Nighttime was the best part, though. We'd sit around fishing, talking, and just enjoying each other's company under the stars. It was more than just a holiday house to us; it felt like a home that brought us closer. Truly an experience we won't forget.

I just recently retired and decided to come back here. This is my second time coming here and made my way back because we had such a great time. This last visit was awesome, great fishing, location is great, the house was clean, neighbors were nice. The daily rain was awesome, I would recommend to my family and friends, I will be back. Our stay at this rental home was nothing short of amazing! The location was unbeatable, as the home was directly on the bay with stunning views from every room. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the 2-story dock - it was the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. The home itself was super clean and well-maintained. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the fully equipped kitchen, cooking meals together and taking in the breathtaking views.

My family stayed in this home over spring break and it was gross, grimy and unkept (inside and outside). The master shower had mildew throughout the walls and floor tiles. There were multiple missing tiles in the halls, of the main level covered by boards or rugs. The home DOES NOT not look like the photos posted. There is not enough patio furniture for more than 3-4 people and the house sleeps 20! I reported the issue to the property manager at Beach Box and they never returned calls to address the concerns as promised! I sent photos of the mildew, missing hallway tiles, boards, holes in walls, etc. Too bad there is not a place to show the pictures in this review! DISGUSTING 🤮 SAVE YOUR MONEY! The view is not that nice!

Everything was great! Clean house, everything worked in perfect order. Strong water pressure for the showers. Very comfortable. Host had quick responses to our questions. Just an overall great stay. We can’t think of anything else we needed. Huge charcoal BBQ grill easily allowed us to cook for the whole family.

Great place to stay would really recommend for fishing and relaxing just needs a little more seating for fishing areas and a little updating on a few things but other than that it's a great to stay.
