Situated in Indian Wells, this charming house for £1,412 per night is a great option for your next trip. This home is one of the closest available homes for Tennis pros, executives and family to stay and walk to the March BNP Tennis event. Indian Wells tennis center is located down the street which is a shuttle stop area for Coachella festival. There are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores located within a few miles of this home. Each Bedroom has a TV and WiFi is available throughout the home. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one full bath downstairs. The master has a large closet, soaking tub with separate shower, and vanity area. There is a deck off the master with a great view of the golf course. The three other bedrooms upstairs share a full bath. The large kitchen has all amenities (dish washer, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator) plus outdoor barbecue. There is a separate area for coffee and tea. The washer and dryer are newer. Please note: From October 5th - April 15th the guest can request the pool to be heated. The cost to heat the pool varies depending on the month/weather conditions, contact host for daily heating fee.. The guest can choose to heat or not heat the pool. This place is perfect for a group of families or friends. Large kitchen/living space was amazing for socializing and sharing meals. Backyard with spa/pool and outdoor kitchen was well utilized as well. Place was very clean and well appointed. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms with very comfy beds. David was one of the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. Incredibly responsive and patient with instructions. Thank you David - we will be coming back soon!

We had a great time staying at this property. David was great to work with and everything went smoothly for check in, the stay, and check out. The house was well stocked with everything (and more) to have a comfortable stay. We used the kitchen quite a bit for our stay and the grill outside was great to have for meals. We opted to heat the pool which was a good idea as the weather was cool. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the heater that was on the patio was perfect for our families to sit under to spend evenings. The location was really great-we went to the zoo which was a highlight and hiked in Joshua Tree National Park. We would recommend this property and if we returned to the area would rent it again

Our family travels often, and this is by far one of the best rentals we've had. It was very clean and the all the bedrooms had comfortable beds and nice linens. The owner did not skimp on anything...there were plush towels, high-quality bath products, a stocked kitchen, and a lovely pool. Plenty of restaurants and retail close to the house too. The pool is huge, long enough to even swim laps in it. The owner was responsive, welcoming, and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

The house and host were just what we needed to have a perfect staycation. The house is very spacious, all necessary supplies inside and out to feel at home. The house is centrally located to run to market or restaurants. David was super responsive and quick! I would highly recommended this property.

The house and this property were stunning. It contained everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome the kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need in the bedrooms are immaculate. It is close to everything there is to do in the Palm Desert Valley. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who’s looking to go to the Palm Desert Valley.

We came to the area to watch pro tennis. This home was perfect for us. We could walk right over to the courts in about 10 minutes. David, the owner, was professional, thorough and communicated well. The pool was also nice as it was hot! And the home is spotless!!

The place itself is beautiful the scenery outside is beautiful but you literally can’t do anything. absolute quiet is required. Library voices the sign read. No music outside and the owner will text you because there is noise detectors outside.. I felt like I was Being watched. Neighbors aren’t happy to have renters either. Uncomfortable situation I just wanted to relax with music and drinks by the pool with my family and we couldn’t do that

This is a wonderful, spacious home overlooking a quiet golf course with great view of the surrounding mountains. Very quiet neighborhood close to great places to get food, coffee and hike. The pool is great and not too deep for little ones, includes a large hot tub, baja shelf and great backyard, well-let patio. David seamlessly managed our stay all the way through, extremely responsive and organized. Plenty of amenities, kitchen supplies and great linens! Our two daughters loved the home, we didn't even use half of the space, but fun to explore while indoors. Extremely clean and easy to use wifi, TV, etc. Can't wait to return in the Spring!

Working with David, the owner, was so easy. He was very fast to respond to questions and also VERY helpful! Although we only stayed for a short time, the house was lovely and I wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked great (especially since it was 108 outside)! The house is great for large groups as it is very big and everyone can still feel like they have their own space. The pool was beautiful. This was a great property! Thank you David!

We had two families (4 adults and 5 kids) who stayed here for a birthday weekend. Honestly we never left the house except for 1 grocery run. There was plenty of space. Everyone had fun in the pool and we grilled both nights on a very nice grill. It was relaxing! David was helpful when we needed it. We will definitely come back!

Two families of 4 stayed for three nights. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc. The house and yard was clean and the pool was one of the biggest we have ever rented. Neighborhood was quiet and close to nearby shopping and restaurants. Each room also had tv and Netflix. Owner was very responsive and provided timely procedures of check in and check out. Will definitely stay again!!!

David was so responsive and his property exquisite. We had a corporate event in the surrounding area and his home was the perfect fit for our team of executives given that surrounding accommodations were mostly sold out. Everything was well maintained, close to what we needed, and David's interaction with me and my team were better than could have been expected. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and work with this owner again.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for and a little more in just about every way. Very clean, very comfortable, great location and great parking, the owner communicates well and left great instructions on how to use the house, lots of little touches and thoughtful extras for us when we arrived, AMAZING pool, and just a really lovely place to spend time in La Quinta/Indian Wells. our whole group loved it and we would absolutely stay here again.

The house was great! David made sure we had all the information we needed to be comfortable. We make an annual golfing trip, and usually stay at one if the resorts. This year we decided to try something different and we’re glad we did. We had plenty of room to socialize, and our own rooms when privacy was need. The house was nicely decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped, and towels were provided. The location of the house was close to popular golf courses and our favorite restaurants. We we return to the area , we will likely try to stay here again.
