We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is large and in a private, quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach with the kids and grandparents makes for a very enjoyable week.

We had to clean the Stove and (you can’t read the dials as it’s all worn off) and clean all the windows, in and out. We had to reset the dishwasher which wasn’t running and clean it out. The bed comfort was below average. Couldn’t find the private beach and the public beach is $25 a day.

We had a family group of 9 adults, and it slept us all comfortably. The common rooms gave us plenty of space to get together. Most bedrooms were spacious (one bedroom was smaller with no space for clothes, but connected with a small sitting room). Kitchen was well equipped and dining area was plenty big enough. Walk to a private beach was about 1/2 mile, and drive to public beach was 5-10 minutes.
Upstairs br sink was clogging anda couple of new chairs are needed for dining (2 broken ones were found in bdrm closet.

I am not sure who stayed there before us but when we arrived the trash cans were overflowing with garbage around them luckilly we called and they were promptly removed. The house did not seem super clean on arrival as the oven needed cleaning as it was burning whatever was left in there...there was a huge carpenter ant problem and i even found one in my bed and 3 more for every 1 I killed. On the second floor balcony there was a severely broken chair and some of the boards were popping up that should have been nailed down to the floor, in addition to a rediculous amount of moss growing on the balcony floor, Which should have been cleaned up. Then some brilliant visitor prior to us had left random garbage in the back yard....and there was a used towel on the railing and a bath mat in the dryer not sure who that belonged to. Also it looked like no one swept the back stairs going up to the 2nd floor outside in well over a year. There we also dirty dishes that were put away which was pretty gross.
However with all that said the place had normal wear and tear as most rentals do. The rooms were spacious...the suit was definitely dated But the house provided everyone with the space they needed as to not be on top of one another. The house is pretty secluded with very nice tennis courts and a basket ball hoop. The walk to the beach was nice as we passed by some beautiful homes...the beach is rocky which could be a bummer for most but a gem for myself and my obsession with rocks and crystals and I found a heart shaped rock that I kept!
I will admit I was not thrilled with what we had arrived to as opposed to the photos we had seen but in a few days the place grew on me. We spent a lot of evening time on the back porch and used the fire pit...and it was nice they had wood outside to use. There was 1 tv in the house which wasn't a huge issue but there was no cable box to even check the weather. The other thing was many of us fall asleep to a tv...that is on a timer....so having bedrooms with no television was a bit frustrating. The other terrible part is the drive in...massive potholes...you pretty much have to keep to the left driving in or you may seriously damage your car....but you also have to hope no ones coming out as an accident could easilly happen while avoiding the potholes.
But all in all we enjoyed the place. Would be stay again....maybe...

Beautiful home
The property was beautiful, clean, well supplied and well maintained. We appreciated having a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. The location was private, yet convenient to all the places we visited on the Cape. A few questions came up to our stay. The property manager was very prompt with answers and very helpful. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We also enjoyed the deck for breakfast every morning. I would highly recommend this property.

This was a nice space for two families sharing a week on the Cape. But a few basics were missing. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There was no Kleenex. We like to keep the place clean but there was no broom. There was a swiffer but no swiffer pads. We had to buy them ourselves.
The pluses are a wonderful tennis court adjacent to the property. Also a washer and dryer right off the kitchen. Many beach toys to use at the beach.
Upstairs is a full apartment with an inside and outside entrance. Good privacy for a second family.

41 Cranberry Trail was a large house with plenty of space for us all. There need to be towel bars or more hooks in the bathrooms- the kitchen needs reorganization and the propane tank should be checked by management after each rental. We finally found our way to the private beach but no instructions we were left to help us. We would recommend this house but not sure we’ll be back.

Everything needed supplied, except linens and towels..which wasn't a difficult as I anticipated. The tree lined walk past lovely vacation homes was a treat each day. The private beach was empty and we had tennis courts to ourselves as well. The home was immaculate, well appointed, comfortable, spacious, light and airy. We were very close to shopping, restaurants. The back yard was very nice, upstairs suite spacious. We we're promptly refunded our deposit and even two items we left, one of them bulky we're returned by ups within the week. We would definitely stay here again!
