Nothing about it
Mattress was very bad you could literally feel the spring feeling sharp on our back when lying down,
So I had to layer my duvet to keep my back feeling little comfort
So hot in the room asked for a fan and have a a dusty fan as we switched fan the dust was flying all around the room,bathroom tap was not working properly.

there was no hot water in the whole hotel as the tank was broken so unable to shower, at times we couldn’t even get cold water to come out of the sink to brush teeth, couldn’t even get cold water to come out the shower to wash my hair and no plug for the sink so couldn’t was it in there either, it was boiling in the room and the raidiator controls were broken so couldn’t turn it down, there was a slab dangerously loose on the front steps almost fell down the steps, front door was so stiff to open i couldn’t manage to push the door open my other half had to do it, would like a refund not worth the money at all

Absolutely amazing decor the lounge area was brilliant and laid out perfectly the bar staff and hotel staff was amazing. The bar is reasonably priced for a location in blackpool cheaper than most places we visited on our stay here. There was no issues with our stay at all the rooms are very spacious bunk beds for the kids and a double for the me and my partner would definitely come bacl to this hotel for the convenience and simply for the fact your treated with respect and the staff are there to help with anything you need.

The location and the price
The 4 bed room only had 2 bunks and a double. We were expecting 4 individual beds

Great friendly service, very welcoming, room was also great. The hotel was not too far from the beach, with easy access to shops and takeaways.

Convenient location, good price.
Issues with lighting but quickly moved to a new room that was fine.
Could feel all the springs in the bed.

Good location for all amenities. Parking behind the hotel for £10 per night. Very warm welcome and a very friendly and helpful host.
Rooms were clean if small.

The stairs u have to climb to reach bedroom. There was a big water marked in the bedroom roof. The front of the hotel downstairs turn us off the place need to close on referbis before taking guests
