Buena comodidad y lugar tranquilo. Agua caliente y agradable. Me gustó que aceptaran a mi mascota.

El servicio en recepción no fue muy amable, no había restaurante abierto para desayunar, el televisor no servía, el internet era inestable y el baño no tenía buena ventilación.

I liked how convenient the pool was and how they offered breakfast in the morning at the hotel. Also the location made it ready easy to travel by taxi

The rooms them selfs could have had more natural sunlight but other then that it was amazing

Reception was helpful, friendly and lady spoke great English! 🥰 The man in the restaurant made a great cappuccino! Complimentary coffee on Sunday. Rooms were cleaned each morning and done well. Helpers at the main gate were friendly and hailed a taxi quickly. A lovely hotel with happy friendly workers!

Fridge in the room made a terrible noise and the door on it didn’t close. Hairdryer would be helpful for travellers and an extra hand towel would be appreciated.

It was clean and it has a pool. The maintenance guy was really nice and the waiter in the restaurant was great.

The reception staff were unfriendly. Our key card failed to work numerous times. The door lock failed after the first night and we had to move rooms. The receptionist offered no apology not help with moving. Our shower was a dribble and there was no hot water. The safe didn't work. Our first room had no natural light at all. Breakfast is only available Monday to Friday and was not very good.
