Nestled in Monte Gordo, this attractive house for £166 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Lovely 5 bedroom house with outdoor pool, situated within the urbanization of Audiencia, next to Praia Verde, in the unspoilt East Algarve, 15km from Tavira and 8km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Set among pine trees and close to all amenities the house is five minutes walk (250 metres)from the superb sandy beach and two restaurants and a cafe/bar. Casa Reis is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course, and backs onto a national reserve of pine trees. Casa Reis, laid out over three floors with terraces overlooking the swimming pool. It has views over the national park and towards the sea, and is luxuriously furnished throughout its 5 bedrooms, living room and dining area, together with a luxuriously appointed kitchen. The linked house is air conditioned and is luxuriously furnished to a high standard. The house does not have off street parking. However there is plenty of parking spaces on the road outside the house. The beautiful Ria Formosa!: The Ria Formosa in the Algarve is a beautiful labyrinth of lagoons separated from the sea by a coastal dune system which is broken up by various natural inlets. It is one of the most important nature reserves in the network of wetlands that links Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. This is a lovely property that is very close to the beach and a 5 min cycle ride to Monte Gordo. There is also a nearby shop attached to a cafe that is perfect for essentials. The beach itself (5 mins walk away) is stunning and seems to go on forever.
As is clear from the pictures, decoratively the house is a tad dated inside. For those who don't mind this, however, it offers a perfect Algarve beach house. Although the house has 5 bedrooms, the small living area would make it a bit of a squeeze for large gatherings, ie any more than 6 adults and 2 small children.
One word of caution: if you travel to the Algarve in winter (Dec-Jan), as we did, be prepared for its unpleasant combination of very cold night temperatures and high humidity (= a lot of damp, wet surfaces outside and even mould inside), something for which we were unprepared! Very few Portuguese houses seem to be built to deal with this problem, and ours was no exception. The house does not have a tumble dryer so we took many trips to the launderette as it was impossible to dry clothes by hanging. As I understand it, however, outside of winter damp is not an issue.
There was excellent communication from the owners throughout: they were quick to respond to any questions or issues, and forgiving of our small breakages, which was much appreciated.
Overall, highly recommended! (Just maybe avoid winter).

lors de notre réservation j'avais demandé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée car mon épouse est handicapé et peut monter ou descendre Les escaliers réponse 1 canapé lit gigogne pour ma part ce n'est pas une chambre et de plus une chambre non mentionnés sur Abritel se trouve au sous-sol et sans ouverture sur l'extérieur pour ma part ce n'est pas une chambre personnes n'a pu y dormir nous avons du partager une chambre pour 3 personnes un petit peu cher pour 3 chambres 1 canapé lit et une chambre au sous-sol pour le reste rien à dire il serait judicieux de faire une vraie chambre à la place du canapé lit et de plus devant la piscine se serait le top et d'aménager le sous sol mais ont ne peut pas considéré comme une chambre celle du sous-sol annonce correspond pas pour 5 chambres Mr audeyer

In sehr schlechten Zustand.
Das Einzig vorteilhafte der Immobilie ist die Lage Nähe Strand. Alles andere ist schlecht. Teilweise sogar sehr gefährlich (Strom Installation).
Kann diese Unterkunft niemanden empfehlen. Nachträglich wird uns Dinge in Rechnung gestellt die wir angeblich kaputt gemacht haben.

Tolle Lage, Gutes und reichhaltiges Inventar (Küchengeräte, Besteck, etc.)
In der Anzeige stand, die Zimmer wären mit 3 Doppelbetten , 2 Einzelbetten und 1 Einzelbett +Schlafsofa ausgestattet.
Leider gab es kein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Anstatt dessen waren 4 Doppelbetten vorhanden. Leider ungünstig für unsere Reisegruppe.

Seks voksne og to barn hadde en flott uke i dette velutstyrte og hyggelige huset. Fint og rent basseng ble et naturlig samlingspunkt. Kort vei til nydelig strand med restauranter. Gangavstand til liten butikk/bakeri og restaurant. Det eneste negative var noe støy siste natta fra en frilufts nattklubb som ble åpnet nede på stranda.

Perfect property for a family holiday near to a wonderful beach
This is the second year we have stayed in a property managed by Andrew and Elsa and both stays have been very enjoyable
The property was perfect for our large family and the proximity to the beach was excellent
The property was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and the outside pool and BBQ area was perfect for fun in the sun and to relax with dinner and a glass of something cold later in the evening
We would have hesitation in recommending this property to people who want a quiet relaxing holiday near to the beach
We have every intention of booking again for 2019.

Estadia agradável em urbanização perto da praia.
A casa estava limpa e pronta a usar. Tem muito espaço e é uma excelente casa de férias para quem tenha um grupo grande. Fica bem perto da praia, pode do-se sair a caminhar, ou sair a andar no pinhal até Monte Gordo. Há bicicletas por perto para alugar e um restaurante que tem padaria e pastelaria de fabrico muito bom que abastece a zona. O serviço foi sempre atencioso e quando houve dúvidas ou necessidade de esclarecimento foi sempre fácil entrar em contacto. Obrigado pela possibilidade de tirar umas férias muito boas!

Lovely house, 2min walk from amazing beach
We stayed over for 9 days, including 6 adults and a small child. The house was in pristine condition, very comfortable and with plenty of space for everyone. We spent many hours in the swimming pool and in the terrace at the back. The owners were also excellent in communications and made our stay even more pleasant.
The only inconvenience for us was the lack of a baby cot, and protection for the swimming pool and stairs. This would only affect families with small kids, and as long as someone is always watching them it's fine.
For those who prefer a quiet time, there is a small supermarket and a restaurant just a few minutes walk that cover most needs. And the beach, right at the end of the street, is absolutely amazing!..
If you want to head to Monte Gordo (the nearest town) in the evening you probably need a car, as it's hard (and very dark) to take the path by the beach at night.
All in all, highly recommended for a quiet stay by the beach.

Muito agradável com pontos a melhorar
De um modo geral a moradia é simpática e com muito boa localização face a praia.
A piscina tem uma boa exposição solar, com cadeiras de piscina e muito limpa.
Os quartos sao publicitados como 5 mas na verdade deveriam clarificar as condiçoes. Existem 3 quartos no piso superior com cama de casal e ar condicionado.
Existe depois um quarto com sofás cama de solteiro , no piso terreo e tambem com ar condicionado. O outro quarto fica na cave e apesar de espaçoso nao tem janelas ou ar condicionado. Nao foi utilizado na nossa estadia, pois ninguem se sentiu confortável num quarto sem janelas, apesar de estar asseado.
Existe uma mercearia com produtos básicos e pão fresco a 10min de distancia a pé.
Existem supermercados grandes a cerca de 4Km. Estas facilidades abonam em favor da casa.
Nao existe controlo possivel pelos proprietários sobre vizinhos, mas tivemos o azar da casa geminada estar em obras (ruido de obras durante o dia) e os vizinhos do lado serem muito barulhentos de noite.
Pontos a melhorar :
- Clarificar descriçao da casa e quartos
- Sentiu-se um cheiro desagradável a esgoto em todas as casas de banho, e também no páteo atrás da casa durante os 14 dias que lá estivemos. Deveria ser endereçado.
- Existe sinal de TV por cabo disponível, mas pelo preço deviam estar disponíveis os canais Premium de desporto e filmes.

Localização excelente mas...
Localização excelente, vai-se facilmente a pé para a praia com as crianças. Mercearia do empreendimento com pão fresco tb facilmente acessível a pé. Praia óptima com grande areal. Casa bem equipada. Piscina pequena mas funcional e agradável bem como o espaço junto ao barbecue. Ar condicionado a refrescar muito bem.
Tivemos azar por estarem a decorrer obras na casa vizinha. O cheiro a esgoto da canalização tb era desagradável. Na minha opinião se o check-in é a partir das 16:00 não me parece correcto que o check-out seja até às 10:00, quando muito até às 12:00!

Casas da Audiencia
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, et recommandons cette location!
La maison est très confortable, la piscine très agréable. Nous étions 6 adultes, 3 enfants et un bébé (équipement fourni). A noter une chambre en sous sol sans fenêtre, mais saine, spacieuse, confortable; nous aurions aimé que l'accès jardin sur le coté soit fermé par un portillon car la piscine n'étant pas sécurisé avec des enfants nous avons mis un transat pour fermer le passage.
Résidence de belles maisons, calme, au bord d'une pinède.
La plage est à 400m, superbe: peu fréquentée, dune de sable et parasol naturels... Un restaurant à proximité sur la plage: Sem espinhas.
Un seul commerce dans le quartier: café, boulangerie, épicerie avec tout le necessaire, et une camionette vente de légumes et fruits tous les jours.
Les gérents Else et Andrew sont charmants, à l'écoute, disponibles. Nous reviendrons pour sur dès que possible!
