Super, polecam.

Jestem zwolenniczką bezobsługowego zameldowania, jest to bardzo wygodny i prosty sposób dostania się do lokalu. Pokój na prawdę spoko, czysto, po włączeniu kaloryfera cieplutko.

Brakowało kawy, herbaty i cukru.

Pobyt typowo szkoleniowy, 1 doba w apartamencie.

Bardzo blisko do głównego centrum miasta-rynek . Bliskość sklepów, nie słychać było ruchu samochodów, pomimo położenia przy samej ulicy. Ruch w nocy znikomy. Apartament na parterze, czysto, ręczniki, suszarka, kosmetyki, kuchenka , czajnik, śr. czystości, wyposażenie kuchni. Duża szafa i wygodny materac. Cieplo w pokoju.

Pojedyncze łóżko zbyt wąskie nawet dla drobnych osób. Brak soli w solniczce.

Najlepsze apartameny w Inowrocławiu. Będziemy tam wracać i polecać znajomym.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - centrum miasta. Blisko sklepy, atrakcje, restauracje. W pokoju bardzo czysto i dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

no sink in the room, bathroom outside the apartment(you may meet other guests in the coridor).

Very good

The bed in the room with the kitchen was way too soft. It felt more like a water mattress that would move and wiggle with every turn making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Absolutely worth the money!

We spent 4nights in the apartment and rented 4 apartments on every floor. the apartment are clean and fresh. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean and fresh. It was quite in the night and we slept well. Perfect position to visit the main square (5min.walk). 100m. from the hotel we found a fantastic restaurant, “Roma” that we highly recommend! Comfortable own parking right under the building.

A smarter way to collect the keys is really needed. Especially if you rent many flats! We suggest to the owner to have a box with a code were you hang all the keys instead of a super tiny box for every key ( it was very difficult to put the keys back).

Exceptional

Very easy and trouble free pick up keys from lock box. Room is small but for one person is good enough, has all what you need TV, fridge and kettle to make yourself cup of tea. Very helpful and attentive landlord.

Bathroom was a minor problem as it is a separate room, but too be fair this was stated in description of the room.

A nice and spacious place for a short or longer stay in the beautiful town of Inowroclaw

We stayed in Inowroclaw for just one night, because we attended the yearly Ino-Rock Festival. We didn't need much, so we looked for an affordable budget accommodation and we definitely were not disappointed. First of all, the communication with the hosts before the trip was very nice and easy. The check-in description was sent to us just right before the trip, we received information about where to pick up the keys, how to use them as well as the remote for the private parking space next to the place and info about check-out times. The apartment was ready at the stated hour and we were surprised by how spacious it was and that there were all the things we needed. Since we only stayed a night, we didn't use the little kitchen in the room, but we could see it provides everything needed for a self-serviced stay. The bed was big and comfy and the area, which is very close to the old town, was very quiet at night (as all of the town, to be honest... One could even say, that after midnight, it is pretty much dead ;) ) Teatr Letni (the festival location) can easily be reached on foot (approx. 10-15 mins) and we spend a nice afternoon before, and a nice Sunday afternoon in Inowroclaw after the festival. One plus was that after checkout we could leave the car on the private parking space for a couple of hours in order to explore the town a bit more.

There wasn't really anything to complain about. One thing that could be made clearer is the request towards the guests, to take out their trash when leaving. There's a description where the trash bins are located, but it wasn't really clear to us, if we "have to" take out the trash on our own. We did it anyway (and it's not a big deal, tbh), but we can imagine that people who stay a couple of nights and who won't take it out, might complain about it.

Perfect room and location, very clean, exceeded our expectations, highly recomended!

Clear instructions to pick up the key. Very clean throughout, great facilities, very helpful host, great location, no issues whatsoever. I would definiately stay there again and will recommend this place to our family and friends.
