Loved the location, friendly staff, convenience of having pub downstairs for food/drinks and breakfast. Obviously you can never beat the cost of a Wetherspoon.

Beds rock hard,pub was cold,not good in February and very noisy outside Early morning, bins emptied at 04 50 am,barrel delivery before 07 00,so noisy!!!!!.

Comfortable room with great tea and coffee making facilities. Liked the fact there was a separate door to hotel so you don't have to walk through a busy pub.

Only gripe was my room only had a skylight window so no view out at all but that's all

The Inn at the Thomas Ingolssby is one of the most comfortable and wonderful new finds that I have the pleasure to highly recommend. If you are traveling to Canterbury, there is probably no better value for your money, since you will find a modern and exceptionally well fitted room with a super comfortable bed and bathroom. It’s located above one of the most popular Pubs on Burgate Street, which is an earshot from Canterbury Carhederal and the old High Street. if you are lucky to find a room, hurry up and get it. All of this in addition to the delicious Wearherspoon Pub, which serves delicious food at a reasonable price. a real jewel of a find in Canterbury.

Location - you can not beat this location Rooms are great - and spotlessly clean

Parking is expensive - we parked around the corner in the open car park - 20 quid for overnight parking (16.00 hrs - 10.45 in the morning)

The Hotel is near downtown Canterbury, just a few minutes to the Cathedral. The rooms were big and the Interieur is okay.

The hotel is above a really big pub. You have to check in in the pub. There were drunken people till 3pm. It is like a disco in the evening, so many people and it was so loud. you can‘t open a window before 2 o‘clock in the night.

Room was extremely large and nicely decorated. After a long day it was just very comforting. The staff had set it up perfectly for a family of 4.

Spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, very close to Canterbury Cathedral and catered for coeliacs. Loved the decor, carpets and wall art based on Ingoldsby Legends.
