Wir (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Die Wohnung war schön und platzmäßig völlig ausreichend. Der Pool ist super. Lediglich ein, zwei mehr Liegen wären toll gewesen. Mit den zur Wohnung gehörenden beiden Fahrrädern ist man schnell beim Bäcker, Einkaufen oder am Strand. Auch zu Fuß kann man gemütlich einige Restaurants etc. erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Laura war sehr nett und sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt können wir das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Es war alles bestens. Voll zufrieden.

Un accueil sympathique de Laura , un appartement agréable, une situation calme en cette période de mi-Mai, tout en étant assez proche du lac et des commerces. A savoir, une différence entre la version italienne et française en ce qui concerne la description des prestations. La première stipule clairement que les draps, serviettes, linges de cuisine et accès au garage sont fournis sur demande à un coût supplémentaire. La version française mentionne simplement que les linges et serviettes sont fournis et que la location possède un garage.

We stayed here for a week in April with 2 kids (3 and 9 months old). We had a good time here as the flat is located in a nice residential area but is quite close to a number of restaurants, cafes and lots of open spaces including the beach. Laura was a lovely host and the apartment is actually more more spacious than it looks in the pictures. I would recommend this accommodation for families.

La proprietaria dell'immobile è una giovane signora simpatica e disponibile verso gli affittuari. Il soggiorno è stato rilassante, la casa accogliente, calda e funzionale, in un contesto silenzioso, ottimo per rilassarsi. A poca distanza vi sono i servizi più importanti (supermercato e farmacia) Da provare anche in estate.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in schöner ruhiger Wohnlage. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist auch bei kleinen Problemen sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana a Sirmione (Colombare di Sirmione), nel bel appartamento della signora Zane. L'appartamento è grande, pulito, molto ben arredato, con terrazza e una bellissima, grande piscina da condividere con gli altri ospiti del condominio (2 lettini a disposizione). Calma, riposo in mezzo alle viti. A 3 chilometri dal centro di Sirmione, 500m dal mare circa. Raccomandiamo quell'appartamento. Il wifi funziona molto bene. Grazie mille alla Signora Zane della Sua ospitalità

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Swimmingpool und Garten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch zum See nicht sehr weit. Empfehlenswert!

The apartment and the whole property incl. pool is very neat and clean. There are some rules to follow at the pool but we and our children loved the large pool very much. The apartment has high quality beds and a washing machine, as well as mosquito nets which sometimes are really needed at Garda lake... The wireless Internet connection works fast and reliable (Skype calls no problem). We booked a garage for our car which was a bit tight. But that's all ok. Our host Luca is a very friendly and helpful person. We have spent a very relaxing vacation at Garda lake.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, auch gab es noch viele Tipps zur Urlaubsgestaltung. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und schön gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Pool( groß) war sehr gepflegt und sauber.In ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Wasser und in der City. Eine gute Ausgangslage nach Verona und Venedig. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wirklich empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

L'appartement de Laura est très confortable et très propre, conforme à la description. Il est bien situé, au calme. Les contacts avec la propriétaire étaient très faciles et rapides, Laura étant à l'écoute et très disponible pour toute demande ou conseil. Les enfants (et les parents!) ont apprécié la piscine, plus grande que dans d'autres locations déjà testées. Un grand merci à Laura pour sa gentillesse En résumé : de superbes vacances, dans un logement impeccable et bien situé. A recommander !!

We (two adults, about 50 years ) have been there in May for two weeks. The apartment was clean, perfectly equipped ... we really missed nothing. Just a 10 - 15 minute walk to the "Lago di Garda", bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Laura, a very nice, young lady, was very friendly. Thank you for everything, Laura. We really enjoyed our vacation very much ... in every respect. If it is possible somehow, we'll definitely come back.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Laura à Sirmione. Laura nous a accueilli à 22h pour nous remettre les clés. Elle s'est montrée disponible lorsque nous l'avons contactée. L'appartement est propre, spacieux et bien situé. Sirmione est vraiment une très belle ville et toute la région vaut la peine d'être visitée. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et d'endroits à visiter : Vérone, le zoo, Gardaland, les termes, et toutes les villes qui bordent le lac. Merci Laura pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.

Time spent: 7 nights Persons: 2 kids ( 2, and 5 years old) +3 adults Appartment: ground floor ( the residence is composed by two separeted houses, each with 8 apartments) Cleannes: no dust, no stains, clean kitchen, Comfort: well equipped kitchen (dishwashing liquids, sponges also provided), bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Rooms ( 2 sleeping+1 living) are spaceous enough. Althought there is no air-condition, with shaded windows ( wood shutters) the room tempertaure could be kept on the acceptable thermal comfort . That time we were there daily peak was around 38 Celsius. Garden & pool: although it is shared with the guests of the other 15 appartments, there was no crowd by the pool at all ( daytime everbody is by the lake, at the evening in the citycenter, so really just a few guests used it) What need to be improved: mosquito mesh should be applield for the windows, and maybe the freezer should be de-iced more frequently No Wi-Fi: but for me it was just positive Location: restaurants, supermarkets, doctor ( english speaking) in 5 minutes driving distance. Satisfactory: absolutely satisfied Owner's hospitality: 5 star ranking, thank you Laura!!! :) Greetings form Austria

Wir (2 ältere Ehepaare) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Lauras Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben (wir haben nur gefrühstückt).Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Läden und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, der See 10-15 Min. entfernt. Die Orte, die wir besuchen wollten, konnten wir ohne viele Umwege ansteuern. Laura hat uns bestens informiert und betreut - vielen Dank Laura. Wir kommen wieder, wenn es möglich ist. Ulla
