About this house rental
Situated in Teton Village, this attractive house for £570 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. TR#3 is located near some of the most iconic vacation destinations in the west. Grand Teton National Park is just two short miles away. The town of Jackson is 14 miles away and Yellowstone National Park is nearby, also. This is the perfect place for an epic ski vacation or an amazing family summer trip to the mountains. Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, this is a fantastic choice for a large family or group. The spacious dining area, kitchen and living room are all well-appointed and furnished with modern appliances and a massive stone fireplace which awaits you. Wall-to-wall patio doors welcome an abundance of natural light, and the private balcony provides the ideal spot for an after-hike cocktail or barbecue while taking in the view of Sleeping Indian Range or Gros Ventre Range. The unit has three levels. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed immediately to left of the entry/boot room. Down the hall is a full bath and laundry room. The second level has the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite full bath. The upper level has two bedrooms, a loft/bunk room and a full bath with a double vanity. The two bedrooms each have two twin beds while the loft/bunk room has a set of twin bunks and a twin over a full set of bunks. Complimentary use of Sundance Swim and Tennis Club's heated pool and hot tubs is included with all rentals in season: from Thanksgiving to the first week in April and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Grand Teton National Park is only two miles from this unit, the town of Jackson is 14 miles away and Yellowstone is nearby, also. There is an endless variety of activities right outside the door like snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, just to name a few. Things to know: *This property can accommodate three vehicles. *One bundle of firewood will be in the unit, when you arrive, and additional firewood can be purchased either in town, or at the Bodega which is located nearby. Due to new insurance rules, we are no longer able to store firewood on the property.

This place is amazing for several reasons. Proximity to Moose Creek Chair lift. Lierally a 5 minute walk and you can ski right back to the place.
Spacious and nicely appointed. 5 large bedrooms with a total of 10 beds. Kitchen has upgraded appliances.
Gretchen is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. My friends and i had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

The location to the Moose Creek lift was perfect. The condo was clean with tons of space for my three teens to spread out. The wood burning fireplace made it extra cozy. I would def recommend!!

We stayed here with our 3 year old, 3 month old and another family. It was the perfect base camp to visit Teton NP!! Only a few minutes away from Moose-Wilson road entrance to the park. The space is big and beautiful and the perfect place to hang even on our rainy days. We will certainly be coming back!

From booking to check-out, the process was seamless! Gretchen is an amazing host, her suggestions for dining, etc. were perfect, and the house was welcoming. We were a large group of family members and every amenity from the stocked kitchen to the wonderful toiletries to the extra towels and pillows was available and every bed was so comfortable. The space was large - plenty of seats at dining table, couch and outdoor furniture. Look no further for the perfect vacation home!

First, Gretchen is amazing to reach out to and her response time and attention. Albertsons grocery - picked up online order for the week, easy. Kitchen stocked and organized.
Spent days on Jenny Lake, hike/Ferry, rented boats on Jackson Lake for the day - no better views than on a lake. Evening Gondola ride to top Teton Village - music/food/drinks at top. Kids loved bungee trampolines, climbing wall, playground, ect. Pools were convenient and excellent service there. Can’t say enough. ‼️❣️‼️

The bathrooms for this place were definitely dated. The bathtubs look original with original tile with a little mold in the grout line in the master. The queen bedroom is on the bottom floor with a small window that looks out into the carport. The sauna is not working. The loft bedroom has no outside windows- but instead windows to the family room below without curtains. There wasn't a vanity in the bottom floor bathroom - just a tiny porcelain sink. The toilets are very low to the floor especially the one in the ground level floor - almost like it was made for a preschooler. The location is very convenient to Teton Village. However, Moose Wilson Rd is currently closed due to summer road construction on weekdays making the drive to Teton National Park over an hour because of congestion. This place was definitely clean - I just expected it to be nicer for the $8000+ we paid for the 6 nights we were there.

Honestly, my family and I could not have asked for a better vacation experience, end-to-end. From our initial inquiry through check-out, our hostess Gretchen was communicative, helpful, generous with true local knowledge, gave goal-oriented ski tips (she serves with JH Ski Patrol) and, frankly, just really nice.
For those pragmatics, I cannot recommend this property enough. For the indescribable experiences -- the snow, the mountains, the moose(s), the food, family togetherness, new friends and forever-grade memories -- I hope that Timber Ridge 3 will be our family's gateway for a very long time. Thank you!

Perfect for ski vacation. Close to ski lift (1 to 2 min walk), great ski boot dryer, sauna after full day of skiing and 3 minutes walk to hot tub and heated pool in Sundance swim and tennis club. Jackson Hole is a true skiers mountain and snow was outstanding for late March. We also enjoyed the living room with oversized sofa and TV and the ample sleeping space.

Great spot for a large group. Moose creek lift within 5 minute walk of the door, can ski right back to the door or take the shuttle bus from the middle of the village. Very clean space and spacious enough for everyone. Would stay again

Everything was perfect. Great location to slopes and village. Shuttle service very convenient and helpful. Distance to Jackson not far. We had a car, but there is a bus service as well. Lots to see and do. We especially loved building a nice warm fire in the condo after a busy day of activities. Great spot.

What a fabulous place! Our whole family loved it. It was incredibly roomy. 8 of us stayed in it with 4 additional family members visiting, eating, and playing daily–after skiing, of course. One son and his family stayed on the top level which gave them both ample space and privacy when they wanted it. The grandparents (us) used the main floor bedroom, and the youngest son and his wife used the downstairs bedroom and bath which allowed them the chance to use the sauna in privacy.
The house is beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains. The very large open living space features comfortable furniture and a huge table that sits ten. The “coffee” table is large enough for people to gather around for games. Although the kitchen itself is too small for multiple chefs, the floor plan allows for people to act as sous chiefs on two different open kitchen counters from the main part of living area. Although it is hard to describe, it is a spectacular design. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could imagine.
The owner is very responsive to questions/concerns. We had a couple of little technical problems which were addressed within a few hours. Renters shouldn’t expect everything to be perfect (just like things at your house, things do break, etc.), but the way the owner/manager responds is what should be “graded.” This owner gets an A+.

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It was in a great location - walkable to a lot of activities and restaurants. It was clean, well appointed with any appliances, dishes, etc. that we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable. Access to the swimming pool was great, especially for the kids. We even had a moose walk right by the deck while we were eating breakfast!

Wonderful family vacation in Teton Village!!
This is the perfect property for 12 family members to enjoy the sights and beauty of Jackson Hole! Plenty of sleeping quarters and bathrooms, including great bunk room for 5 kids! Nice kitchen, balcony/patio, covered parking, and walking distance to shops, restaurants and lifts. Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Highly recommend this property!!

THE HUGE TABLE IN THE DINING AREA HAD ROOM FOR ALL OF US TO SIT TOGETHER WHILE WE ATE. WE BOUGHT GROCERIES AT ALBERTSONS JUST DOWN THE ROAD FROM TR3 AND COOKED TOGETHER AT NIGHT. IF YOU ARE REALLY COLD NATURED YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING A VERY "FIT IN A SUITCASE" SMALL ELECTRIC HEATER. IT WAS COOL IN THE BATHROOMS AT NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING, BUT NOTHING REALLY SERIOUS.

THIS DRIVE WAS WORTH THE TRIP EVEN BEFORE WE GOT INTO YELLOWSTONE ITSELF. WE SAW THE BUFFALO IN A HERD BARELY NORTH OF JACKSON AND SCATTERED ALL OVER THE PARK AFTER THAT. WE SAW BUFFALO, PRONGHORN ANTELOPE, ELK, BALD EAGLES. THIS IS REALLY A GREAT TRIP.
WE COULD NOT FLY INTO JACKSON AIRPORT BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTION WORK, BUT THIS WAS A BLESSING IN DISGUISE. FLY INTO IDAHO FALLS ISTEAD. THEIR FACILITIES ARE BETTER AND THE DRIVE FROM IDAHO FALLS TO TETON VILLAGE IS BEAUTIFUL AND GIVES ONE A TASTE OF WHAT IS TO COME.

The house was great for our group! Very well located with a very short walk to the lift and ability to ski in back home. Gretchen was very helpful with any questions. Furniture and beds were all comfortable. We would definitely come back here again!
