Beautiful lower level 1500 SF walkout with 2 bedrooms, queen beds, one bath, living room with gas fireplace, kitchenette, and separate entrance. Bright and cheery with a nice view of Mt Herman from living room and one bedroom. The other bedroom looks out towards a former golf course (open area). The kitchenette includes a sink, 2 mini-fridges, microwave, large electric skillet, crock pot, and coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks coffee. There is off street parking and access to deck and grill on back of house. The property is conveniently located on the north end of Colorado Springs - only five minutes from the north gate of the US Air Force Academy and easy driving distance to Garden of the Gods, the US Olympic Training Center, Pikes Peak, Old Colorado City, and the Castle Rock Outlet Mall. Owner lives on the main floor. Free WiFi +TV (streaming and Antenna) - Netflix and Amazon Prime

My husband and I were finishing up our trip to Colorado in Colorado Springs. This was a perfect spot, out of the city a bit but in a very nice development. It was an easy drive to all the sights and to great restaurants. Chris was very easy to communicate with and his place was spotless. He had everything we needed and more. Added bonus was a sweet deer that visited in the back yard! We will stay here again for sure!

Christopher is a wonderful host! The property has everything you need for a stay. Safe neighborhood and close to many amenities; gas, groceries, restaurants, and great coffee. You will not be disappointed in your stay here, would certainly stay again.

We were in town for my nephew’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. Our place was super convenient to the academy . It was clean and quiet. And the host was super nice and helped me when I needed to extend my stay from my original reservation. Definitely recommend it to any visiting the Academy .

The apartment was exactly as presented. It was clean, spacious and very quiet. A great value for the money. Easy access to IH 25. You will not be disappointed renting this 2 bedroom apartment.

This was a wonderful place for a weekend to Colorado! Very clean and comfortable! Short drives to lots of things to do. My husband’s favorite part was the sitting outside in the evening and the deer in the yard! Thank you!

This property is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood, but it is close to so many good restaurants, shopping and the great outdoors!
There is a cozy (instant) fireplace, spacious layout and lots of information the host has provided to enjoy the nearby attractions in the Colorado Springs area! Also, great sunset views and the moon over Pikes Peak.

This is a delightful clean space that met all our needs. The small kitchenette is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the host is kind. A great bonus is that it's close to USAFA.

I stayed here for a weekend trip to watch an Air Force game. Chris (the host) sent the check in details well ahead of time, kept a really clean property, and was generally a wonderful host. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent location and property!
From the first communication to the last, Chris was an excellent host. The home was very clean and well appointed. Perfect location relative to the Air Force Academy and other activities. Chris even had fresh flowers on the dining room table! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here!

Home away from home!
We loved staying in this property in Gleneagle! It was clean, spacious and very comfortable with so many nice amenities! We felt well cared for as if we were staying with good friends! The location is gorgeous and we would highly recommend staying here! We will be back! Top notch hospitality!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Chris was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the property was even better than we had hoped for. We have two little ones, and this was the perfect place. There was enough space for them to play, and the bedrooms are far enough apart that we could still talk and watch Netflix after they went to bed without fear of waking them up. The place was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a super convenient location. Couldn't have been better!

Amazing property. Close to the Airforce Academy and restaurants. Easy highway access without any highway noise. Beautifully tucked away in a lovely subdivision of Colorado Springs. We will be back.

We had a great experience in Colorado and I would highly recommend this place. We accidentally locked the keys in the apartment area & Chris woke up at 3 am to let us in. He kept us up to date on his schedule and left brochures/pamphlets in the apartment for us to review.
