Excellent hotel, staff, location and breakfast

The breakfast was excellent as was the Cruise restaurant and bar area on the 23rd floor. Overall the staff were brilliant - very kind and helpful. For example, an issue with the hot water in the room was resolved professionally and promptly. Thank you in particular to Carlotta and Karen at the front desk for their information and assistance throughout my stay. The concierge team were also very helpful with sightseeing suggestions.

Great location! Close to MTR as well as trams - saved so much on Uber. Great service and staff. Definitely recommend.

Very well located. Close to MTR station. Excellent breakfast.

The rooms are a bit humid. Not possible to open the windows. I'm ok with that for security reasons, but should be an option to open them.

교통과 바다뷰가 좋은 호텔

조식 장소는 바로 앞에 바다가 보이는 창가쪽에 위치해서 좋았고 넓고 쾌적했습니다. MTR역과 가까와서 교통이 좋았으며, 라운지가 있는 층에 묵어서 저녁에 라운지 이용도 편리하고 좋았습니다.

음식은 다양했으나 홍콩섬인데 반해 sea food 종류가 없어서 아쉬웠고, 맛이 조금은 짜서 아쉬웠습니다. daily로 좀 더 다양하고, 특색있는 음식으로 준비되면 좋을 것 같네요.

Super Lage and der „blue line“, sauber, freundlich. Schöner Rooftoppool!

Sauber, kleine aber gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Rooftop Pool, Fitness Studio und Umkleiden sehr gut! Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Sehr freundlich beim Checkout, besonders da unser Rückflug Verspätung hatte und wir spontan einen late Checkout organisieren konnten.

Betten nicht sehr gut, wir haben extra gezahlt für gute Aussicht und obere Etage bei Buchung und nochmals ontop bei Checkin, dennoch nicht die Zimmer mit dem schönen Blick erhalten. Checkin hat sehr lang gedauert. Beim Frühstück teilweise nur eine Kaffeemaschine in Funktion, insgesamt nur zwei vorhanden - bei den Gästezahlen geht das nicht.

Staffs steal!

Staff steals! I lost belongings that worths £100. I wrote to the hotel and there has been zero respond. If you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you lock up everything when you are not in your room.

no social hub.

Early check in , at additional cost, was good.

Hotel needs a proper lobby BAR. not just a coffee shop. Need to have champagne, mimosas and bloody mary's available with breakfast. Room heater didn't work well.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel and will choose it again the next time I’m back in this city.

The harbour view from the room was excellent and the service of the staff were very good.

The fact that it doesn’t provide an option to the AirPort Express station at Central.

an ordinary hotel, plus good breakfasts, minus complete ignored of the problem with the unnecessarily written off paymen

good breakfast, convenient location

They take a deposit from the card, although there is not even a minibar in the room. The deposit was partially returned, but after check-out, 2 more amounts were withdrawn from my card. Excess money withdrawn is not returned, messages are not answered, the hotel completely ignores the problem.

The property is new and clean and staff is very helpful !

The location is a block from the main Street and taxi is available outside the hotel only in peak hour. When I checked out early morning, I had to take my luggage to walk a block to get taxi that is a bit challenging. However, overall it is close to MTR station and ferry and bus.

Love the stay.

the location of the hotel at north point is excellent. It is located at the terminal tram station that has frequent tram services that take you to central piers and other locations located on Hong Kong island. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is also amazing, one of the finest food in Hong Kong hotel. The facility in the Hyatt is also much more modern than the one found in similar prices around Kowloon and across the bay.

For HK this is pretty good value for ur money

- Great views - Very clean, comfortable property - Though the fitness centre is small, there’s enough there to improvise a workout - Great rooftop bar - Friendly staff who were very accommodating to our needs and requests (really went out of their way to make the occasion feel right when I told them it was my wife’s bday)

- our suite ran a bit dim in the daytime. The tint on the the windows is pretty heavy - while conveniently located above a shopping complex, the shopping centre itself is a bit lacking and a bit shabby looking, though the Starbucks makes for an easy coffee fix - limited room service menu

Enjoying the room and the view in HK

Breakfast convenience but the stuff and servers wasn’t very accommodating.

Mini waffles were out of any syrup or berries. Overall the breakfast food was very good.
