Good space. Newer kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Good location. Responsive host. Good WiFi.

Sewer smell in the house, especially in one of the bathrooms (although the issue may have been outside the house with the sewer main). The only storage are open hanger racks. Old windows and deck doors are hard to open/close and very drafty. We were originally told that the house had heating but it did not (we stayed in late fall). However, the host was very responsive and delivered three portable space heaters.

The area the apartment was in. A very nice location.

White paint was wet when we arrived at 4pm and not even warned about that. Plus toilet on second floor not working properly and shower hose not attached to wall properly.
