Stock. Alles an Board: Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Mikro, Spülmaschine.

A beautiful house in a stunning, peaceful location, surrounded by olive groves with a view across to Peschici and the coast. We stayed for ten days in May. The weather was beautiful but, even had it not been, this would have been one of our favourite places. The house isn't huge but the rooms are plenty big enough. The kitchen is a "galley kitchen" and does not have an oven, but the BBQ outside, and the wonderful seafood available in restaurants on the coast, means cooking in the house wasn't an issue for us. No oven is something to be aware of, though. Bedrooms are spacious and bright; the downstairs bathroom is beautiful (loved the walk-in shower) and the upstairs bathroom is small but perfectly adequate. The living room is largely taken up with the dining table but the outside spaces are where you'll want to be. Both the terrace immediately outside the living room, and the upstairs terrace, are beautiful and have glorious views across to the coast. On the ground floor the terrace has a large picnic-type table and upstairs is another table and chairs. Both places are real sun-traps, and both have shaded areas. The grounds consist of olive groves with little paths running through and we LOVED the outside shower. It's a great experience to shower while looking at such an amazing view! The house is ideal for a family, or for two couples. The upstairs en-suite bedroom has its own entrance from the terrace as well as stairs from the living-room, so privacy is possible if required. We stayed with our two dogs. The location was excellent for us all - plenty of grounds for the dogs to explore safely and Alessia made them very welcome, even providing bowls and a hide bone each! Alessia's communication was excellent right from the beginning and when we needed additional information, she was always very responsive. Our deposit was refunded promptly. Downside: the wifi is virtually non existent. Alessia provides an iPad which you can take out. We relied on our iPhones' 4G in the house - but it was also good to have a break from technology! For eating - book at Trabucco da Mimi, just outside Peschici. Go at 7ish to be sure of a sea-side table, and watch the sunset - truly unforgettable. Vico is a lovely old town with a daily market. Find the man who sells cheese from the back of his van, and stock up - delicious! For a wonderful day trip, don't miss the Tremiti Islands. A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended. Thank you, Alessia!
