A very comfortable apartment (great kitchen, terrace and most of all nice place to barbecue with gas). A helpful host, nice neighborhood and most of all fantastic weather. Beaches are close but be aware that you need a car as walking in summer can be very tiring.

The apartment building is really nice and new and the apartment is fully furnished with decorations (everything is new), very clean, incl. dishwasher and coffeemaker in the kitchen and washing machine, towels in the bathroom, it looks like a real flat where you can stay for a longer time period without any issues. Quiet place in the small village Golubovo near to Vodnjan, with garden and patio, a little different location a described on the google map, cca 3km away from the sea (probably just issue with google maps), but this was not an issue for us, as we used our car each day to visit different places and beaches, but the location is great if you want to visit Pula, Fazana or Rovinj. A very kind apartment owner, thank you very much, we were happy to stay there.

I would recommend to improve the wi-fi connection and add a mosquito-net to the main entrance door in order to eliminate mosquitoes inside the apartment as much as possible.
