Nestled in Prescott Valley, this lovely house for £100 per night is a great option for your next break. This little house is filled with everything you need. Two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, on opposite sides of house. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. Comfortable living-room with new 55 inch television equipped with Direct TV, and an electric fireplace for ambiance or to take off the chill in the air . Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric range, microwave, Kuerig Coffee-maker, dishwasher and all the accessories you need. Back yard has patio dining with gas barbecue grill and gas fire pit, perfect to enjoy those cool mountain evenings. Enclosed attached garage for parking. Garage door opener and wi-fi code provided upon arrival.

Our visit to Prescott Valley was a wonderful get away and we were welcomed by our host Steve who gave us a tour of our beautiful casita and provided all needed information. The casita was very beautiful and Steve did an exceptional job of providing everything one could imagine and more!!! Steve is an exceptional host and provides his guests with the best!! Thank you Steve for a very nice stay and we look forward to future stays at your beautiful casita!

We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The casita is conveniently located for exploring Prescott/Prescott Valley and the surrounding areas. Steve met us at the house and gave us a quick tour of the place. We had everything we needed to relax after a long day exploring the area. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was at hand. For those who don't want to cook, there are many area restaurants to choose from. We will definitely choose Cedar Springs Casita the next time we are in the area!

This wonderful Casita was perfect! It had everything we needed and more and was so quiet and comfortable. We were in Prescott Valley for business and it was so nice to come "home" to a comfortable space to relax in. Steve and Alan were great at explaining everything and giving us a home tour and where everything was located. I will totally stay in their home again and encourage everyone to stay here as well!

This is our second year staying here. We use it each month from May-August for about a week each month. Clean and great location. Very quiet. Steve is always available and responsive if we need him. Bed is very comfortable, very large wall-mounted TV and a new tiled shower is awesome. We'll keep coming back as long as they keep renting it out.

This was a great house for our Arizona getaway. It had everything we could possibly need ! It was like home away from home. I would totally recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

This is the best place we’ve rented in Prescott/Prescott Valley area over the last 5 years. It has plenty of space and the bed in the master BR was very comfortable. It has every amenity you can think of. The shower was great, the kitchen well stocked with necessities and having a garage was an amazing bonus! Visiting in January……is there anything you can do about the weather……..🤔

We had two couples with a trailer, two motorcycles and a truck. The property has a huge double gate to a fenced backyard which we backed the trailer into and locked the gate, put both bikes in the garage and left the truck in the driveway. This property is perfect for two couples as it is close to Prescott, Sedona and Scottsdale, which are the places that we were wanting to ride. Steve could not have been more accommodating as we got stuck in traffic and were later arriving than we had told him, after we got there Steve went through everything so there was no question where extras of everything were kept. The house was clean and completely stocked with all shower and kitchen amenities, we couldn't have found a better place for the weekend! Steve also gave us some scenic roads to ride and a great tip to go through Jerome. Thanks for a great time and we will definitely be back in the spring when the weather warms up!

From the moment we talked to Steve till the time we left Prescott Valley everything was perfect! Steve met us at the house (Casita) and went over every room and the all extra amenities that came along with this beautiful Casita. It was equipped with most supplies you would need to enjoy your stay....Dishes, Cooking Utensils, Spices, Coffee Maker, Crock Pot, Grill, Fire Pit. You will need some of your own supplies but Walmart is less than 5 mins away. Steve even played tour guide to the area and suggested some places to see and food to try....he wasn't wrong on anything! We were centrally located to drive almost 1,400 miles over 5 days to to see some (not all, that's why we will be back) of this counties wonders in this area! The local people were so nice and appreciated that we came to visit their corner of the world. We had a great experience with everything and will definitely be back! Thanks again Steve! We were greeted by Alan who showed us around the house. This house is extremely clean & well taken care of. There is all sorts of little extras in this home. From wonderful thick towels that actually dry you off, soap, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer in both bathrooms. The kitchen has pots, pans, spices, all essentials you need to cook with down to BBQ utensils. The area is quiet so sleeping is not a problem. Beds were very comfortable oh and both had T.V's in bedrooms (very important for some members of my family). The back yard was amazing BBQ, chairs & table, chase lounge and a 🔥 pit to enjoy. We even had a goodie basket sitting on the counter top when we entered into the kitchen. There was coffee milk in the refrigerator, bottled waters for us to use while exploring Prescott Valley. They have everything from extra pillows, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, towels. We could not of asked for a better place to stay.... We are looking forward to staying next year while working at the dog show. Thank you again for making our stay so special.

We were contacted by the property owner several times prior to our visit. He met us at the property at check-in, showed us around, and told us to call him if we had any issues. No issues at all. Plenty of all the things we needed - sheets, towels, condiments, etc. Cable television in the living room and both bedrooms. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The back patio faced east so evenings were pleasant and protected from the sun. The firepit in the backyard was a nice extra. Loved it so much, we booked another week for next month and the month after that - and for another week each month of June, July and August next year.

We had booked another place when we were expecting to travel with two other couples. When I contacted the property owner to say that it would only be my wife and I, she informed me that the property was not available to rent. Monies were refunded and I had to scramble to find another place to stay. This is when I found this location. The house is wonderful! It was great to meet Steve when we arrived and get the tour. This was the first time that this has ever happened with a VRBO. Due to the fires in the area we did not use any of the outside items. The house was missing only one thing that we wanted, a crock pot. No worries, we purchased one and it is now available for your use. That was the only item, outside of food, that we purchased. The house had everything else. If you need a place to stay in Prescott Valley (i.e., the valley), I would recommend this one in a heartbeat! Close to everything! Thanks Steve! The Kruegers

Had a nice weekend relaxing. We were in town for a car show. House felt very comfortable. Loved the condiments and spices. It was nice to not have to bring or buy those. Mattresses are a strange memory foam that were Abita too firm and lumpy for me. But everything else was very nice there.

The title says it all, this casita was the perfect size for our 3 people with two well-distanced bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bath, with both rainfall and removable spray nozzles. The casita was spotless, smelled wonderful, and was very neat and tidy. Very thoughtfully appointed with Keurig (many coffees/teas/hot chocolates provided) snack tray, games, many toiletries, kitchen fully stocked with utensils for cooking and eating. The quietest dishwasher I've ever used. Firepit for stargazing, BBQ for dinners, large back yard with sweet rabbits living in the next yard. If you need a home away from home in the Prescott Valley area, you won't go wrong here.
