The stunning views of downtown Cabo, the marina and the expanse of the Sea of Cortez from Seimpre are breathtaking. Situated within a 10–15-minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas and all it has to offer. Condo Siempre has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to enjoy coffee on the patio for sunrise, breakfast at the bar, a quick lunch after hanging at the pool, or a relaxing sit-down dinner. There are plenty of pots and pans to cook with and dishes to serve and eat from. Drinking water is available from a spout at the kitchen sink from an R/O system that also uses ultra-violet light to kill any remaining bacteria. The R/O system also supplies clean water to the ice maker in the full-size refrigerator/freezer. The Livingroom has a comfy couch and chair to relax and watch your favorite US stations or perhaps a movie from Netflix on the 55” screen tv. The wall sized sliding glass door leads out to the patio with seating for four and the amazing views of downtown Cabo, the marina and Sea of Cortez, and oh yeah… the pool. Sunrises from the patio are incredible and show the richest colors of Red, Orange and Yellow. The patio extends to the Master Bedroom which has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built-in closet. The second bathroom next to the guest bedroom also has a large, tiled, walk-in shower. For your convenience there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. This comfortable oasis has all the amenities one could want, the location one would desire and the view one would love! Relax on your vacation with all the comforts of home! There is a community pool for the 23 units within our Condo complex. The best way, we have found, to get around and see the outskirts of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo is to rent a car from Cactus Car Rental. You will work directly with our amazing Super Co-Host Fernando for your stay in Cabo. He is experienced, highly rated, and committed to providing great stays for our guests. Great view and beautiful condo unit. Would stay there again without hesitation. Able to easily walk to Cabo Marina and Main strip. Fully stocked and ready to enjoy.

My friend and I stayed here to get away for a few days and do some work by the pool.
The condo looks exactly like the pictures, although I would say that it is actually bigger than I pictured. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are very spacious. The balcony provides the perfect spot to catch the sunrise and watch the cruise ships come in.
The kitchen is fantastic - perfectly stocked with many spices and staples, plus every knife, pot, and utensil a chef could want (even lime zesters and lots of storage containers).
There is a corner store a few minutes away (walk down the hill) and on Wednesdays/Saturdays, there is a Farmer's Market, which is fantastic! It's about 1.5K to the grocery store, but we walked there and took a cab home.
There are several very good restaurants within walking distance, but with the BBQ and kitchen, we ate most of our meals at the condo.
I would not hesitate to recommend this spot and hope to return next year for another work retreat!

Your survey is not working properly (The headings disappear above the ratings!). We loved the Condo, except for the non-heated pool. That was really disappointing and should have been made clear. The entire time we were there it was hardly ever used because it was far too cold.

Nice condo experience
My friend and I enjoyed our time in this condo. The kitchen is REALLY well stocked, the beds and pillows are comfortable (with pillow options for your sleeping preferences), the view was awesome, and the hosts were nice. We also enjoyed having access to the pool that was rarely busy with other people—most of the time we had it all to ourselves.
One thing I would advise to anyone wanting to stay here is to make sure you bring ear plugs. What brought my rating from 5 stars down to 4 were the noise issues. During the day, there is construction that happens across the street from 8am to 8pm. It is really loud, to the point where sometimes my friend and I had to repeat what we were trying to stay because the noise made it hard to understand. Ear plugs won’t be of help to you if you are up and about, obviously, but if you want to take a mid-day nap, they will be important. Otherwise, be sure you spend a good chunk of the day out and away from the construction so it does not bother you. If you want to plan a day where you stay in the condo all day, you will ONLY experience a nice time WITHOUT noise on Sunday. Every other day of the week, the construction will be a bother. Moreover, at night, there is a neighbor (who I believe to be a permanent resident) whose dog is allowed outside at night and barks throughout most of the night. There were too many times where I slept poorly because the dog kept me awake. So…ear plugs!!!!!! Make sure you have them!!!!!

Really amazing!
The apartment was beautiful, we were really impressed. The space had everything we needed and was so clean. We were lost when we first got there, but Lee and Mary set us up witha gentleman Pepe to help us while wwe were there he was so kind and even came and met us to get us to our location. We would definitely book here again

Location, location, location
This place has amazing views. The stay here confirmed how important a view is to my stay. The place is super clean and modern with high quality finishes. There are lots of good towels, soaps, pots and pans, and spices.
I enjoyed David, the maintenance man. He does not speak English but I speak pretty good Spanish so we were able to communicate. He will do his best to help with anything you need.
We walked to the marina many times from here as well as enjoyed many great restaurants and ice cream shops. We had a car but you could easily stay here without one.
I would stay here again. I stayed for 3 weeks and didn't want to leave. Thanks for letting us use your home, Lee and Mary. We loved it.

First time visitors to Cabo
Property was very clean and well stocked, large bright and we loved the condo, with large balcony, exactly as described.
What wasn't ever mentioned is that it is a very noisy area, a lot of construction going on, and many, many barking dogs at all times, the time on the balcony was often too much to take, and of course this is nothing that anyone is directly responsible for, however, it needs to be in the description for others like us that spend many afternoons and evenings at home.
As I said Condo A+, area noise for us too much, we cut our 3 weeks to 2, due only to this.

Beautiful condo close to Cabo centro
This condo had everything you would want to have an excellent vacation - beach towels, hats, sunscreen, coffee, a pool, and a gorgeous view. One issue we did have is the walls are quite thin so if you happen to get a noisy neighbor you may need some earplugs. 15 minute walk into the center of Cabo makes it perfect - somewhat out of the craziness yet easy to walk to restaurants and the marina.

Perfect for our stay!
Everything about this place was great for our stay! From the concierge service.. to the cleanliness.. to the layout. It was nice to be off the beaten path, yet easy to get in and out of town via Uber or taxi! The view from the back patio is awesome! Thanks for providing such a wonderful space!

Good stay
The condo is very nice with great views. The road leading up to the complex is undeveloped, however, it is safe to drive and walk. We hung out at the pool a couple of times, water cold but ok with the warm weather. We would consider returning to Siempre.

Siempre paradise
This home is exceptional!!
Really no reason to book your stay in Cabo anywhere else. The home has all the modern amenities you would expect, clean comfortable bedrooms fantastic bathrooms with great water pressure. The view is amazing, nice warm morning sun and sunshine around mid day. “We stayed in April” there’s a short 15 -20 min walk to downtown and excellent restaurants along the way.
My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience.
You will also once you try it for yourself.

Right from our first enquiry to departure Arturo and the owners Lee and Mary were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Nothing was a problem and they helped as much as they could with my unusual questions.
The property is almost brand new, and tucked away about a 15min walk from the Main Street. Only downside is that the road has not been sealed yet, and it is a steep incline uphill so this property would not suit anyone with walking disabilities. You will earn those margaritas walking that hill each day! Haha
The property has a maintenance / security man who keeps things incredibly tidy and is available if we needed any assistance.
The slightly elevated position gives stunning sea and hill views of Cabo and the Bay Area.
The pool is right in front of the condo and it’s a quick walk down 1 flight of stairs to enjoy it. BBQ facilities are also on the pool deck level.
There is car parking for 2 cars.
The apartment itself is stunning, very modern with more than everything you need for a home away from home stay.
- Full laundry with washer and dryer plus all products provided
- Full kitchen with double fridge, ice maker, and all kitchen equipment
- Complimentary beer, condiments, pantry basics such as coffee, herbs and spices, oils etc
- Dining area with complimentary bottle of tequila and shot glasses to take come as a souvenir
- Lounge area has seating for 4. Our only comment here was that a corner chase would have been great so that 2 people could lay down on the couch. Lounge has a fan and air conditioning unit.
- TV was excellent with so many channels and all English
- Balcony was our favourite space, with comfy chairs and foot stools. Seating for 4 out there.
- 2 bedrooms, with the master sharing the balcony and sea views
- Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning and fans
- Master suite has good size walk in robe and en-suite with shower and toilet
- Guest bathroom has shower and toilet and both bathrooms have body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied
The property exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this to anyone wanting a quieter option than a resort downtown.
Other things to note;
- Uber is now in Cabo which makes getting around much easier. The building number doesn’t correspond correctly with the map location so either use the pin drop or select the ‘condominiums libertad’ which does come up.
- Get a local SIM Telcel or AT&T $200MX will get 2.0 GB

Very spacious and had everything you could want
Pros:
Unit well stocked with everything you could want. Even beach towels. I would check before buying anything as there was enough beer in the fridge and coffee for our entire stay, and many more to come. There is a little OXXO right down the block that you can buy many things. The unit is very spacious and clean. The view of the Sea of Cortez and Cabo is great. The concierges Arturo and Milton were great.
There is also a cute place to eat breakfast down the street and past the OXXO. On the right hand side. Believe me it is nothing fancy. Small but good.
They are also opening up the Blarney Castle restaurant up the road next month. I would suggest checking that out.
I would suggest walking to the Marina and to the beaches, but perhaps taking a taxi back as it is up hill. Make sure you have the address on your phone and use google maps as taxi drivers have a hard time finding it. The average cost from the beach was $12.00.
I would suggest going to the SUR club on the beach. Very, Very nice. But you do have to spend $35.00. Much, much, much better than all the others.
Very close to EL Dolce. Romeo and Juliette, and Me Cabo. Also worth the drive out to Sunset Mona Lisa. Views are spectacular. I heard Doc Wine Bar is great, but did not get there.
The Office on Merdano beach is also excellent for dinner but a little pricey. They have good entertainment.
Make sure you go to the Baha Brewery atop the Cache Hotel on Medano beach. Best view of Cabo.
One odd thing is that there are no steps at the pool. Very, very strange. Hard to get out of it.
Oh and if you are a sports fan you will not get any as you only have Hula and Net Flix. I guess that is very common in Cabo as the cost of Dish is prohibitive.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay in Cabo.

Looking at the city with its beautiful sky line and colored lights from our pool and living room and balcony each night was such a treat. We were shocked to have the pool and most of the building for that matter, to ourselves each evening. The apartment was well furnished with all the little extras one might desire and the appliances were top of the line and up to date even by U.S. standards. The Reverse Osmosis water spout truly provides drinkable water for Americans. The condo was meticulously cared for and was only a year old at most. The only appliance lacking was a dishwasher. Milton was quite helpful in providing advice as well as for making reservation for Mexican dance/music show with dinner and other activities if you desired. We found it quite easy to drive back and forth to our apartment. Originally, we were a bit nervous about the dirt road up to the apartment, but it ended up not being a problem even on rainy days (which is quite rare here). If you find the beer store which says Bud Light on the outside (near/ & across from the Oxxo store) just turn there and drive up to the top of the hill (until it curves to the right) The condo is located in the last building at the top of the hill on the left hand side before it turns to the right. It has a very nice paved parking lot for residents. The building is gated and always has workers available somewhere between the maids, the maintenance man who also guards the place, and the concierges. There are other newly built condos in the area. The area seemed very safe to us. The condo is much like it looks in the picture if not better, except that there is not yet a paved road all the way to the condo building. We had a smaller mid size car and could travel up and down without problem. The city also services the dirt road by clearing and smoothing out after it rains.

Amazing View!
We booked Siempre for my husband's birthday with friends of ours and loved it! As soon as you walk in you see the view of downtown Cabo and the ocean which is amazing! The condo is very warm and welcoming and one of the bedrooms has the same view as the balcony. The condo is located in an authentic mexican neighborhood that is quiet while being close enough to walk to town for action/activity. Furniture is very comfortable (including the beds!) and the kitchen is well equipped. A tequila bar was set up to get you into the Mexico experience as soon as you arrive. The concierge service booked us transportation to and from the airport, booked restaurant reservations, a scuba trip, a snorkel trip and a private chef for us. We would definitely go back to Cabo again and book Lee and Mary's place when we do.
