About this house rental
Perfect location, on the ocean block! No streets to cross to the ocean entrance. Located in heart of Lavallette on the ocean side of Grand Central, near Little Mia's, Meg's and Cornerstone Liqours. The two story back house has three bedrooms, two upstairs and one down, two bathrooms, one on each floor, laundry is upstairs. There is as a fully stocked kitchen, dining room table that sits eight and beautifully decorated living room. There is an outdoor shower, deck with a dining table and gas propane BBQ, as well as an outdoor seating area and a clothesline on the side of the house complete the outdoor living area. Tastefully updated beach cottage, brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher and gas stove. The house has a combination of stand up and window AC units in each room. There are two smart tvs with high speed internet . The driveway is reserved for the back house. Our family really enjoyed this charming Lavallette 3 bedroom cottage. The modern amenities combined with a little rustic charm, antiques, comfortable beds, laundry room and two nice bathrooms really met our needs. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and offered lots of privacy as it is tucked behind another house. The outside front deck was a plus and of course the outdoor shower a must! Available off street parking was nice too. All in all, we would love to return next year!

We had a great stay at Susan's shore home. Communication was great and the house was as described and comfortable to enjoy whether spending time inside or out on the deck. Perfect location to the beach and walking/biking distance to all the great things Lavallette has to offer.

Myself, my husband, our two boys and my older mother all stayed in this home and it was absolutely perfect. First floor bedroom and bathroom made life easier for my mother. So close to the beach and to so many great things in Lavallette, quick walk or bike ride away from everything you could want! Susan was great from check in and the house was beautiful, will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Susan was a great host and very communicative. House was clean and exactly as advertised. Short walk to the beach each morning. We had family and friends visit while we stayed and the house was accommodating for both a larger group at dinner time or just the two of us.

Cute back house in a great location on the beach block. Near shops and Meg’s diner. Plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen. Charming and very liveable.

Great home in quick walking distance of the beach. They have everything you need in the kitchen which was perfect to cook and bbq every night. Owner was great and very responsive. Will be back!
