The apartment was really nice, spacious and clean, very close to the beach. The owner was nice and helpful.

Not really a huge problem for us but it was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, many steps to climb.

Francesca was a very friendly and welcoming host. Room was very modern for the area and the bed was super comfy. Great location being close to the beach. Francesca also gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

The hosts were incredible. They met us at the apartment at the time we agreed upon. They gave us many suggestions of restaurants and parking and then texted us to give them to us in writing. We also asked for some information that was not included in their texts and she looked the answer up for us and then texted us with the information as promised. Very helpful! The apartment was clean and a nice size for a family of 4. Of course, when the pull out bed is open, there is a little less space to move around but it is still fine. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the evenings. We loved the location. Very close to the beach (public or private) and to the main area of the town. The Torre dell’Orso beach (just outside the apartment) is beautiful & clean. The public beach can get crowded. We opted to go to the Lido (private paying beach club) next door to the public beach one late afternoon and were given a discount on the umbrella/beach chair rental because it was late in the afternoon. That lido was called: Baie d’oriente. Parking: we were given instructions to free street parking near the apartment however the day we arrived the street was closed off for an event so we found another one on our own. The one we used was called: Piazza Parcheggio. However, I believe you cannot park there on Saturday mornings. FYI: there is free parking on the street right in front of the pharmacy near the apartment, however, we learned the hard way (ticket) that it is only for 30 minutes, so keep that in mind. We enjoyed breakfast and dessert at near by Dentoni and enjoyed Cappellaio Matto for dinner. Highly recommend. We highly recommend this apartment if you are ok with a 3 floor walk up (no elevator).

- 3rd floor walk up - the main bed isn’t very comfortable (too soft). It is ok but not great. It seems like the pull out couch mattress is more comfy than the one of the main bed according to our kids. This is a very minor detail. I would rent there again if back in the area.

location great. Perfect in the middle of Torre Dell’Orso. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Very modern finish and styling. Lots of space for a couple.

Property is on 3rd floor without a lift. We only had hand luggage but would be a struggle for older people with large suit cases. For my wife and I it was fine.

great location, modern and clean, great value, decent size with great balcony, all the kitchen utensils you could need, good wifi, 20 min walk from cave of poetry and 5 min walk to beach. loved this place!!

Francesca is an amazing host - very helpful and friendly. She was kind enough to upgrade us to the larger room as it was available. Very clean and great attention to detail. The balcony is lovely.

Location for a beach stay however the beach across from location was extremely crowded but we went to a private beach near Cave of Poetry that proved a beautiful beach experience. Communication was great for finding parking and location of the suites.

Three flights of stairs with no elevator which is no problem for us, but others may need that information. The bed was extremely hard. like sleeping on concrete. no bedding for the sleeper sofa in adjacent room to see if it was more comfortable. the only room with a/c was the bedroom.
