Very much enjoyed our stay

Modern and spacious. Large comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well, lots of hot water, good water flow from shower, internet was fast (easy to stream). Our fridge stopped working but they replaced it with a new one straight away.

A little far from restaurants. The double views are no longer quite as represented on the web site as both views are now either partially or totally obscured by new construction. Lots of construction in the area.

De ruimte van het appartement. Veel licht. De watermachine met zowel kokend heet als koud drinkwater.

Appartement is onpersoonlijk. Overlast (lawaai, stof) door veel nieuwe aanbouw in de nabije omgeving.

Lovely staff, the rest okayish

Really lovely staff! I was very kindly welcomed by Aya at check in. When she saw that my camera almost fell out of the backpack she helped me - very attentive 😊 Generally super staff easy communication via WhatsApp. Always friendly security who accepted my grab food deliveries in the middle of the night. At check out I had a great conversation again with Aya and her colleague Nurtini.

The location is okayish, although as the crow flies to most shops/restaurants/coffees in Canggu is very close, you have to drive 15/20 minutes on the roads. Due to the heavy constructions in the area, the roads are like a war zone. My apartment was nice. On the first floor I had view directly to a construction site but that was okay for me. What bothered me a bit was that when I checked out I had to pay for knife and fork which had disappeared for whatever reason. Of course I did not take this. It didn't cost me $3 but still...it's more about principle for me. If I paid over $100 per night for 5 nights I will still be charged extra for cutlery which I did not take.

Nothing to shout about

Modern and clean close walk to lynx beach.

There was an ongoing demonstration and our rooms were not made. No apology or explanation. On day of checkout, credit card machine was broken and we could not pay via cc and had to pay only in cash - a major inconvenience. We stayed on the ground floor and the worker quarters were right below us. Was noisy and we felt we had no privacy at all. Breakfast was overpriced and portions were tiny.

absolutely gorgeous, the location was so nice for me. quite and walking distance to a really great beach. Awesome staff ! pool !

was a bit hard to cook, 1 apartment had an oven and I was super happy. fitness room was basic and in basement but functional

Clean but noisy single view.

Clean and modern buildings.

The name double view is a bit misleading. The second bedroom had no view at all. It also did not have a safe. somehow 100 Euros disappeared from our wallet. When asking the crew for help they said maybe I took the money from my friends. The buildings are very noisy and not soundproof as in the description. After asking the crew about this they said they were goong to change the describtion.

Quiet & relaxed servived apartments

Staff were so friendly and helpful. I really liked that they whatsapp everymorning asking what housekeeping can come and they are really responsive if you have a question. The breakfast was huge and really tasty The room was spacious and really clean It was very quiet and relaxing

Not much! It was a bit out of the way of nearby stuff but it's easy to get taxis (get the gojek app or staff can arrange a driver for you) or there is a cut through to canggu thats around a 30 minute walk or short moped ride. In hindsight it was a bit pricey but we had a great time so it was an issue!!

This hotel is very modern and clean. The views are just amazing. We stay in a flat with rice fields view. It was magic waking up to that. The hotel is very near the beach, like 5 min walk. The beach is not that kids friendly but very good for surfing. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. We had a problem with the water the first day, but that was fixed fast. We had breakfast in the restaurant everyday, it was very good. The pool was also great for my kids.

This is not a bad thing, but the hotel is actually pretty far from Changuu city. So you do need to take a taxi to the city back and forward, and some taxi drivers don’t know the place. So its a good idea to show them the google map. You can also walk to from the beach, but some days the water is so high that is imposible to crossover. Especially with small kids.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Pool area lovely. Staff friendly and accommodating

My son's room key opened our door. I was locked in room and trapped when my husband went out. No coffee cups or milk to have on arrival. Having to do an inventory check on departure when the checklist was incorrect to start with. Breakfast Buffett dismal we informed them we were vegan, not many options for us.

Ridiculously out of the way from everything. Hubby got food poisoning from the clams he ate at the restaurant and was told by the waitress, that they dont get fresh seafood in everyday!
